Clean hotel. Basic gym. Pool didn’t look clean. But the best staff I encountered in my recent past. In the breakfast area the tall lady (apologies, don’t know her name) is the most generous and kind person who went out of her way to help everyone out. I am sure she brightens thousands of people’s mornings with her sense of duty and kindness.

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable and close to food and shopping! We stopped here on our way through and it was a very plant surprise! The only complaint would be that the pool water is ice cold...not heated at all and the pool room isn't all that warm either.

Place was clean and staff were pleasant. This was a stop over on a long drive so just a place to rest/sleep. Only drawback would be the room window blackout curtains did not extend to cover the window. Not broken, just the tracks were short to prevent blocking AC. Parking lot lights were shining in all night. Not horrible, just felt like poor design choice. Shorter curtains could have allowed full range without blocking airflow.

Comfy beds, wish there were more pillow options (they were all very soft, with there were a couple of firmer ones) Amazing water pressure. Shower was among the best hotel showers we’ve had! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

All was just as it said except I thought we had a double queen bed room and there is no way our beds were bigger than a full sized mattress. That was hard for adults to share. Otherwise all was fine.

Stayed here twice this week while going to a wedding. First room, toilet wasn’t bolted down. Second room, there was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. Curtains also don’t completely shut. First time checking in, the front desk was not the friendliest the second time, the gentleman was very friendly. Otherwise it was fine.

Fantastic service during a holiday rush. Everything was anticipated, something you don't find at this price point, from restocking towels at the pool to checking in our late arrival so things were smoother for us with the kids. Also, this is the best breakfast bar I've had at a hotel like this, including an iced coffee bar. Excellent all around.

The entire vidit was outstanding...until it xame to breakfast, which was not good at all. The omemets and sausafe were cold. Not enough drinjs in cooler fir kids. The yogurt had soured. The bannanas were black and onky had 2 out. All the sereals were sugar sweetened. There were no forks for over 30 min. Nothing was full. There was one poor worker trying to do everything she could but maybe 2 are needed whe the hotel is so full? Please look into this. We gad to hit a fast food place on the way out because we were starving.

When reading reviews before booking this hotel I kept seeing how wonderful it was and it had an excellent rating. I guess I was just underwhelmed. The elevator kept having issues and didn’t want to open on several occasions. Our tv wouldn’t work, but a nice woman came after calling the front desk and rebooted the box. It came on and worked but the remote had to be next to the tv to change the channel, which kind of defeats the purpose of a remote control. There were rips in the sheer curtain and there was a sticky spot on the carpet in between the 2 beds that my sock kept sticking to. Not sure I want to know what that was. The breakfast was not great either. The eggs were like spongey. I’ve never had scrambled eggs that had that consistency before and there was kielbasa or some kind of smoked sausage instead of regular breakfast sausage. Overall the hotel isn’t horrible. It was fine for the overnight stop on our way home from Disney. I’m just not sure it deserves an excellent rating, because I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels with a “good” rating. I will say that both the man that checked us in and the woman who came to our room and helped us get the tv to work were both incredibly nice.
