Hot water was not working. Got a good rest, waiting on motel 6 corporate to provide compensation / replacement of the room , was told someone would call me back but has not, so I will have to call back, again. Hotels.com gave something towards my account but no where near what I paid. It should be listed on the website and guests should be informed of this when checking in. I never got any notification of it. This really inconvenienced my travel.

I went into the room after I checked in and there was water around the toilet then I used the toilet and it got clogged. I tried to check in the next day and it took my money, but didn’t let me check in.
