I liked the large room size. Beds and pillows were comfy, but mattress pad could have been softer/thicker. Heater a bit noisy and rattled when turned on. Beds were clean. Room was clean. There was plenty of extra room. The bathroom was nice sized as well. Tub was older/rust spots, but shower worked well and very clean. I appreciated the number of outlets. I was glad to see the large mini fridge to hold all our drinks for a sports tournament the next day. The pool was heated and very warm, but the pool and poolroom were very small. Noise echoed off the walls and if you get a few rowdy kids in there, it gets loud and annoying very quickly! Parent leave kids unsupervised. Need bigger swim towels and keep well stocked. No hot tub-would have been nice. Breakfast was good: eggs, breakfast meats, waffle machine…enough to choose from. Would have liked cartons of milk not pitcher. Sports tournaments -doors open at 7 or need to be on the field at 7 on weekends, would be nice to see breakfast start at 6.

Room didn't have any or was low on basic supplies like toilet paper, tissues and moisturizer. I was there for2 nights and the room didn't get service, I had to take my trash and towels to the front desk. Brekfast garbage receptacle hole was too small for the plates so garbage all over the top. Work out room had no towels or tissues.

We went there to swim in the afternoon and attend a baseball game in the evening. The pool was being cleaned on a Friday afternoon and could not be used until 6pm. Needless to say our plans were shattered. Not happy.

Very disappointed in this hotel. We picked it for the location and having good experiences with Fairfield Inns in the past however for this hotel they need to improve. 1. The sink and tub drains were not draining. This really sickened my wife. I reported it to the desk but no one ever fixed the issue. 2. Breakfast is very poor. They put a sign on the waffle station saying not in service but everything looked like it could be in working order. I really feel the attendants didn't want to deal with servicing it. There is no juice machine so forget about OJ or apple juice. No workers around to replenish milk, plates, utensils or whatever. 3. They NEVER serviced the room. I hate that hotels are so cheap there is NO housekeeping on weekends or weekdays unless you ask for it. 4. Room had a strange smell in the room we believe because of the bathroom drain situation. 5. Beds are advertised as Queen size but they are NOT, they are Fulls. 6. They put the towel rack over the toilet which at the other end of the bathroom and no where near the tub/shower. 7. Tub/Shower needs safety bars as there is nothing to hold onto and I almost slip and fell getting out of the shower. We will not be going back to this hotel.

This Marriott property is near our relatives. It was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, Marriott seems to be making decisions meant to maintain profit margins, to the detriment of the hotel facility, the staff, guests. There was not sufficient cleaning staff. The carpeting badly needs deep cleaning or replacement and therefore I surmise, so does the upholstered furniture. The room coffee makers brew only 2-3 ounces of decent coffee. And they don’t warn guests either! On the plus side - staff was excellent, breakfast choices were good and included a gluten free waffle option.

PROS: Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There were crumbs on one the night stands. Also mold/mildew under the edge of the sink and in the shower so house keeping may need to do some extra scrubbing in that room. It was our first time staying in your hotel. I do believe the pros outweighed the cons and we would book again. Hopefully maybe finding a clearer room.

It was a fully booked weekend. I was placed in a room directly across the elevator and it was awful. Extremely noisy. I’m not sure why that would even be an option for occupancy. I couldn’t sleep throughout the nice because of the noise.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! I felt comfortable coming and going there. It is a very convient location (the entrance is a little hard to notice at first). The breakfast was good and filling. The back patio is a nice place to sit and relax in between what I had planned for my day. My room was clean, and I didn't have any issues there. However, my key card deactivated after the first night, so that was a little inconvient. It was taken care of right away by the front desk. The bed was a lot harder than I would have liked and generally uncomfortable. I was also on the first floor near the stairs and it was quite noisy most of the night and into the morning. The convience and easy of the hotel along with the staff will keep me coming back.

Manager was lovely and it was very clean. Free breakfast was well restocked throughout the dining period. There was a loud fan in the bathroom that ran constantly with no way to turn it off.

The location was great for me. The door made a loud squeaking sound when opened. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. Property needs to be renovated. No one at front desk or breakfast area to ask a question.

I've never had problems with a hotel reservation made thru Expedia. The on site manager at this property was a piece of work. My reservation for a suite to accommodate my family tried totell me that they had no suite for my confirmed and paid for reservation made long in advance. Gave a room with 2 queen beds, and when I told him it was unacceptable, he told me it was my fault for booking thru a third party. Then he miraculously "finds" the space I reserved and said I was "lucky he could work magic" for me. What wonderful customer service!! I then had to walk back to the dront desk for the expected sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. No cool. Would not recommend this property given that jerk.

Our stay was horrible right away. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk we thought checked us in and gave us our room keys. Well while getting changed and ready to go out a lady tried entering our room which to find out she got the same room as us after. Which she could of taken our stuff if weren't there or something worse didnt feel safe not one bit at that point. Went to the front desk to see what was going on and apparently when we arrived the lady at the front desk never really checked us in and just gave a room and keys. Which is unacceptable that is part of your job to make sure we are checked in imagine if something would of happend to us or our stuff was taken a huge lawsuit would of happend. Then that night while trying to sleep the air system in here was making ridiculously loud noises throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Would not recommend this place at all. The worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel you should feel safe in your own room and we didnt.

Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday morning. Breakfast on the weekend was great, less selection on a weekday. All staff that we ran into were friendly and even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. I told my nephew that lives in Avon if he ever has company coming in and they need a place to stay tell them here. Great time!! Great place!

Top floor room, very quiet even though the hotel was full with what appeared to be a few high school/travel sports teams. Room was clean. AC was cold and the bed was comfortable. Easy to find, great Mexican restaurant next door but no other option for a few miles. Great staff 5 stars. However, the property was not up to par with a Marriott property. Linens were good but a lot of scratches, stains, worn out fixtures: a bit beat up. Had to change rooms because some people were partying and smoking.

Very disappointed in this hotel. We picked it for the location and having good experiences with Fairfield Inns in the past however for this hotel they need to improve. 1. The sink and tub drains were not draining. This really sickened my wife. I reported it to the desk but no one ever fixed the issue. 2. Breakfast is very poor. They put a sign on the waffle station saying not in service but everything looked like it could be in working order. I really feel the attendants didn't want to deal with servicing it. There is no juice machine so forget about OJ or apple juice. No workers around to replenish milk, plates, utensils or whatever. 3. They NEVER serviced the room. I hate that hotels are so cheap there is NO housekeeping on weekends or weekdays unless you ask for it. 4. Room had a strange smell in the room we believe because of the bathroom drain situation. 5. Beds are advertised as Queen size but they are NOT, they are Fulls. 6. They put the towel rack over the toilet which at the other end of the bathroom and no where near the tub/shower. 7. Tub/Shower needs safety bars as there is nothing to hold onto and I almost slip and fell getting out of the shower. We will not be going back to this hotel.

The sink and tub needs snaking. No one feels like doing that I know but it’s necessary. I was grossed out when brushing my teeth how long the water was taking to drain. I don’t like a tub filling up either when I’m shaving my legs in the shower. Also the breakfast staff either didn’t feel like making the waffle batter or the waffle machines are broken. Your breakfast here will consist of eggs and sausage and packaged cereals. They must not have housekeeping on Saturday’s and Sundays either. I booked, and fully paid for, my reservation days before arrival. Upon arriving, I learned the hotel was at occupancy and my room was given away. 5 of us crammed into a small hotel room and I slept on the floor with a blanket. Absolutely awful experience and the hotel staff was not any help.
