This hotel was gorgeous, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - even helping with booking taxis etc. The breakfast especially the Japanese option is delicious as is the evening meal provided. It’s very convenient for visiting the island! 10/10 would recommend if you are travelling to Miyajima!

Incredible quiet contemporary ryokan with the most amazing meals included. Top floor spa was lovely. Very nice that they provide swim wear since it is a coed sauna and soaking pool. Return communication would be nice when asking for transportation. Also, being able to request transport via text with a confirmation text would be nice rather than having to call.

All staffs are kind and helpful. Very clean and new hotel. If you want to have public bath and sauna, please wear swimming suits cos men and women in same area. Shower is not recommended in that facility.

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
