Floor was very dirty , no shampoo, no coffee in rooms , skinny towels , dog was free so that’s good , pool needs work , price should be lower as the price is the same to other hotels that provide coffee in room and shampoos and breakfast

The room was clean but smell musty. The mattress was very soft. The shower did not have hot water. Parking is not secure. The staff were not engaging. I asked for change for the laundry and I was given counterfeit quarters, and had to inform desk staff and point out the counterfeit quality of the coins.

Nice hotel. Good location near the mall, Walmart, etc. I took off one star in one category because the pool was green when we first stayed there so we didn't feel comfortable using it. We returned a week later and it looked like the pool was clean by then. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our main reason for picking this hotel was we needed an ADA room with grab bars in the bathroom (for my mom) with TWO beds. That's weirdly difficult to find. We would have greatly preferred a walk-in shower instead of a tub which my mom obviously couldn't safely use. Everything else was great. There is generous tractor trailer parking which is probably hard to find. However, we didn't notice any noise from the trucks. The hotel has a snack room with free coffee, two ice machines, and some vending machines for drinks and snacks. Our room had a microwave and fridge that was larger than the typical bar-type fridge. Rooms have been updated with wood-look laminate floors and new bedspreads.

I was concerned when I walked into the check-in area about 8pm, the hotel clerks were behind glass and everything was super security. Same when I checked out at 9am. Do they ever come out behind the security? Made me wonder about the neighborhood... Other than that, the stay was just fine - quiet, comfortable, clean
