Excellent experience all around. Room was very clean and updated and accommodated our family of six (5 humans and a dog) very well! They have signs all over about being pet-friendly, and they definitely are just that. We will be putting Home2 suites at the top of our list for future stays with our family.

Our favorite hotel chain! We made a last minute reservation on a weekend and our room was ready when we arrived. We lived the spacious lobby and had great fun playing games! The gym was well-equipped and clean. I wish there was fruit available at breakfast. Also the bed was too hard for my taste and the pillows were lumpy. Still, I will be back!

Was a nice property, pool was really small. There were multiple black hairs on the towels in the bathroom, and in the bed. And me and my 11 year old son were there. Also, ice machine was out of order. They also charged my card for an extra $50 without notifying me of that at check out. It was a fine stay, but too pricey and not really worth it.

We arrived and the hotel had no hot water. Then our room had not been cleaned well. We found candy wrappers and silverware under the pull out sofa. The floor was also dirty. It was disappointing.

We absolutely loved our room. Everything looked cleaned and was very comfy. Breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Gym was nice as well. Front staff was friendly. Zenia was AMAZING. Wonderful to talk with and so sweet to my son. They shared a sweet moment at checkout. We will definitely be back!!!

Hotel is mostly good. However upon check in they gave me a dirty room. They recovered from that by upgrading me. I got a bigger room but it was an end unit where I could hear the freeway. Also on Fri night there was some sort of party happening near my room it was very loud. Woke me up 12:30am. I called the front desk. They took care of it but it took about an hour and a half to clear.

The stay was good. The room was clean except around the window. We needed an extra blanket and she gave it to us with no issues. The breakfast wasn’t that great. They had two different Omelettes, breakfast sandwich, and breads. I wish there would have been some meat or biscuits and gravy.

The suite was nice and fit our families needs well. We got in late and we had a few issues with the room. The refrigerator was knocking every 5 seconds. Like a LOUD knock on the door. So we turned the fridge down so it would stop. Then the bed close to the window, when we sat down on the bed it felt broken. Then when my husband got up from the bed it would move, like broken springs. Really uncomfortable. Last thing the shower had no shampoo. There were 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 body wash. Just was not helpful.

Stayed while in town for a baseball tournament - staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and really appreciated the full size fridge to keep drinks and such cold for the next day. Bed were comfy and shower was good. Breakfast the next morning was good with variety of hot and cold choices. Would definitely stay again when we are in town for more tournaments.

Visited Kentucky for my daughter's AAU basketball tournament in May, hotel is just across the river in Indiana. Bright modern, clean facility. Excellent customer service, complimentary breakfast was great, never a line up as takeout containers are provided if you prefer to eat in your room or outside. The breakfast area seemed more like a high end lounge! 2 queen beds and a sofa pull-out. Room was spacious with a full sized fridge! Dishwasher too.....hot stove and skillets available on demand. China plates, utensils and cups in the room. Basically home away from home hence the name Home 2. This is now my go to hotel!

One of the staff was grumpy and irritable the entire time we were there for a soccer tournament with 12 year old son’s team. My son and his friends were told they were going to get kicked out for talking while walking down the hall even when they were not being loud. Other team members were threatened to be kicked out for various things all weekend. This was before quiet time even started. Heard dogs barking in other rooms all night so sleeping sucked. I was on the second floor and someone above me was moving around and dropping things all night as well. Breakfast was mediocre.

Not only did they not have the room we booked and forced us into a one bed, room with pull out couch that was horrendous, when we booked a 2 bed room, the hotel clerk was out vaping when we arrived and blamed everyone else for the mistake. No discount, no making it right, no nothing. Just deal with it...I would expect more, especially since they raised the prices for this weekend. Last time booking. I am going back to Marriott only properties.

Room and facilities were great. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They did not take responsibility and blamed everything on Hotels.com. We called Before we went to make sure our four rooms were on same floor and when we arrived stated we did not Talks to them We Talked to customer service. That was a lie. I had talked to the same girl standing in front of me at the counter.
