Property is not even got a finished entrance! Construction going on everywhere but one halfway. Electrical plugs unfinished hanging out of walls, tape over doors, paint on floor, hallways full of construction materials, paint, ladders, etc. Pool not in working order. Hotel is a complete deception! You trick people into believing that it's a great deal then to arrive to total chaos! Front desk answer is "they only work here"!

Whole facility under construction. Front parking lot is not usable. Had to park in the back and walk to a side entrance to check in. There are only a few rooms available because of construction. Place should not be open yet. Pool not operational yet. Luckily only needed to sleep overnight. Was extremely pissed when i pulled up to place only to see monster construction equipment in front of the building. Room was clean but the smell of fresh paint and not sure what else was overwhelming.

The front desk staff was nice. They should have advertised they were under complete renovations though. We pulled up & it looked like the property was closed....no cars seen anywhere from the front. The front parking lot was completely torn up, walls in dining area stripped to drywall, every room we walked past on the 1st floor was open & in process of renovation. One small hallway of rooms were completed. We didn't arrive until 10:30pm, so construction had stopped for the night. Free breakfast options were VERY limited, but under the circumstances, we were surprised they offered anything! We only counted 7 cars in the back parking lot at night when we got back to the hotel. The room was spacious though. It had a kitchenette, couch sitting area, nice bathroom, & king bed. Had we known it was under renovations, we probably would not have stayed here.

Hotel is under re-construction, not refurb. Terrible conditions, couldnt access reception area for 2 excavators outside. The reception area internally was all covered with plastic sheeting, couldnt see the manager through thr plastic! Hallways dirty, exposed wiring, rooms unfinished. Pool and gym out of use. Overall, pretty shambolic that hotels.com did not advise of any of this, as we'd have stayed elsewhere.

When we arrived, the hotel looked like an abandoned building. I thought my GPS had taken me to the wrong location but it was correct. The hotel was under construction. There were construction material everywhere. The pool didnt have any water. The room felt dirty. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We were 1 of 3 guests. Breakfast was terrible. The only good thing was the coffee. Its not ok that they didn't disclose the condition of the hotel. Very disappointed. Choose a different hotel.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, check in was fast, the lobby and room were clean and attractively designed and the value for the money was was good. Breakfast was just ok with bagels, muffins, some fruit, cereal, boiled eggs and juice. I've things I hadn't seen anywhere else was the farm fresh vanilla yogurt dispenser. I got a small cup, added yogurt, strawberry young and granola and my wife loved it!

The set up of the room was terrible, they set a cabinet that held the refrigerator and microwave at the entrance, making it difficult to enter with bags, They were doing construction on the 3rd floor, which supplies were outside. We woke up to nail in our tire

Comfortable, spacious rooms, recently renovated, pleasant staff. We were on the top floor, not sure if that is why the water pressure in the shower was weak and took a long time to heat. Breakfast average. Full size fridge was great for freezing our ice packs for cooler and everything else!

The property is undergoing a renovation, but that was on the third floor so it did not cause me any problems. The property is on the west end of town. It was safe and quiet. Victoria at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is about what you expect. The dining area was clean and well stocked. Great value.

Room was really clean for being a larger space with the king bed and lounge area with a couch. The bathroom was fully stocked and hotel had all their advertised amenities available. Front desk staff were super friendly and gave us dining options around the town. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the large and well lit parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also a plus with good options. Would definitely stay again!

Our room was clean and staff was pleasant. They are in the middle of remodeling the facility, so the pool and gym were not available for use. Breakfast was typical with cereals, milk coffee and juices, eggs, yogurt, waffles etc. The area around it is a little industrial and just okay. There's a steakhouse just down the road a minute or so.

Spark is a discounted Hilton brand and may have a niche for some, but this property was substandard in relation to the typical Hilton property. For example, no ice bucket or even plastic water glasses in the room, but the room had 2 refrigerators! Weird! The breakfast was only cereal/pastries, no hot food! The coffee machine was out of service and my coffee creamer of choice was also empty. I probably will not stay at another Spark property based on this experience!

The room, service and pool area were fine but the complimentary breakfast was very weak. There was zero hot food served, there was bagels but no bread for toast, there was only 2 juices to choose from and the oj was bitter and the milk for the cereal was warm. A couple went out and brought McDonald’s back.

Nice hotel. Nice big room. We stayed there 2 nigths and went to Big Bend Natl Park. Liked the Kichenette, and used it to cook dinner. Nice breakfast with many options. Nice parking area behind the hotel near our room. Good value for money.

Hotel was very nice for a one-night stay. The breakfast was "so-so" but at least hot. The room was nice with a good kitchenette. The only problem was it took a little while to get hot water but everything else, including the staff, was great.

Breakfast was so-so. This hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. The pool is closed due to the renovation. Our room was fresh and completely renovated with a full-sized fridge. Nice. However, when we tried using the kitchen sink there was a massive water leak. Was disappointed with the breakfast. No attendant. Choices limited. Eggs were tasteless. I’ve had better at hotels.
