Beds were super comfy. Staff does not stay onsite overnite so if you need something, there is no one there. Must be able to use stairs if on 2nd or 3rd floor as there is no elevator.

This place was simply lacking any updating . Carpet , walls , tvs … everything looked and was worn out since the 70’s bed were only thing nice . House keeping cleaned the rooms to the best to their ability .. new carpet and paint would go a long ways . Nobody wants to go on vacation and stay at a place look like a dive . Was convenient, safe. Parking sucked

The hotel is off strip but close enough to everything, including Silver Dollar City. It is off the yellow route, so made it easy to navigate away from some traffic. It was clean, quiet and nice. An elevator would be nice but only due to the cooler we brought with us. We would stay there again. The only negative is the parking lot. All spots are slanted, but you go out the same way you come into the lot. So a little tricky with a full house.

Decent location if you're interested in exploration in the theater district. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough, and clean. The pool, while small and older, was the perfect temperature. My only real grievance was that I wasn't able to get the TV to work. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after 10 PM that I got to try the TV out, so the front desk was closed and I didn't really want to see if I could find anyone to bother about it. All in all, at the extremely-low price point for this motel, the centralized location within the theater district, and the decent comfort of everything, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Just check your TV while the office is still open.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. A sign was taped to the door with a phone number to call. When they answered they told me that the key to our room was under a mat on the outside entrance of the main office. Completely unsecured. No one came to the front office. They asked that I come sign paperwork when I check out in the morning. When we got to the room we found multiple cockroaches crawling up the walls. We did not feel comfortable leaving out personal items in the room. When we checked out and let them know about the bugs they did not seem concerned and did not offer any assistance in righting the issue. I told them first thing when speaking to them. When giving them my Infromation they said they couldn’t do anything because I had already checked out. Yet I offered them the Infromation before starting my checkout process. The whole experience was dirty and unacceptable. The conditions of the room were horrendous.

Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to take roaches home with you. I killed a full grown roach in the floor and there were two babies in the shower. I notified the desk, and they just wanted to move me two rooms down. If roaches are in one room they are everywhere. No refund. I left anyway.

The one real complaint is the beds are too high for people that are short in stature or those that use a walker or wheelchair. We stayed in a room that was accessible except for the height of the bed. Otherwise it was a good stay

We stayed only one night at Green Gables Inn, and it was fine. The room was spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable and had five pillows plus more in the closet. That was nice for sitting up in bed and reading or watching TV. We liked that the air conditioner had a “fan on continuously” setting so it didn’t kick on and off all night. We also liked that the sink was separated from the shower and toilet. Our only issue was that the shower was lukewarm rather than hot. I don’t know if that’s just the hot water heater setting or if they were running out of hot water, but it was unpleasant. Otherwise, everything was fine.

A group of us stayed 2 nights. When we woke up the first morning to take a shower none of us hat hot water. We asked the hotel manager and she said “that’s what happens when they are busy”. They also said they have free WIFI but our room was at the very end of the building and the internet did not reach. I would not stay here again.

The overall stay was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, GREAT breakfast options. This next part is NOT the hotels fault rather than hotels.com needs to update details. Check in is up to 10pm! So when we arrived we had a small trouble. Called the hotel phone number. The owner, she stays at the property. Very sweet and understanding! Got us our keys and wished us a good night. Booked my next stay already!

Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Parking lot is well lit, we felt comfortable going out after dark. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, muffins, and juices were good - there were other selections we did not try, waffles, eggs, coffee, fruit, and cereal available. Overall, a good 3-night stay, we would stay here again.

We are SDC season pass holders who come from Oklahoma. We have stayed at many motels and hotels in Branson and all over and have never experienced what we did here. The manager walked into our room by using her own key card while we were occupying the room the first night. Busted through the door not 10 minutes after checking in at 10 at night, stared like a deer in headlights and never explained why. She watched us check in, she knew where we were sent. There were no rooms occupied around us. We felt uncomfortable but were tired and just went to sleep. Fast forward to night two, after a day at SDC my husband ran me a bath and while I was in it, and my husband in a towel, it happened again. This time the deadbolt stopped her. She said the room under us was flooding, acted as though we were up there doing it for fun. I honestly yelled at her, I was so mad. The room under us was empty, and not flooded at all. There was a bucket under what looked like years old leak damage that was molding and mostly dry. I was even more upset, there was no emergency and no reason for her to walk in our room. I repeatedly asked why she had done this twice now and she never would say anything other than "I say sorry, sorry" and "You were flooding rooms" which was a weird lie that I didn't see any proof of. I immediately let Expedia know and we got our money back for one night and left. So weird.

