This is an old property with visible wear- not your typical Fairfield Inn. When we were there, the elevator was not working. There was carpet tape in many places on the 2nd floor hallways, the back stairs smelled like urine & had some noticeable water damage on the wallpapered walls. The room itself wasn’t terrible, except for the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the room was clean, however. The staff was great, as were the breakfast options.

The staff was awesome, the room was clean and the bathroom tub was worthy of taking a hot bath in. The price was affordable, location was great and the breakfast was on point…. The elevators where out during my stay but the repairman was there first thing in the morning working on them

As soon as we drove up i was a little worried. The outside is run down. There was food wrappers, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. When we checked in the desk clerk was not very friendly. I was then informed there was a $20 deposit. After discussing that we were then told the pool was closed. We stoll stayed but, the pillows were lumpy and the bed had saw its better days. The 8.2 rating on line was not correct.

The hotel and area around it was safe and quiet. Parking was easy. The hotel was very busy the night we stayed. Check in was quick and polite despite there only being one clerk and a line behind us. She did a great job. The room was comfy and clean with nice, updated amenities. The breakfast buffet area was kind of dirty and messy. The hotel can't help the guest's behavior but that made us leave earlier than we would have liked, people were hoarding food and not allowing proper flow through the area. Overall it was pretty ok for one night and we'd stay again. We're in the area frequently to visit family and this was top 5 stays.

The sofa in the suite was filthy, I put a towel down just to sit on it, the dirt on it was visibly there all over. The side of the of the fridge floor had filthy dirt and dust bunnies. I thought it was something there to only realize it was dirt. The ice machine was broken as the last time we were there. My husband and I have stay there before but we will not be back. Only booked this place bc it had an outdoor pool. Upon arrival the pool had 5 dudes sitting around it smoking weed. Tons of black hair floating on top the water and on the bottom of the pool. We had already paid and needed to be somewhere so we brushed it off in that moment. Came back 5 hrs later and the pool was shut down til further notice for cleaning. Fast forward 24 hrs later and the pool is back open and its still dirty. The bottom was covered in mold and the water was not clear more like a cloudy green. I went out there and skimmed the damn thing myself. Im definitely not a person that expects perfection but this hotel was GHETTO!! No if ands or buts about it. The staff was super nice tho. Beds were comfortable. This place should be $50 a night or less. Our view was of the Red Roof. I will never stay at this place again while in the area. Sorry not sorry!!

The room was outdated. Water pressure wasn’t great. The bed was comfortable but I found out bite marks on my thighs, arms and legs. Soon to find that these bite marks , red marks are called bed bugs. I will not be returning this location any time soon

Pictures online are deceiving. Room had severe mildew issue. Staff was great about moving us to a different room but cleanliness was still on the lower end. Broken window and stains on all walls.

The property was clean and well maintained. The room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our stay was 3 days and the food served for breakfast was different each day, along with the normal staples. Staff at check in was great but the morning person ignored me for 3-4 minutes as she did her paperwork before helping me with check out. The only real issue for us was that we were on the side of the property closest to I65 and it was super noisy the entire time.

The one take away, the room could not be darkened window treatment wise too much exterior site lighting could enter the room! One other note, the room refrig could have a more user friendly freezer compartment for someone interested in a muti-day stay! Will consider a follow-up stay! Thks

The hotel was fine. The toilet in my room kept running so I was moved to a new room The staff was prompt in finding me a room. The overall stay was fine, I think the next time I will ask for a room on the other side of the building since the car noise from 65 was noisy during the night.

Clean, comfortable room. Our room was the one bedroom suite. It was spacious. Breakfast food was fresh. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, cereal, and little round quiches. Apple and orange juice, and a variety of coffee. Staff was helpful and kind.

My stay was great the staff was really friendly and kind. But omg they definitely need BLACK OUT CURTAINS ALL THE LIGHTS FROM THE OUT DOOR LIGHTS AND FROM ACROSS THE STREET HOTEL WAS BEAMING IN THRES THE SHEER CURTAINS I CANT BELIEVE THEY ONLY HAVE SHEER CURTAINS UP. I did not get any rest at ALL . I rather stay at another hotel with black out curtains so I can rest . But other than that everything else was great. Now im tied and have a long drive home.

Location was good. I was surprised that the room did not have charging outlets. Also, the room chair had dust accumulated in the corners. The 2nd floor hall carpet needs replaced outside the elevator. A section had duct tape.

As you would expect when you pay a little more you get a little more. A little more quality a little more quite a little more cleaner a little more pleasant. Note that this isn’t a $350 a night Marriott. This is run and managed by a third party. Still much better value vs what’s around in the area. Staff is amazing.

Up on check in my wife and I were not entirely pleased with the handicap room that we had I went to the front desk and the gentleman was just wonderful to deal with. He grabbed a couple of keys and said let’s go searching and find something that you will like, he did and we did the rest of our stay. He was just a wonderful guy to deal with will probably be back.

Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm only to be told that they were overbooked by 3 rooms by Hotels.com. They had no room for us and we were forced to scramble to find alternative accommodations at Midnight. Since i booked this on Hotels.com as a non-refundable transaction, Fairfield Inn couldn't refund my charge. Hotels.com has no noticeable means for reaching an actual human when calling their 800 number, only number prompts to waste your time. So at this point, i am out $140 and had to spend another $220 on an alternative hotel. Will be disputing this charge with my credit card company for a reversal. So i suppose my 1 star review is just as much with Hotels.com as it is with Fairfield Inn.

I made this reservation several days in advance. When I arrived they told me they overbooked and were full and had no room for me. So at 10:00 at night I had to find a new hotel for me and my daughter. They also claimed they couldn’t inform me in advance because I used Expedia. They had no help to offer and were unapologetic, making me feel like it was my fault somehow.

The staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate our breakfast needs on the weekends. Whenever we have a swim meet at Hobart High School we stay here. The kids have to be out the door usually by 6:15am to get to the pool. Even though breakfast doesn't normally open up on the weekends until 7am, the helpful staff ALWAYS gets breakfast out by 6am. This is why I and all of the other swim families keep coming back. Thank you!

The property was near the interstate. A lot of construction on US30. Tricky making a right turn onto Georgia Street. This was an older property. Not as nice as the Fairfield we always stay at in Papillion, NE, but still well maintained. .

There is a mall about a 1 to the East and plenty of restaurants both ways to eat at. There is also a 24 hour CVS west of the hotel. It is conveniently located off the highway and pricing is fair. Inside was your usual hotel and complimentary breakfast had a few options for all family members.

What a great hotel! Don’t ever judge a book by its cover. This little place was clean, friendly, the staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was one of the best hotels breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is a worn facility. The bathroom door would not close and the tile on the floor in the bathroom looked terrible. The coffee in the morning was weak and orange juice was like water. We would not stay in a Fairfield Inn again.
