Shocking lack of maintenance and basic upkeep – Avoid! ​We were incredibly disappointed by our stay here. The room is in a severe state of disrepair, and it's clear management has given up on basic maintenance and cleaning. ​Here is just a short list of what we encountered: ​ Dilapidated Furniture: The desk and drawer set are completely falling apart. The veneer is peeling and chipping away along almost every edge, exposing the particleboard underneath. ​ Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was incredibly frustrating. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging loosely out of the wall. Worse, the bathroom mirror has severe silvering/water damage all along the bottom edge, making it look filthy. ​Broken Fixtures: There is an empty TV wall mount left bolted to the wall with random drywall anchors and holes right next to it, which looks incredibly trashy. Multiple door handles and lock plates are loose, scratched up, or have visible gaps around the trim. ​Poor Cleanliness: We found unidentifiable sticky residue/stains on the flooring near furniture legs and corners, and even the main door was covered in scuffs, marks, and grime. The glass top on the desk was also chipped on the corner, posing a safety hazard. ​For what hotels cost these days, staying in a room that feels this run-down and neglected is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Well we checked in and people were sitting directly outside of our door we couldn’t access the room until they moved all 7 people and woman in a wheelchair. When my fiancé finally squeezed past and asked for room key a woman said it’s open we’ve been using your toilet walking threw our room to bathroom.then when we came back out the same people moved back and we couldn’t open our gate to get out till they moved again . And you would never believe when we came back from the beach we couldn’t get in our gate again!!! But for the hotel to leave the most expensive room on the properties door actually open and for people at pool are using the toilet in our room is just discussing.But the property manager said she would only give me 10 percent off if I come back again and who would go back to that unbelievable crap people using our bathroom OMG WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ? The most expensive room is used as a public restroom with us checking in !!!

The view from the porch was the best beach view I’ve had. This facility could easily have a top rating if a little more money was invested in the rooms. The huge bath tub/spa had a hole in it and the extra large shower had no door and it was obvious the door had been removed (infilled screw holes and the seal was still attached to the opposing wall). The doors to the rooms need scrubbing (filthy) or new paint jobs. The staff was friendly and there was no problem in that aspect. Again, this could easily be a top notch facility with a little investment. It is located in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, stores and other amenities nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel if they put some effort into the hotel

I really love the location. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.
