My room smelled terrible, like urine. We had the window open the whole time and it didn't help. I even left an air freshener in the room to leave a hint. There is no way someone has not complained about that room before, the hotel was over booked and we could not switch rooms. The breakfast options could have been better. The juice machine did not work. Serving wet hard boiled eggs and a giant tub of sausage was not appetizing. Loved the pancake maker, which is why I left the star at 3. The staff at the front desk were nice at check in. We didn't like they were taking personal calls and playing videos behind the desk a lot. The one guy on Sunday morning had his phone call on speaker phone. It was loud and you could hear it down the hall. The pool was not open in June with no sign. The pool area was pad locked like it has never been opened. There was NO place to sit outside, the only visible chairs are locked in the pool area.

Interior and exterior of building appeared to be clean and well maintained including the pool area. Lobby, hallways and room were clean and orderly the bed and pillows were comfortable the room was relatively quite except for some hallway noise during the night.

After a terrible stay at another hotel we ended up switching to this one. It was AWESOME. It is recently refurbished. Our room was clean and fresh with a nice TV. There was a nice little book nook in the window with a reading light. The pool was open with reasonable hours and was clean. Breakfast had a nice little variety of options. If you are the type to do your makeup the bathroom has a nice lighted mirror. Beds were comfy. The staff wasn't very sociable, but the hotel was nice and had everything we needed.

The hotel was ok. The area it was in felt unsafe. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Day 2 our key cards no longer worked. Pool area was fine. I would give this an OK rating.

Newly remodeled but it was a very disappointing experience. Front desk agent was rude and unfriendly. There aren’t any vending machines or options to purchase snacks or sandwiches. Had to go to fast food places to get drinks and or food. Room smelled like urine.

Good rooms at a good price. Recently remodeled. Fun blue lights on the outside of the building and inside the lobby, made it easy to find and the kid enjoyed it. Matched the pics on Expedia. Rooms are good. They have a window seat which was also fun for the kid. Neat bathroom mirrors surrounded by a white lighted frame. Front desk service was professional and helpful. They rearranged our reservation so our two rooms could be side by side. Continental breakfast was filling. Not a ton of choices but it was plenty. Kid enjoyed making his own waffle. Pool is outside so it’s not open for the colder months. A decent place to lay your head and at a great price. Recommend it.

The room was nice and comfortable. Bedding was clean and fresh with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom tiles were a bit dirty. Mold spots. Could be easily remedied if they take the time. Otherwise the room was very clean. Don't let the name of the hotel fool you. The rooms are not small. They are just an efficient use of space.

There was a cockroach in the room and the owner told us there was nothing he could do regarding a refund. We checked in on 1/24/25 around 5pm and checked out 1/25/25 at 6:15 am. We had to book a new hotel the day of my sisters wedding to have a clean space to leave our things.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned. Someone's razor and hair was in the shower. Carpet was dirty. Walls had what looked like blood. Surfaces had crumbs and sticky stuff.... hair in the sheets. For what we paid we could have got the same quality at a run down motel. Breakfast bar was a mess.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive. We have stayed at this hotel before and we're very pleased. However, since we stayed there, they have remodeled the hotel and done away with all of the dressers, closets and hangers. Our bathroom was dirty. We informed the gentleman at the front desk and showed him pictures that we had taken of feces on the handrail to the tub. When we came back to our room, nothing had been done. We ended up washing the wall, the handrail, and the side of the shower with some antibacterial wipes. The bathroom floor needed to be sanitized. The grout appeared to have feces in it.

The color scheme of the property is delightful. The modern look is pretty cool. Overall I'd stay here again! Although one thing I didn't like was to much excess night light. Light switches have night lights, the light from the hallway shined bright from under the door, and the shade didn't block enough light.

It is a clean place, the only complaint we have is we ordered a suite thinking it would have a table and chairs in it as we booked for 5 days and knew friends and family would stop by but we only had a small desk and desk chair to sit on other than the bed, and there was an additional small sink in the room to wash stuff up but no place to sit eat and relax other than the bed. A/C worked but it was either totally cold or warm as the thermostat when set at 70 never came on and during the night you had to set it at 62 then you would wake up and it said 58 but still warm in the room so set it down to 60 to get it to turn on then get up in the morning and turn back to 68 or it would stay running. Totally goofed up but we made do.

Rooms very clean.. we chose the 1 queen bed room so the room is small but still comfortable.. bathroom decent size… my only complaint was the pillow.. we had a lovely girl at the desk! Walking distance to fast food Wendy’s and Burger King. Oh and a great liquor store with a very nice owner!

Everything was excellent. Acoustics not so great. We were on 2nd floor. We were annoyed by the group above us walking or bounding across their room, and the group next door to us. They appeared to be bouncing balls against the wall. Not enough insulation between the rooms.

We had a handicap room which I felt weird having since I didn’t need that type of accommodation. It was difficult to shower as there was no shower head attached to the wall, just a hose with an attachment just hanging down. You could hear almost everything as the rooms are not very well insulated. For a quick over night it wasn’t a terrible stay but I don’t think that I would stay long term. We also had drain flies all over the bathroom and room. Bed was comfortable though.

The staff was rude, the blow dryer disintegrated when we removed the cord from the plug. The room smelt like pee and was musty. Also the staff was really rude when we brought this to their attention.

The barrier free room shower had no shower wand caddy. It simply hung on a hose and sprayed everywhere. The manager (Steven Champion) was unwilling to do anything to remedy the problem and actually invited us the leave the hotel if we were unhappy. He was well aware that the holiday weekend was happening and finding another room was pretty slim.

I made reservations but when I arrived after driving 7hours the lady at the desk said there were no reservations so I had to pay full price for the room. I even had an email saying the date of my reservation. But at the Time my phone was in the car and I didn’t feel like going back out just to prove I had made reservations!

Upon check in Jackie was spot on. She was exceptionally pleasant and for the 1st time I was asked if I'd like to be on the 1st floor. I could have cried because having arthritis in both knees and limited mobility I always have to ask and many times my request is not honored. I also had an issue with my TV and she fixed it right away. The next day was a pleasant experience as well in that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making my stay enjoyable. I will surely stay again and also suggest this facility to friends and family in the future.

They need to be upfront about the $100 deposit they take from you and how long it takes to get back. They asked for a deposit but didn't tell me how much it was I had to ask. Also it takes 5-7 business days to get your money back.

Really nice Hotel, only downside is across the street is a run down motel that has a lot of people who don't seem safe to be around. They didn't come over to the nice hotel but I worried about my vehicle overnight

Great location. Close to I24 highway and there are fast food restaurants nearby. Lots of parking spots. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. We felt safe staying in this hotel knowing that the parking has cctv cameras and the aisles. W We’ll definitely be back again :)
