Man må betale 1€ for en kopp varmtvann. Ikke vannkoker, hårføner, kjøleskap på rommene. Veldig små rom, egner seg ikke for små barn. Sengen var god nok. Overpriset i forhold til det man får. Aldri Ibis igjen. Frokost middels, da var kaffe og varmtvann gratis. Automatmat på kveldstid.

Geen opties om te eten behalve kant en klaar maaltijden (incl. pizza), wel “basic” ontbijt. Voldoende parking en shuttle service (€13) naar het vliegveld (5’ rijden max). Kamers zijn basic (maar het is dan ook een budget hotel) maar voldoende ruimte en daar is verder niks mis mee.

We arrived to Charleroi airport around midnight, couldn't find our way out of the airport so we called to the hotel for a taxi (10e). The room was minimalistic and missing the air conditioning but otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Easy to walk to the airport once we knew how.

Shutte / taxi we paid 13 euros for, dropped us in the parking lot instead of near the terminal. So we had to walk another 100 meters with luggage in hand. Driver was super friendly.

Hôtel pratique. Proche aéroport. Parking clos. Kiosque pizza juste à côté. Par contre pour le prix, plus de 90e la nuit il pourrait y avoir un système de climatisation. Lorsqu'il fait chaud dehors il fait très chaud dans la chambre.

A venti minuti di distanza a piedi dall’aeroporto di Charleroi, comodo per la fermata del bus praticamente fuori l’albergo per portarci alla stazione. Il receptionist gentile nello stamparci anche gli orari del bus. La camera piccola ma abbastanza confortevole, per l’assenza del bidet ce ne siamo fatti una ragione, un po’ dispiaciuti per la muffa presente su tutto il lato interno della finestra.

The room service lady unlocked and entered room at 10am when we were on bed, i am really shocked at this behaviour and just wondering what they do in absense. The receptionist guy wasn’t a nice guy as well,he was very rude and room there were bed buds who were biting us whole night and room was smelling of urine and i am not kidding at all,i saw a review about same thing before but i was like maybe it was a lie but its true. Thank God the stay was of one day only!!!

Bonjour Très bon accueil . Agréablement surpris de la propreté de la chambre et de la qualité de la literie. La chambre est un peu petite, mais pour une nuit, c'est suffisant. La mise à disposition des bouchons anti-bruit m'a fait craindre le pire ! Mais non, la nuit a été calme Je recommande cet hôtel.

Goede ligging vlakbij Luchthaven.Geen last van het geluid van de vliegtuigen gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Klein minpunt de kamer rook niet fris maar naar rook, voor de rest zag het er netjes uit en is het prima voor 1 nacht.

Water kept spilling out of the shower and onto the tile next to the sink. We had no soap in either dispenser given to the room. Mattresses are more like bricks so if you like a firm mattress it’s for you. The first man who checked us in was very kind and polite, but the second man checking us out was curt and let other people interrupt our conversation about getting to the airport. Shuttle was on time but there’s limited seating so we had to fight other guests for a spot that we had “reserved”. Facility was clean for the most part which was good. But there’s no way to get food from vending machines by card. They’re all purchase by coin/cash. No restaurants were nearby or open, so we had to get a pizza from the machine outside (which turned out pretty decent). Overall was a fine experience but could’ve been better.

If you're looking for a clean budget hotel with friendly staff, then this is ideal. Unfortunately our room was VERY dated with a cery uncomfortable bed and the smallest and thinnest pillows ever. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel as it's on an industrial estate by the airport. Convenient for the airport though, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very very dated and uncomfortable room thpugh unfortunately

Solo habla español un señor italiano muy amable y muy bueno. También un chico de color fue amable. El segundo día había un chico muy antipático que era mejor no preguntar nada a él,nos dijo que el autobús no pasaba por allí que cogiéramos el taxi del hotel cuando si pasaba el autobús que lo cogimos ese mismo instante. El resto de personal bien y te ayudan pero ese concretamente fue muy antipático y se rió de nosotras pero no dejé que se burlará de nosotras

This was a terrible stay ! We arrived late but not overly late ( 10.00 PM) and were advised that only one of our two rooms were available . When asked what the hotel planned to do about this, the young student ( left alone to deal with a very busy time for check ins ) had no idea how to handle the situation . Eventiually after extensive calls to a colleague , we were given two rooms but one was a tiny double room for two grown men . There were around 20 angry and frsuterated priople in the queue for check-in when we went upsairs . Later , our freinds were awoken by a member of staff who demanded their names. What a shambles . No apology provided .

personale gentilissimo (ci ha fornito posate e tovaglioli per la pizza presa al distributore), camera pulita, letto confortevole, buon wifi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma ci sono diversi distributori automatici. Offre navetta per l'aeroporto a 10 euro a camera.

For the price this was a great find. I only stayed the night before an early flight and it was great. Staff was friendly during check in & check out. Bed was quite big and perfectly comfortable. Only downside was that if people were in the halls you heard them very clearly, but Ibis provides earplugs for the rooms so it works out.

