Elevator was broken, we were not informed ahead of time and could not get a refund. Room was on the 4th floor. Shower had multiple peoples hair in it. Room had holes in the walls. A/C did not cool the room, just made a lot of noise. Very dated room. Smoke alarm kept going off at 12:30-1am for the entire building.

Worst experience ever. Place smells of cigarette smoke. There were bugs. The lobby was dirty and smelly. Sem like a lot of transients staued there. The parking lot was full of potholes.

On arrival found a note on the window of desk saying Office closed for technical difficulties. I used phone on wall to try to call someone, as I did the window opened. I tell lady I want to check in. We were a early, so I was told the rooms were still being cleaned and to check back - I did two more times and finally got to our room to find a note on the door from 9/22 saying the hot water heater had gone out and should be fixed by 9/24, the date of my check in was 9/26. We go in room there's no water at all and couldn't even flush the toilet. I stop at front desk on way to our event to ask about the water and was told they are working on it and it should be back on soon. We came back later to only cold water working. I woke up at 2 a.m. to use the restroom and found roaches crawling on the sink. I went down to the front desk to let them know and we could no longer stay there. I was told to return at 9am to have manager handle it. We barely slept the rest of the night and went to front desk to report issue, get refund and leave. I was told they charged 2 of the 4 nights and I said I was NOT paying for more than one night and that no hot water and roaches were unacceptable and I was unable to stay. She then lied and said she told me about the water at check in which I told her, no the NOTE told me. She FINALLY after arguing refunded back one night which she overcharged by $10 and not a single apology. Water was also pouring from hall ceiling when we left & elevator was broken.

DO NO STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!! The check-in staff were pleasant and there were clean sheets on the bed. The entire hotel smelled awful. BO?? Plumbing issues?? Lack of cleaning. The floors throughout the hotel were disgusting! I'm certain the floors hadn't been mopped for months. Besides being filthy there were actually holes in the vinyl flooring in our room. My feet never touched the floor - it was so gross. The refrigerator had rust on the door. There were gnat-like bugs around the kitchen sink. The bedspread was dirty. The tub was clean other than the mildew. The walls were textured and there was "stuff" on them that should be washed down. And worst of all - the door lock latch was broken off. Reputable travel services should not endorse this WoodSpring Suites.

The receptionist was incredible, so kind and so accomidating. Buuuuuut... We were infested with roaches. I spent a little over $50 on cleaning supplies just to make it habitable. Also, I doubt that floor had ever been cleaned.

WARNING WARNING I visited on july10th 2025 thru July 12th 2025 for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place is infested with roaches and fleas, Holes in doors, Smells every where, Just a dirty feeling all together. This is a like an apartment building. People live there permanently. It needs to be shut down. No one wants to take bugs home with them. I got a refund but it stills needs to address on how this is not a location for out of town people. This a a half way house. Shut them down now!!!! Freaking awful had to sleep in my car with my daughter. Every where else was booked. They was on the floor on the walls in the bathroom just freaking everywhere!!! I hope this HELPS anyone that’s thinking about staying here. DONT DO IT!!!

This building is not clean. I had 6 cockroaches found in my room. The fridge had clearly not been looked after since it was dirty on the inside. The freezer had baggies of frozen raw chicken in it from a previous guest. The floors were sticky in the room. Photos have been included. The entire building from the lobby, elevator, hallways, and room smelled of cigarettes/weed. It is clear that some guests are more than guests, they are more like residents. It was Derby week and there were no options for me to move too and had already pre-paid. I will never consider this property again after this experience.

We checked in around 4 looked over beds but had to go to the race track husband was racing . Got back to hotel about 2am within 30 min being in room we started seeing cockroaches crawling on the counter and the walls it was terrible and we grabbed our bags and left. No one at the desk to complain to and we are still trying to get our $ back. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Noise from the Highway kept us up. Seen a Roach shortly after check in, went down to desk it was closed. When we got up killed 3 ROACHES. At check-out no one was there. I call back and spoke to someone, that person said manager would call me. It's been almost a week no call.

1st room wasn’t clean what so ever. Bed sheets didnt fit properly, drywall patches were visible and mushy, dead bug guts on the walls, fridge had mildew, smelled like mold. Neighbors had sexual intercourse ALL night. Walls are thin as paper. Shower leaked in both rooms. 2nd room still smelled but atleast the sheets fit. Not even a 24 hour stay. Wouldn’t come back.

I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites Louisville Clarksville. We had a terrible check inn took over 30 minutes to gets someone to the desk at 3pm feb 22 2025. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned, candy wrappers on the floor, blood on the wall in the bathroom, some kind of lotion substance on the table, refrigerator was dirty and had hair in it and food had leaked out. We went down stairs to get it cleaned and again nobody at the desk. I tried calling the x500 extension to no avail. It's a no smoking hotel. They clearly have marijuana smoke as well as cigarette smoke in the room. That night my son went to brush his teeth and there were roaches in the bathroom. We finally laid down and couldn't sleep due to the loudness for both neighbors. We ended up leaving due to the weed smell, roaches,and noise to drive home 2 hours away. I have never had a worse time at any hotel in my life. You guys need to look into this hotel and make some management changes or better yet you go stay there on a Saturday night.

Very unhappy staff not friendly room not very clean only 2 pillows the floor in bathroom was coming up. Had no smoking however when walking down hall the smell of pot was so bad it made us sick when trying to call 500 to get someone on staff the phone in room didn’t work I would never return

We came in very late at 1 am. The front desk responded quickly and was very polite and accommodating. I was not aware it was both a hotel and residence for some. It made me anxious having people hanging about outside at that hour of the morning and a man asleep on the curb in the morning when we left. To top it off there were cockroaches on the wall. I’m not sure I’d ever recommend this place to anyone, I’m sorry.

I wanted to give this a good review because it was clean-ish and a couple of staff replied a couple were very rude. It was close to a couple stores and a White Castle... But the roaches oh my God the roaches they were the problem they had so many roaches. I wish I could say they didn't but I would have to warn other people there are a lot of of roaches here

Cheap coffee maker in room. Tiny toilets!!! Restaurant lacks selection and service is very slow, possibly due to understaffing. Parking is located further from door than I prefer. Staff was very nice.
