I was very disappointed because my main reason for choosing the Residence Inn, and paying a little more, was for the hot tub. Upon arrival after a long drive there was a sign at the front desk saying the hot tub was out of order. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Once I arrive to the property, I was told that the pool and Jacuzzi was shut down for Repair. I feel as if I should have received a courtesy email or this should’ve been noted amongst while booking rather than being told upon arrival. My room had no toilet paper as well as the kitchen floor was extremely sticky seems to be something was spilled and not cleaned properly. These problems were addressed with front desk and was not taken serious or even taken care of. This is not a place that I would recommend to anybody and absolutely not a place that I would go back to.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was set and available. You dont get room service unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I requested clean towels and i was forgotten about. But they did end up getting them to me after i went down and asked for them again. Their pool is un heated and not even 5' deep. Their hot tub was out of service. I had booked a one bedroom king and did not get one I ended up having a queen suite so it made bedtime hard for us with the kids. The beds were so uncomfortable. The pool was not open which we were not told about so my kids were bummed when we saw it was closed. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Worst one out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at and I have stayed at a lot due to traveling a lot.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed on a holiday weekend! The gym was quite small and not very clean, and one day was not stocked with towels.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, and the hotel staff was pleasant. HOWEVER: 1) We reserved a suite with 1 king and 2 queens. We received 1 king and 1 queen. 2) We couldn’t use the sofa bed because it had a large blood stain!!! 3) When we reported the biohazard to staff the next day, they moved us to a suite with 1 king and 2 queens (which is what we should have received in the 1st place), but the sofa was worn down and uncomfortable to sit on, and the shower was not in the best shape.

The pool was very cold and smaller than it looked in the pictures. The room was very nice and comfortable. We really liked that there was a kitchen with appliances and dishes. Some of the dishes were very dirty when we pulled them out but I just washed them. The shower was awkward due to half a door but nice.

I found this hotel convenient due to its location for my visit and the fact that it was pet friendly and had enough green space for walking my dog. It also was close to food and shopping. The staff were helpful. The room was clean but could use some updates and minor repairs. The hall and elevator often had bad odors but I won’t totally blame this on the hotel. However, my room didn’t smell fresh upon entering. I appreciated the kitchen amenities and the extra space between the “bedroom” and bathroom.

We first stayed at Emerald Event Center about four years ago when it was new. It was great to see the high standard of cleanliness, comfort and amenities has not diminished. Very friendly, professional staff. Room was spotless. Breakfast (included) was always a nice touch and remains so w/good (and healthy) options.

Overall, the facility was nice, staff was polite and responsive, and the accommodations were good. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature. Some of my kitchen glasses looked dirty/greasy so I didn't use them. This is a very good location for my needs which were at the nearby hospital. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was nice and clean but the sad part was the air conditioning waking me up all night. The noise was so loud and it woke me up a few times during the night. The room was nice, but the TV kept disconnecting every night and needed the maintenance guy to restart every morning. My husband gets up at 5:30 am and did not want to bother the front desk at that time so he ended up sitting without it in the morning.

We come every year for our anniversary and love the rooms but this year, our room was a bit run down. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, corner stripping fell off the wall during the night and scared the heck out of us, kitchen faucet not connected to the counter, and one of the pendant light bulbs was burnt out.

Staff at front desk very friendly and communicative before and during stay. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Breakfast was pretty good with surprisingly decent coffee. Maids were ok but sometimes forgot to leave new supplies or empty garbage. However the front desk rectified ir right away when we asked. A light bulb thar we asked to be replaced however, never was for over a week. Main andrReally only complaint is the extremely loud AC which rivaled having a running lawnmower in the suite. For a new building this was puzzling. They need to fix this...never seen anything so inefficient in my life and ir would come on so often. Really unpleasant. Overall rhis property does well but the HVAC is abominable.

The rooms themselves are nice. Suite style with private rooms and/or separated areas is always a plus. Major downside was in my first room, the shower was clogged. I was moved to a second room where the A/C was not working

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was set and available. You dont get room service unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I requested clean towels and i was forgotten about. But they did end up getting them to me after i went down and asked for them again. Their pool is un heated and not even 5' deep. Their hot tub was out of service. But literally everything else was perfect.

I found this hotel convenient due to its location for my visit and the fact that it was pet friendly and had enough green space for walking my dog. It also was close to food and shopping. The staff were helpful. The room was clean but could use some updates and minor repairs. The hall and elevator often had bad odors but I won’t totally blame this on the hotel. However, my room didn’t smell fresh upon entering. I appreciated the kitchen amenities and the extra space between the “bedroom” and bathroom.

I travel to the area frequently to visit family. This was my first time staying since my go to hotel was booked. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay again when my go to isn’t available (it is much more convenient in proximity) Thank you for the hospitality! 😁

Note that this is a newer facility, so everything was neat and clean. The lobby bar was a refreshing perk after a long day. The room was great, but maybe instructions for how the (we found out later) automatic curtains work would be helpful for those on the east side of the building. Parking was free on a flat lot around the hotel, an incentive for us as we had looked at downtown Cleveland, but parking was $40 per day. This location fit all our criteria, and we would recommend. Quick 20 minutes to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Was at the property for 5 days, we had chosen this property because of the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub only worked properly 1 day of our stay. The continental breakfast didn't have many options and no changes to the menu daily, very disappointing

We were in town for the day and spent the night at this establishment. It was a great experience. It was clean. The staff was courteous. Breakfast offered a wide variety. If I am in Cleveland again, I would like to stay here again.

Being a more pricey hotel you would expect the breakfast to be better than lower priced hotels. We were very disappointed in the breakfast selections. How about bacon and sausage served daily with fresh scrambled cheesy eggs. Higher quality juices with breakfast would be great. The juices you provided were so awful tasting. Also how about flavored creamer for your coffee. Also staff complaining about being short staffed doesn't ring fun vacation. Also complained to staff about something bitting me in bed leaving blood on sheets and nothing was done about it. We also asked for room garbage cans and empty cans in recycling bin to be cleaned up/emptied and they gave us bags and told us to do it and leave outside our room door. Why am I paying all this extra money for if I'm going to take the trash out. Plus in the morning you have to walk down the hallway with all the dirty sheets laying in the hallway outside each room. It would also be nice if the pullout couch in the living room was clean enough to sleep on. Towels, washcloths, hand towels and toilet paper should be replaced when customers are staying multiple days.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed on a holiday weekend! The gym was quite small and not very clean, and one day was not stocked with towels.
