Excelente opción si buscas un hotel con todos los servicios cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones no son lujosas pero son amplias y limpias. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, cuenta con un gimnasio amplio y con varios aparatos, una alberca grande y techada y hasta canchas de padel, también, cuenta con áreas comunes bastante amplias, una terraza grande, un área de bar muy cómoda y un restaurante que ofrece menú a la carta y buffet a muy buen precio y con alimentos de buena calidad, bastos y variados. Alrededor del hotel hay un centro comercial con diferentes tiendas de ropa, electrónica, un super mercado y restaurantes de comida rápida, también hay tiendas de mobiliario para el hogar, un Decathlon, tiendas de artículos para ciclismo y un par más de artículos para mascotas. Yo y mi familia íbamos con la idea de solo pasar la noche en este hotel pero llegamos más temprano de lo planeado y para nuestra sorpresa nos encontramos con un hotel limpio, cómodo y con tiendas alrededor en donde nos entretuvimos el resto de la tarde.

Yes. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was much much larger than I expected. This was not a problem, but a surprise. You have to pay to use the pool, which is not explained in the advertising. I was just there for one night to pick up my lost computer at the Barcelona airport. The hotel was great for that purpose.

Hotel is nice, good for a night stay before the airport. The shuttle service is very efficient. Spa and pool was closed for a week for maintenance while we were there with no communication beforehand to say this which was disappointing that we couldnt use this facility. Hotel is located within an industrial estate, beware if staying on a sunday as everything was closed when we were there

My friends and I stayed for one night as a lay over for our return to Canada. I really appreciated the amenities, the spa, bar on site restaurant, buffet breakfast, and the airport shuttle was an awesome touch. Our room was comfortable and accommodate the 3 of us! They also have a lovely outside courtyard where we could enjoy the gorgeous sun. I was comfortable in this hotel, however I was surprised the pool was part of the spa and had a fee of 10 euro. I did choose this hotel for the pool, breakfast and the shuttle. The cost of entry to the pool should be clear on the website. Overall it provided the lovely amenities and comforts we needed!

Issues with them saying they would change the bedding for one small bed because of medical issues and sheets getting soiled (recovering from cancer) Took room number and said they would do it.. 9hrs later we showed back up and nothing was done.... Was finally given sheets after my friend made a fuss and had to change the bed ourselves... I mean whatever but we were expecting her to have a clean bed when we got back... Also the pool is not opened and looks nothing like the one in the pictures.

Nice free buffet breakfast and airport shuttle. Does not have a free pool to use for free. It is a day spa that you pay to use for a couple hours.

My only issue is that the spa was closed... and I never saw the pool.

Check in was very easy! Large room and bathroom, very friendly staff, located in an excellent area. Wonderful shuttle service to and from the airport! We were notified in advance that the Spa was closed, did not realize that the pool was closed too. Only one small bottle of water is provided in the room.

Good option for the airport especially as it has a free shuttle which takes about 15 mins . Its located in basically a shopping area and has a McDonalds ,a Burger King ,an Americn Diner as well as a couple of "local restuarants close by . The hotel itself has a spa and gym which were good and it also has a bar and restuarant which dies both A La Carte and buffet style . I ate there and the food was decent . Good size rooms with massive beds ( at least super king ) Not a great place to stay for tourists looking to tour Barcelona as there are many more central - but if you are looking for a reasonably priced decent " airport hotel" this is a good choice

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. It was so nice to be able to dip into the pool and work out in the gym between my flights. The shuttle, which is free, is always a delight.

Very clean rooms

Smell of perfume covers the smell of sewage in certain areas. Our washroom on 4th floor has a vent in the floor emitting sewage smell. Washroom garbage bin was not emptied. Elevator garbage bins overflowing. Breakfast - lots, just average. Hotel is in a mall setting. Limited food around hotel.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast included. Free airport shuttle was easy. Checkin was slow but a crowd arrived ahead of us.

Nice hotel, room was clean. Staff polite and friendly. Room included breakfast buffet style in the hotel restaurant with plenty of choices. I gave it 4 stars because it was quite noisy early in the morning. But this would not stop me from returning.

The rooms were not clean, I found hair from different parts of the body in my room, they changed my room and the same situation, unhealthy situation of the rooms

The WiFi didn’t work!

Room was a good size,clean and tastefully decorated but smelt somewhat of possibly a cleaning product. Bathroom excellent. Noisy at times at night with loud motorbikes and people shouting outside downstairs. We were at the front,so possibly ask for room at the back.Staff efficient,and breakfast very good and varied. Bus shuttle to airport excellent and on time. Would recommend for an overnight stay before an early flight.