Terrible! Arranged airport transfers via the hotel (the two people on reception when we checked in were actually very nice and super helpful) we had checked in late and then had to be up early and leave for 6am. My friend has bad knees and struggles with stairs so we always take the lift! Just before 6am we waited for the lift but the light kept going out and nothing happened. Eventually we managed to get the lift to our floor, only at the bottom to be met by a member of staff pointing his finger saying‘you’re late’ it was 6.03am, I tried to explain about the lift only to be met with utter hostility, and we were told er should have taken the stairs! No not stay at this hotel, they have no understanding of customer service and are not accessible for people who aren’t able bodied. What a horrible way to end a holiday. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect and understanding

Cerca del aeropuerto. El sitio que necesitas para pasar una noche de paso. Poca iluminación para llegar por la noche. El autobús público es algo caro para solo 1 parada.

Price is top but rooms are very very tiny, it’s good but just for one night if you have to take a flight early in the morning (airport is a 25minutes by walk) food and drinks dispense e machines work only with coins or cash and no cards, there is a pizza-matic near the hotel’s gate and you can have an hot pizza in 4 minutes… the only way to eat something hot. Room wasn’t very clean

A venti minuti di distanza a piedi dall’aeroporto di Charleroi, comodo per la fermata del bus praticamente fuori l’albergo per portarci alla stazione. Il receptionist gentile nello stamparci anche gli orari del bus. La camera piccola ma abbastanza confortevole, per l’assenza del bidet ce ne siamo fatti una ragione, un po’ dispiaciuti per la muffa presente su tutto il lato interno della finestra.

If you're looking for a clean budget hotel with friendly staff, then this is ideal. Unfortunately our room was VERY dated with a cery uncomfortable bed and the smallest and thinnest pillows ever. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel as it's on an industrial estate by the airport. Convenient for the airport though, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very very dated and uncomfortable room thpugh unfortunately

Man må betale 1€ for en kopp varmtvann. Ikke vannkoker, hårføner, kjøleskap på rommene. Veldig små rom, egner seg ikke for små barn. Sengen var god nok. Overpriset i forhold til det man får. Aldri Ibis igjen. Frokost middels, da var kaffe og varmtvann gratis. Automatmat på kveldstid.

Geen opties om te eten behalve kant en klaar maaltijden (incl. pizza), wel “basic” ontbijt. Voldoende parking en shuttle service (€13) naar het vliegveld (5’ rijden max). Kamers zijn basic (maar het is dan ook een budget hotel) maar voldoende ruimte en daar is verder niks mis mee.

Mi serviva esclusivamente per una notte considerato il volo presto la mattina seguente. Ottimo il servizio navetta per l’aeroporto a 10 euro per tratta per chi non vuole farsi più di un km a piedi e considerato che il taxi costa 20 euro e spesso si rifiutano di portarti. Praktisch wenn man einen zwischenstop bei den Flügen einlegt da es auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Hunger sollte man allerdings keinen mit bringen, es gibt nur fertige Gerichte die man in der Microwelle selbst aufwärmen muss. Als zweite Option steht vor dem Hotel ein Pizzaautomat bei dem man auch wieder nur fertige Pizzen kaufen kann die der Automat nach etwa 3 Minuten ausspuckt.. Im gesamten Umkreis gibt es nur Industrie und keine Lokale. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas veraltet aber sauber. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein und trotz dem hohen Flugaufkommens sehr ruhig. Zu empfehlen ist ein Frühstück, da gibt es ein kleines Buffet und vor allem Kaffee aus der Espressomaschine mit frisch gemahlenen Bohnen, verschiedenen Brötchen und eine kleine Auswahl an Belegen. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen kann man auch für 10 Euro vorbestellen, dann spart man sich 30 Minuten Fußmarsch. Wenn ich wieder nach einem Langstreckenflug dort lande werde ich wieder dort schlafen.

Accueil agréable, personnel sympathique. Chambre un peu exiguë, manque de prises pour 3 personnes pour recharger les téléphones et autres objets électroniques. Wc independants de la douche mais petits, pas de brosse wc a disposition. A very basic airport hotel for a short stay. The staff was nice and helpful. Getting there from the airport by foot is a bit annoying but totally doable. Shuttle to the airport cost 13 e per room which seems fair. I really missed ac as it was a rather hot day.

Very loud and didn’t get good sleep. Doors bang shut every time someone went to their room or left it and it woke us up. Fire doors should close softly and not disturb residents and that’s been our experience over the years. I can’t believe that an airport hotel has not considered it, especially when for most people, the goal is to get a good night sleep when travelling. The room had no AC and it was loud when you left the window open. I wouldn’t recommend.

Needed to stay at this hotel for proximity to the airport and walkability from the terminal. Flew in late in the evening - the walk to the hotel although not far, was through an industrial area with only a gas station that had people milling about. Despite that, we felt safe walking towards the hotel with our bags. The hotel was very small for us but it was clean. Main issue was that it was a hot summer evening and there is no AC in this hotel so room did not cool off enough after the windows being wide open.
