The hotel was understaffed the three days of my stay. Check in times took a large amount of time due to lack of staffing at the front desk. Dinning experience, while the only person that was serving food and alcohol, was a very pleasant person. He was the only one staffing the bistro at a time which created a long delays of service. This also was a reoccurrence for breakfast time as well. There was one person staff in the bistro. Maintenance needs to be addressed. Elevator feels very unsafe as it makes very odd sounds as a transitions from floor to floor, creating a nervousness within the customer base. While the rooms are excellent, it can’t be frustrating to find out that the USB ports on the nightstand were not functional. Turn down service is limited as my two nights stay did not get turned down and I had to reuse a lot of the towels that were provided. Rooms have poor sound insulation in them. I can clearly hear conversations not only from the hallway but rooms on each side of my room. The doors slam incredibly loud throughout the entire floor and you can hear every person leaving and entering each hotel room. There was an event where people were doing burnouts in the parking lot in incredibly early hours of the night, waking people up. This was a reoccurrence both nights

This hotel was clean and quiet. When I realized it was directly across street from an amusement park, I was concerned about the noise, but it was not a problem. The bistro was closed Saturday night, which was unfortunate. I would have liked a cocktail and some thing to eat.

Great staff. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Awesome amenities. Excellent location to stay at while visiting Discovery Kingdom. Only negative during our stay was discovering that the pool was unusable due to the heater not working. (That was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel.)

When we arrived the elevators were out of service due to some issues they were having so we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor, then when we entered the room their was a terrible smell of humidity, and came to find out that their was leaks and the side of one of the beds their was a huge puddle of water in the carpet. We had to change rooms to the second floor, so that was another trip downstairs with our luggage😡 just to also enter another room with humidity and the smell was horrible. Overall, I couldn’t wait to leave.

Room was dirty. Found 3 hairties on the floor and a brown stain of some sort on our bed. The counter and shower had multiple hairs in it and we let house keeping onow but they were not willing to clean further or give is a diffrent room. The front desk staff was kind and pool was great! For some reason the toilet seats in the room slam down and you could here the entire floors toilet seats close every single time! The mattresses were the type you sink into infinity in so if your into a fluffy bed your set! Had a toiletries available if you need. Bathroom was updated and very modern. For a family of 4 with a 3 and 5 year old the standard double queen was a little too cramed.

We moved to a different room due to our pullout Sofa bed being covered in goldfish crackers. The second room has no T.P. and hairs inside bed sheets. I will never stay there again.

The room wqs very nice and clean and had a great bathroom and shower with glass sliding doors. Great view of Six Flags from my room. Only downside is a ton of road construction going on around the hotel but otherwise a great stay.

Location is everything, is what I can say about this hotel. If you are going to be going to Six Flags you can save on parking, walking, time, and money. It was a five minute walk to the park and you are closer to the entrance at the hotel than you are at the parking lot. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and nice. Great shower with wonderful water pressure. The pool was amazing! It’s heated so fabulous to enjoy on a cool spring day. It’s open late so you can relax at the pool after a long day at Six Flags. They were working on the lobby the day after we arrived, the staff made no mention of this to us as being a possibility. There were signs around that another floor was being worked on but not the lobby. It didn’t impact us necessarily but it did limit our use of the cafe space. The cafe/bar/restaurant however they want to advertise it was the low of this trip. When we arrived the front desk made it sound like we could sit and have a meal. We attempted to do this after a long day of travel and walking. The one employee who was working in this cafe was table serving one group but had us come to the counter to order. This one amazing employee was also the cook. So our food was made too order in a rush. We ate at the table right the and I was so disappointed. I am not a picky eater and this food was inedible and cost us $100. In the morning we brought our own coffee cups to refill. $10 for coffee flavored water. I would stay her again, but make other dinner plans!

With a theme park across the street, I expected to hear all the sounds, but it was super quiet. I was shocked! Everything was super comfortable - my only wish is that the sofa bed has sheets on when we ended up changing the sofa to a bed. We were exhausted at the end of the day and it was something extra we weren't expecting to have to do (it was super easy but it would have been nice to not to have to) We had a fun view too

For being right next to Six Flags, the place was quiet. The room itself was also very nice and clean. The staff was also super nice and helpful. My issues were that one elevator had issues with buttons sticking, the carpets in both elevators were constantly dirty, and a few of the light fixtures in the elevators were falling out. As I said my room was very nice, but the light fixture right above my door was hanging on by a prayer.