We stayed at the property for two days, first day was smooth, however day two was a disaster. Front desk staff was rude, the ac was not working in the rooms at all . We called maintenance and they told us it’s working, that was not true.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, and breakfast reasonable. Check in was madness as there were a lot of tour groups from a bus trying to check in at the same time. Transfer from airport was good, however I tried to call the hotel to confirm the times (they were about 10 mins late picking up based on scheduled times) and no one at the hotel answered after phoning around 5 times. Shopping center right by the hotel which was very useful.

Spacious room and bathroom, breakfast was very and shuttle bus was a big plus and available at the times the hotel mentioned.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut, und auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar der Flughafentransfer hat pünktlich funktioniert. Leider war der Lärm im Zimmer unerträglich, sodass die Nacht schlaflos blieb. Schade, denn ansonsten war alles wirklich in Ordnung.

Air conditioning did not work in the room. Checked in very late @11pm. When we got to room, it was quite warm so tried to adjust temperature to cool it down but controls did nothing. Thankfully, windows opened which made it a bit cooler so we were able to sleep (we were exhausted from a very long travel day).

I picked this hotel because it has 24 complimentary shuttle to the airport. What is an added bonus for this hotel is that it is nest to a shopping mall so there was somewhere to go rather than just sitting in the room. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the room was hot. Apparently the heating and cooling is the same hotel wide and with it being spring hotel was still set on heat. We were able to open a window and get the room cooled down.

Room opposite the elevator = very noisy -> not more than 1-2 hours sleep was possible

I did not like it here at all. I thought it would be a good idea to stay here as it is a 15-minute drive from the airport plus they offer free shuttles to and from. The hotel messaged me with the times that the shuttle arrives at the airport and to call if we were outside of those times. My flight arrived outside of those times. I called many times to request a shuttle but no answer. We ended up taking a taxi. Upon arrival there was a huge line with many guests from a cruise. For the first 40 minutes, there was only 2 people at the front desk until someone else showed up to help. That is unacceptable. I waited 1 hour until I was attended by the front desk. I was then told I had no room and I'd have to join many others that were there with the same problem. I insisted and told them I made my reservation through Expedia and that's when they saw that I did have a room. Then there was the woman at the bar serving drinks. She ignored me for so long while attending other customers that were there after I had arrived. She deliberately looked down every time she passed me until I spoke up louder and waved my hands to tell her I was ready to pay for my beer-I'm fluent in Spanish and that still didn't help. We were able to book the shuttle to the airport the next day which was the only thing we appreciated. I was here for a one-night stay with my family February, 2025.

Hotel shuttle failed to show up so had to take a taxi. Receptionist initially said I must have been in wrong place, but backtracked when shuttle driver confirmed he didn’t bother going to domestic terminal. Manager refused to speak to me- required I send an email to discuss issue. Very poor srtvice

He estado en miles de hoteles y este es uno de los peores, especialmente por el servicio. No parece un hotel 4 estrellas. La recepcionista es mala con los clientes, no entiende inglés y les grita a los clientes. Hizo eso conmigo y mi esposo y con otra persona que vino a preguntarle algo después de nosotros. El peor servicio. El hotel físicamente está bien, es más que nada el servicio de la recepcionista. Ella no entiende inglés. Mi esposo le preguntó algo en inglés porque él no habla español y ella le entendió otra cosa y dio una mala información que nos hizo perder el shuttle y en vez de disculparse nos gritó y dijo “espérense o tomen un taxi” I have been to thousands of hotels and this is one of the worst, especially for the service. It does not look like a 4 star hotel. The receptionist is is bad with the clients, she does not understand English and she yells at the clients. She did that with me and my husband and with another person who came to ask her something after us. The worst service. The hotel is physically fine, it is more than anything the service of the receptionist. She does not understand English. My husband asked her something in English because he does not speak Spanish and she understood something else and gave us bad information that made us miss the shuttle and instead of apologizing she yelled at us and said “wait or take a taxi”

This property met my expectation and when beyond what I expected, the staff was excellent. They were able to help me with my luggage. They were also there to help me navigating to get to the Bus in and Metro System in Barcelona. This hotel is not in the center of Barcelona it is in a quiet aera on the outside of Barcelona. The breakfast that was complimentary, was very satisfactory. They accommodate all nationalities when it came to breakfast, there was no exclusion. I will stay at this hotel again if i'm ever in barcelona.

I arrived early. They let me go to my room right away. Shuttle was on time. I was sent times and the area to pick up the shuttle and that made it easy to find. Staff was super. Large grocery store nearby. Nice breakfast buffet.

