We enjoyed staying here on our weekend in Branson. It is out of the hustle and bustle but close to everything. We needed handicap accessible and it was great! We will stay here again for sure!

It was a place to sleep and that was about it. The pool is very small, basically big enough to put your feet in. The rooms are very basic and the furniture is mediocre at best. It is a Motel, not really an "Inn".

Had an upcharge of $2.95 when I arrived. It was an accessible room, bathroom had zero counter space, no place for a hand towel next to sink. Shower was very handicap forth all the rails in the bathroom but it was a huge step into the tub for the shower - higher than normal. Beds were high, had to climb into them in an accessible room…. Only part accessible was toilet/sink- shower was a trip/fall. Very clean- the lack of counter top was nothing like photos- more 18x18.

When reservation was made, told had raised toilet, it did not. Was told could not cancel because it was made with hotels.com. The beds were comfy, but the soap dispenser leaked on the shower floor.

We didn't stay here. Our room, although it appeared to be clean, stunk strongly of cigarette smoke. They could not get rid of the smell. The manager said to my wife that it's just too hot outside and our employees have to smoke somewhere. We said that the room was not acceptable and left. I personally would NOT recommend this place.

This was a budget friendly hotel. It was very clean and away from the road. Other than people coming amd going it was quiet. Breakfast was decent for hotel. The main gripe we had was several days of our trip it smelled like sewer gas. In our room and hallway. Not aure what that was about but?

While we were out sightseeing I noticed housekeeping didn’t sweep the floor, the sink area wasn’t wiped, the coffee machine still had the used filter in it, the coffee cups weren’t replaced, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The towels were replaced, the beds remade, the trash cans emptied, but the sheets weren’t changed.

Don’t let the dated exterior fool you. This property could be no cleaner. Rooms are spotless. They even launder the shower curtains following each person’s stay. Excellent price per stay. Will be back.

A/C would never get down to a decent temperature. Good thing we brought a fan with us! Altogether it was not a terrible room. Nice size refrigerator. Other than check in, we had not needed to contact staff for anything. We did not try their breakfast and cannot review that or the swimming pool

Everything about the hotel was good. My only issue was the height of the beds. I am 5’7”. I could not simply sit down to get into bed. I had to climb in on one knee. I believe these were the tallest beds I have ever seen.

Spacious, clean room, and large bathroom. TV was large, rather than the little one's you usually see. The only negative was how thin the walls are. You could easily hear whatever was going on in the hall, or in the rooms/bathrooms next door.

Location was great! The room was very humid due to the A/C, so everything (carpet and bedding) felt damp constantly. Carpet was not clean and your feet would be dirty when walking barefoot. I showered and walked out to grab clothes and after getting dressed noticed the bottoms of my feet were very dirty from the carpet. Coffee stains in the sink from the previous guest that weren’t cleaned prior to arrival. Beds were a little firm but not terrible. Didn’t eat breakfast but walked through and looked like they had several options! It was okay for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is good. Clean but not comfortable. The room AC would cool down the room while it was on but the felt instantly warm when it shut off. The hotel staff is nice. The breakfast was not good. When they say a full hot breakfast it means bare minimum.

Very friendly! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good Continental breakfast with multiple options. Close to all activities in Branson but quiet and slightly off the strip. Highly reccomend!

The second night we were there we got to our room to discover that the maid had been in and taken all of our towels and not replenished our supply. When I called the front desk to ask about towels, he was belligerent and told me that I had the do not disturb sign on the door which in fact I did not. He finally said if I wanna tell us I could go to the office and get them. My daughter-in-law went to get them. I will never stay there again.

The rooms appear to have been updated recently. Has a small outdoor pool. Front desk eas slow to respond. Breakfast was ok, but they need to add yogurt to their offerings. Also would be nice if they would make coffee available in lobby all day.

We have seen Rosebud Inn several visits. This was the first time we stayed. The young girl who check us in was more professional than a lot of adults. She genuinely smiled and knew her stuff. I left tue office without questions. The carpets are brand new and they aregoing through some updates. Mattresses, pillows, linens, etc crisp and clean. The breakfast offered was fresh waffles, biscuits and gravey, country potatoes, sausage links, breakfast cereals, hot cereal, mini bagels, toast, mini donuts, juice, milk and various coffee choices. The dining area was kept very clean, even as messes were being made. We visit Branson 4 to 5 times a year, and Rosebud is now a part of our 1st choice stays.

Front desk lady checked me in early was very courteous and chatted briefly about the sad passing of Ozzy Osborne. The place was close to strip but away from the traffic and noise. The price was great we will stay again when in branson.

We have stayed at Rosebud Inn Multiple times and have never been disappointed. Its clean, comfortable, quiet, and offer a good free breakfast. It real close to Tanger Outlet and its easy to get around Branson without all the traffic. Highly recommend!!

It was not a bad room but they claimed there was free breakfast but that was not the case. When I required the desk clerk said there was not enough people there to provide a breakfast. He did ask if he could get us something but it would have taken additional time for him to prepare it. We will not return

We had stayed here years ago so decided to look them up. When I seen that the King rooms had a recliner that made my decision to try them again. Clean rooms and clean breakfast area. Breakfast was good about the same food you get at any hotel that has breakfast except for the waffles. They have some of the best waffles I have ever eaten anywhere. Friendly staff.

It was ok, bed was comfy. Had a funky smell that was covered up by too much air freshener. Had a stained towel and carpet was pretty stained. Could use some updates and fixing. Breakfast was good, didn’t have breakfast on day 2 because not many staying there on that night. But they were friendly.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Stayed 2 days, no room service. We stopped before going to a show in Branson and asked if room was ready if we could check in. It was ready but they charged us $20 to check in early. Breakfast was ok, but second day sausage was cold. Person in office not available most of time. No place to meet friends cause breakfast room was locked during day except for breakfast.

The breakfast wasn’t very good, but it’s a free breakfast. The juice and syrup were watered down. I don’t expect much from an included breakfast but I wish I had skipped it. Other than that it was a decent place to stay with a decent bed and was clean. It’s in a convenient location close to the outlet mall and other places we were visiting.