Our 2nd stay at this location. The only issues I/we had was if your looking for breakfast this is not for you. Breakfast is very limited, no meats at all. Waffles , egg patties , biscuits and gravy, that's basically it. My issue is they charge you an extra $10 per room on weeknights and an extra $20 per room if it's a Friday or Saturday if you request a room on the lower floor. My husband's disability does not allow him to walk any distance. I argued that I felt we were being discriminated against because of having to pay extra for the lower floor simply because he can't walk up and down stairs with his disability. However I had ask for connecting rooms and they put us at very end with connecting rooms and I was able to park right at the door. Maid service was on spot when I ask for extras , as we didn't have them clean the room. Desk clerk was super nice and check in was a breeze (we had booked with hotels.com). Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean with no smells. Pillows were super thick and not worn out. We will stay again even if there are a couple of issues I have with their policies as to extra charges. Stayed here several times but this visit was less desirable. The room smelled heavy of cigarettes, the shower soap dispenser was apparently ripped off the shower wall leaving an ugly two sided tape, the entry door was filthy, and the t.v. had wasn't properly set up. When complaining about the room and smell, the front desk didn't offer any solutions. Also, found out on the way that the office isn't staffed after 10pm. We had to obtain our key from under the office entry door mat.

The hotel is off strip but close enough to everything, including Silver Dollar City. It is off the yellow route, so made it easy to navigate away from some traffic. It was clean, quiet and nice. An elevator would be nice but only due to the cooler we brought with us. We would stay there again. The only negative is the parking lot. All spots are slanted, but you go out the same way you come into the lot. So a little tricky with a full house.

The TV was on and room was at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. Became pillows were comfortable. Location was great: close to everything we wanted, but on a quiet street that appeared to be in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen breakfast area was clean and well stocked with average hotel breakfast fare.

This is an average motel, it was clean but a bit older property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, shows etc. I did like that the sink area was separate from the shower area. I went down to check out the breakfast in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. They didn't have orange juice (not a coffee drinker) and the floor was so sticky I could barely walk on it. We opted to go out to eat instead.

Very clean! No bugs! … and the room was in very good shape… I expected a few things needing repair, but the only thing I saw was a bathroom baseboard that was dented. Breakfast was good! Homemade waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs one day, sausage the next, yogurt, bagels, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Area was very clean and tidy, too!

Our 2nd stay at this location. The only issues I/we had was if your looking for breakfast this is not for you. Breakfast is very limited, no meats at all. Waffles , egg patties , biscuits and gravy, that's basically it. My issue is they charge you an extra $10 per room on weeknights and an extra $20 per room if it's a Friday or Saturday if you request a room on the lower floor. My husband's disability does not allow him to walk any distance. I argued that I felt we were being discriminated against because of having to pay extra for the lower floor simply because he can't walk up and down stairs with his disability. However I had ask for connecting rooms and they put us at very end with connecting rooms and I was able to park right at the door. Maid service was on spot when I ask for extras , as we didn't have them clean the room. Desk clerk was super nice and check in was a breeze (we had booked with hotels.com). Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean with no smells. Pillows were super thick and not worn out. We will stay again even if there are a couple of issues I have with their policies as to extra charges. I had a great overnight stay. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and everything worked. It was fun seeing families playing together in the pool. They had sausage and biscuits, waffles, cereals, yogurt etc for breakfast. I also like the location. I’ll stay there again!

It was a very enjoyable stay. We had 2 rooms for our trip. Both room were clean and comfortable. Front desk clerk was very friendly at check in. The hot breakfast was delicious. Price was not bad for 2 rooms and 2 nights. I would definitely stay here again