Poor service not one member of staff smiles. Judith at checkin had a face like she'd just had root canal surgery. No thankyou for choosing or welcome. Restaurant service poor waited 45 mins for check food less than average Bar service 15mins for a drink No tea coffee facilities Went down to restaurant to get a cup of coffee lines at 2 fancy coffee machines waited 20 mins. Noisy doors banging and people next door snoring. Serious staff training needed and invest in more coffee machines. Bus was full to airport so had to get taxi to pick car rental. Why not put another bus on hotel is full. MY ADVICE IS AVOID I USUALLY STAY AT BAH Barcelona airport hotel none of these issues. It wad so bad i checked out and came to BAH for my second night. Do yourself avoid

Hotel front desk staff was friendly and professional.

We did have to wait till 200pm to checkin but the hotel offered to keep our luggage in their storage and we were able to go next door to Sant Boi Mall and enjoy lunch at one of cafes and shop for our cruise toiletries at Al Campo store which is amazing and has everything! Being seniors,we appreciated the grab bar in shower stall-very few hotels have them!Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fräscht hotell nära flygplatsen. Vi skulle flyga hem på fm dagen efter så vi valde hotellet pga närheten till flygplatsen och för att de hade gratis flygtransfer. Frukosten var väldigt bra och det fanns mycket att välja på. Området utanför hotellet var inte det roligaste, men man kunde ta bussen in till Barcelona från en hållplats precis utanför.

Habitación muy bonita, además, el hotel está al lado de un centro comercial por lo que tienes algunas opciones de comida rápida e incluso un supermercado por si necesitas comprar algo.

Hotel excelente. Muito confortável, boa limpeza, atendimento cordial. Localização muito boa para quem está em rápida passagem por Barcelona, próximo ao aeroporto e com o serviço de transfer gratuito muito fácil de agendar e utilizar. Para quem deseja passear por Barcelona o hotel é meio fora de mão…

Location and airport shuttle are what I like most.

Hotel was convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Large choice of breakfast items. Shuttle bus to airport was included. Great place to stay the night before our flight.

Excelente para quem quer ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Escolhi por ter transfer 24h ida e volta e funcionou muito bem. Além disso, como tinha que sair antes do início do café da manhã, me deram um pacote de café da manhã para viagem. Fica num centro comercial com um supermercado enorme do lado e uma grande unidade decathlon. o quarto e banheiro eram bons, também parecia ter uma boa área de lazer com piscina e academia, mas não tive tempo de usar. Recomendo e provavelmente retornarei

Good hotel but not ideal for tourists. Away from all the action with no access to Metro.

We certainly enjoyed the Alexandre Congress Hotel. Pick up from the airport went smooth ( you may want to ask details but basically follow signs to hotel shuttles/ look for a black van with the name of the airport on it. There are certain times it runs more than others, so know that in advance. They emailed us info needed) Check in was easy, the room quiet and comfortable. We had a breakfast included and it was tasty with plenty of options. We were looking for a quiet spot as we waited to depart later in the day for our flight out, and were able to easily find comfortable places to work in. Would recommend.

Super clean and the staff were super friendly! We would stay her again. It was nice that it was close to the hotel. But it was far away from the city.

Airport Shuttle was hard to find and not properly identified at bay and with times. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best.

Loved the water spa. Nice dinner buffet. Comfortable bed.

The shuttle times are not frequent enough. The staff at check in were less than helpful. The room was small and quite basic which is fine (minus the lack of water bottles or conditioner). The dinner menu/offer was deceiving however the bar staff were kind and helpful. Outdoor area was nice. Spa was nice but quite busy and dirty. sleep was difficult as our room was right above the bar and the hallways carry sounds right into the room.

Everything sparkles clean and renovated. Great breakfast, coffee machines, and even soft serve ice cream machine. Did not have time to enjoy the spa but we are returning soon and plan to use the spa. Lots of covered outdoor space. AC worked great. Lots of open air parking and a mall next door.

Bathroom shower a problem. Water splashes on floor because glass does not come out enough. Shower floor very slippery despite markings on floor. Bathroom floor slippery after shower also as there is no shower curtain although there is a rail with rings. We ate at the buffet the last night we were there. The food was not good, fried chicken was reheated from day before and same for the roast potatoes. Not much was freshly cooked. Pork was tough. Cost was high a 27 Euros. Other than that, the hotel is nice and we were able to use the free shuttle to the airport.

El desayuno fue variopinto con productos de primera calidad y bien cocinados o preparados y otros no tanto. Para los que somos cafeteros le catalogaria de horrible. Café muy malo.

The shuttle was quite punctual and the breakfast was much more than we thought it would be. Excellent!