We had two rooms here, both king suites. The first was on the 1st floor, the second on 5th floor. The first floor room had no closet or place to hang clothes. Its proximity to the church service made it unbearably loud Sunday morning. We used the fold-out bed. The sheets were ill-fitting and bed was not made. There was no outlet for the coffee maker where it was positioned; the only suitable outlet was in the bathroom. Only two glasses were provided for what was touted as a 4 person room. We ended up having a portable clothes rack wheeled in. We were able to move to the 5th floor after I commented re the church service. The 5th floor room also had no closet or place to hang clothes. I brought the portable unit up from the 1st floor. The water pressure at the bathroom sink was very weak. The bedside lights were plugged in but not operational. The thermostats were present but not connected to the ventilation units. Again, the pull out bed was not made and the bedding was ill-fitting. I’ve stayed at many Courtyard hotels. The lobby at this location was very nice and staff did what they could to address the room flaws, but overall I found the rooms to be sub-par at best, disappointing for what I’ve come to expect. Finally, I was surprised there was a daily charge for parking - $10. Perhaps proximity to Six Flags is some justification, but there were many empty spots. Desk staff waived this fee for me to help address some of the room issues.

Air conditioner didnt get cold. The online tv services didnt work the first night. Rooms are alot smaller then they seem on their site. The king size bed didnt feel like a king. For a quick stay not it will do the job thats it. Been to better Courtyard before. I expected better.

Upon arrival at 1 PM, the representative at the front desk told me while laughing that they are overbooked since this morning and that we do not have a room to stay in for the night. She kept saying there was nothing she could do to help and that it had happened since this morning. Never received an email or call stating that there was no rooms for the day. I even did early check in on the app.

System was down at check in. Long wait to check in about 45 minutes in the lobby. Staff were polite. But accidentally gave us key to vaccant room. That was awkward. Room appeared clean but blankets had a wierd smell. Pool area was clean. Told me the deposit was 50$ I was charged 60$ so still waiting to get that back.

I checked into my room, which had two queen-sized beds. When I used the restroom, I discovered that the toilet was completely clogged. I called the front desk using the phone provided in the room, but as soon as I explained the issue, the front desk agent hung up on me. To address the situation in person, I took the elevator from the fourth floor down to the lobby. I remained reasonable and simply asked whether they could send someone to fix it or switch me to a different room, as I had just checked in a few hours ago. To my surprise, the staff member responded rudely, went to the janitor’s closet, grabbed a plunger, handed it to me, and said, “fix it yourself.” This was the first time I had ever been told to handle my own plumbing at a hotel! For the record, I didn’t clog the toilet as i I had just arrived.

I was told my two rooms were connecting when I called 2 hours before arrival. When we arrive, there were no connecting rooms available for kids and parents. Asked for bathroom to freshen up while we were out for the day. Came back without new towels or toilet paper. I called the front desk and was told that I could come down and get the towels and toilet paper that was needed. Beds felt like I was sleeping on the floor, which made for rough night sleeps if any at all. Not a good experience at all this time.

Conveniently located next to the fairgrounds. The cost in the summer though is extremely high. I get that it's across the street from 6 Flags but the cost is comparable to staying in San Francisco! At least the parking is free.

Was there for a visit to six flags, it’s a five minute or so walking distance. They checked us in early and that was great. Person at lobby was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Only downside is not having restaurants within walking distance. They are doing construction in the road so that was inconvenient but once fixed I’m sure it will be fine. Room was great no issues.

Restaurant and bar not open Sundays and Mondays. I was told it was going to be open Tuesday so I didn’t bring in dinner. I was planning on eating dinner in the restaurant. When I asked the hostess about it, she was very rude. And since there is nothing close to eat around the hotel, I had no dinner. Thanks.

Checked in on line and was sent a text when room was ready. Large room with comfy bed microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately mirror light in bath did not work so only light was in shower. Impossible to see to put on makeup, shave or do hair. No coffe in lobby until 8:00 am. Don’t be fooled when it says free parking. That’s only for platinum Marriott card holders. Otherwise you’re charged $10 per day. Food items in bistro are pricey. It’s open in the morning and then again in the evening. Drinks pricey too. Staff very friendly and hotel is clean
