Baymont by Wyndham Covington

Room was nice. There was 4 of us staying and room was supplied with 2 towels. We constantly had to ask for towels. No hot breakfast like what is advertised and no hot water. Water only got Luke warm. Ice machines not fully working. Hair on towels. The area was fine with lots of shopping and close to town s square

Sheets were dirty. They changed them for us but again, dirty. Pool ladder was broken along with hole in bottom. Room had weird smell, towels given had stains.

Initial check in we were given the wrong room and disturbed some poor girls. There is a crack in the door and it does not close properly. The pool is tiny and was dirty. Breakfast options were break and fruit loops. Place feels very unsafe and were warned by an uber driver to be careful.

There was really nothing to like or love. Room was mediocre and my sheets had to change lid 3 times to get clean sheets. The gym should be closed because elliptical doesn’t exist and treadmill was out of service. The pool was not ready and breakfast ends early. Thank goodness the area had restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is not for me.

Breakfast was poor, very bare minimum. Barely worthy of a free breakfast. Gym was abysmal and borderline unsafe with so much packed into a small room. Staff seemed disinterested. Room however was clean and nice.

I didn’t get from the pictures that this was a motel, which is fine - but it’s not in the greatest part of town. But the hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Our AC was broken and they moved us to a new room without delay. Pool was out of order.

Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping replaced towels and made beds daily. Super quiet, zero issues. If I were to complain about this place, it would be about tight parking, and a pool that looked like a fish pond. But, we were there on a slow week and, didn’t go swimming. Excellent place to crash for a night or 2.

Upon arrival after my flight , we arrived at the hotel around 10pm, I had to wait at least 15 mins to be able to get in my room because by the time the man arrived at the desk and processed everything which I was the only one there so that was frustrating . There was only one employee working and the hotel seems scarce of any other vistors which was alittle unsettling . I asked what time contential breakfest was and was told they do not offer that , on the website it clearly stated a free contiental breakfest daily . We arrived to the room, had to request another blanket because the blanket was so thin on the bed , housekeeping was knocking at 830 which was also disappointing as we arrived so late and wanted to sleep alittle later . Every morning they came at 830 am ! The pool was unusable and green so that was disappointing as well as we were hoping to utilize it coming from the north , my girls were bummed . I was informed after inquiring and speaking to a woman the next day about the website stating they served breakfest and was told there was new owners yet the website still said Baymont by Wyndam hotel , that is one of the reasons i booked them because i am formula with those hotel chains . The room was clean , a few towels had hair on them , had to request a hair dryer . There was only a few vistors the entire time we were there which was 4 days . For the price we paid I was disappointed and would not recommend them , the location was good close to resturants .

The beds were made up with clean linens and looked nice in appearance. However, the floors, were dirty, the sink in mirror was spattered with filth, the shower was dirty with the previous occupants used soap, no clean towels and no toilet paper upon entry. There was no privacy see through curtain. Only the one that blocks out light.

Shower was pretty dirty did not even want to take a shower. There was only 1 roll of TP and it was half used. Only good thing was Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy and don’t flatten. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

The blankets were dirty the sheets were stained, the inside of the fridge was nasty. We were moved several times, 1st time because i asked for clean linens 2nd time our door wouldnt unlock, and still the 3rd room the blankets were not much better we just removed them from the bed. We also didnt have hot water. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone

The room had a smell of smoking and there was no really hot water.

Hotel was clean and newly remodeled. Only thing is the new rooms have bright red curtains that do not match the rooms at all. The towels could be of better quality and there is not a hair dryer in the room.

Clean, nice property, but barely any water pressure for a shower and no cable or satellite TV, just apps that you can use.

Room was clean but very bare bones, no door on the shower, and extremely noisy. Leaf blowers right outside my door early in the morning. This is more of a motel, with doors right into the parking lot. Breakfast was pathetic.

The room didn’t have Kleenex or a hair dryer.

They did not have tissues or a hairdryer. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bed was very comfortable though and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Recently renovated. No rugs. Clean floors. Beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. Plastic wrapped bagels and cereal and toast. Not much else. Beds and room was fine but no frills for the price. Just ok overall. Area is a bit noisy as well.

I check out at 11am. But they when to our room at 10:30 to ask if we were leaving.

We have a little situation, and the lady in the reception was extremely nice and helpful working to resolve the situation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very outdated. Bathtub had peeling and was dirty; toilet had black hairs on it and uncleaned; the light flickered. Door latch was completely missing. Front desk took forever to come out to check in and check out, even after using phone to call for service. Checking out the worker was hiding in the bathroom with her phone. Location was hard to get to, very long route to get to it. Very disappointed overall.

When I checked in the attendant was wonderful. However later on in the night maybe around 9:00 p.m. the lobby of the hotel was closed off. And there was no attendant to assist you. The bed sheets felt damp it was not comfortable at all. The glass shower door wouldn't stay close. In the shower there was nowhere to put the soap. It was not a comfortable stay when you want to go to sleep and your sheets feel weird it defeats the purpose of going to a hotel to relax.

When checking in, I got there around11:00 pm, the desk clerk didn’t say anything just pushed a paper under the window after pointing where I needed to sign and then slid me a key, was very rude and told me nothing about the hotel/room.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. No problems checking in or out. Highly recommended

Very clean, easy check-in, walking distances to food, gas station, and liquor store. The only issue was the smoke detector was beeping. It needed new batteries. Otherwise, I would stay here again! Price is great and comfortable for a female solo traveler.

The safety was my only concern!! Homeless people were sleeping outside and people were drinking in the parking lot as well as the next door gas station

Great value for money and convenient location

We were visiting for The Vampire Diaries Tour. We love Covington and enjoy everything about the city. The hotel was pretty close to downtown. The bad part was the wifi would not connect most of the time and when it did it would not stay connected.

room was clean. light over sink did not work. light or ceiling about shower was leaking on our floor. breakfast was very disappointing . there was only cereal, bagel and bread. there could have been apples, oranges, bananas, muffins or something sweet. we had to go get breakfast elsewhere.'

We had a room and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed and same for the shower. Breakfast was very light. It was ok because we spend just few hours in our bedroom and I was with my daughter but it doesn’t deserve more than 3stars
