Walls were paper thin as were ceilings and floors. We got complained about for being too noisy for Stomping around when in reality we were walking, and we could hear the people above us as well. Pool was out didn't get notified of that until the Thursday before trip.

There is no working pool or hot tub as advertised. When we travel with kids, this is a priority. Hotels.com needs to update their listings with appropriate information regarding their properties. We wouldn't have booked here had we known there was no pool

The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We chose that hotel for the indoor pool and spa and kitchenette. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS! That was a disappointment. I couldn’t cancel due to booking through hotels.com. My grandson and our family were very disappointed. In the future I will book directly through the hotel.

Liked kitchen and bathroom layout. The dishes were dirty we had to wash them again because there were dirty fingerprints and smudges all over them.The dishwasher is really loud. The tv was to small. You couldnt turn the volume up, and it was placed to the side of the bed instead of in front. The air-conditioning was a pain to work, you could only turn the thermostat down 5 degrees at most at one time or it just didnt work. The hot tub was broken. Not worth the price we paid. Oh and breakfast was a joke!

The bed us very hard, the pool and spa was out of order. With the hot weather we choose this for the pool. We were disappointed. Breakfast was very good.

The fact that this hotel advertises they have a pool is joke. The staff said it’s been closed for as long as they have worked there. Eight months lol!! Would expect more from a Marriott Propery.

Hotels.com has so many properties to choose from. I specifically picked this property for the indoor pool and hot tub. There were many less expensive properties nearby without the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were drained and unusable. I absolutely would have stayed somewhere else if this property would have been honest about the condition of its amenities. Very very disappointed

Good property to stay at. Friendly staff, rooms were clean, minimal noise. There are dining options within walking distance or 5-10 minute drive. Breakfast was decent with several options to choose from. If I was in the area again I would choose this hotel as I had no issues.

The property looks nice and the rooms are clean. The bathrooms are strange and inconvenient in terms of only one sink and the light for the bathroom turns on the light for the entire room. The beds are comfortable, except the pillows are very uncomfortable and everyone's necks and backs were hurting them the entire 5 day stay. The wifi they give you access to sucks, we tried to connect to Netflix and couldnt watch due to constant buffering. Even with our phones. The ac/heater makes a very high pitched noise the whole time it's in use. Breakfast was convenient, but the food was not very good at all. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub.

Very nice motel and it has a small kitchen area with a good size fridge and freezer so if you are staying awhile you can cook in your room. They have cooking utensils and a dishwasher. They even have games you can borrow. If you are just staying one night it is still nice. Good size rooms and comfortable beds.

My experience would have been good however the front desk lady called me (I believe she is Mexican, didn't catch her name) and told. Me I was supposed to check out on 8/11 when clearly I was booked and signed from 8/10-8/12. I even asked her is she sure she was calling the right room and she insisted I was to be out. In the end it was 325 not my room (308) that was supposed to check out and I received no apology or even a for my rudeness and inconvenience let me reduce your room rate or something!

Location was great for easy access to the highway but it wasn't noisy. We had Thunderstorms in the evening/night but the room was so quiet we never heard it. The bed was quite comfy. I was disappointed that the room I was given in spite of being assured it had a hand held shower but it did not; I was told this room was for the disabled however there was only one grab bar in the bathroom and the toilet was extremely low to the floor (not the standard raise toilet). The property was clean as was the room and the breakfast was a nice touch. l'd stay at this property again if I could a room with a handheld shower and raised toilet. Overall I do recommend this hotel.
