Everything was good chlorine was really strong in the pool so we didn't swim long other then that's we enjoyed our stay

Property was on Expedia showing a functional hot tub. Hot tub has been filled in with cement. Pick this hotel because of the hot tub. Disappointed.

The physical condition of the general property interior was modern and visually appealing. The pool however was absolutely freezing- to the point of being unusable. The carpet in my room was heavily stained in areas.

I didn't like the fact that there was a hot tub advertised, but the unit had been removed 2 years before.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Gym was large and clean.

The pool was nice but the hot tub is now filled in with concrete. The pool area is really loud with echos but I don’t know how to make that any better. We needed adjoining rooms and they were very accommodating.

Nice room all mini suites. The fitness center was not maintained well. No water available, 1 piece of selectorized cable column available, not functional and the heat was on high The WiFi was not available in the gym and the TV did not have a remote. All of the issues are minor but why not attend to them?!

The bar and reception area look great. But once you go to your room (3rd floor l) there is signs of decay lack of maintenance. No ice or vending machines. Carpet in the room was extremely dirty, stained and sticky. Couch was stained and wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the only reason why we stayed the night

Our room was dirty. The carpets had stains everywhere. The door wouldn’t latch without pulling it. The bathroom was moldy and tiles wobbly. The toilet ran every 20 minutes. The exterior of the hotel was nice but the rooms need some serious deep cleaning to stay competitive

This is a nice hotel and it has many great things to offer. The Lobby is very nice and the welcome desk was accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff is very well trained, as they all greeted us in the halls and were kind and friendly and did a great job. My only complaint, is the rooms are tired, especially carpet and upholstery, which is very dirty. We even put a bath towel on the sofa as it was soiled in several spots. They really need to address this as there are so many other parts that were so good!

This property is immaculate and when you arrive, it is obvious that they take great care in providing excellent accomodations!

Incredibly clean and the entire staff was great

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the shower and towels were great. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and my wife had to sit at the desk to put her makeup on. We stayed ten days and although the sign in the bathroom said they will come and do housekeeping every three days they didn't and the front desk said we had to request housekeeping. On the 4th day we requested housekeeping but they didn't empty the trash until we complained again.

The carpet in the entryway is wrinkled and a trip hazard. My stay was 5 nights, I had to request clean towels and the room was never vacuumed. 24 hour coffee was Luke warm at 6 pm.

The cleaning service was almost non-existent, although this was probably not due to cleaning staff but company policy to cut down on cost. Almost every day we had to go to the front desk for coffee pods or TP or to ask for fresh towels or emptying of waste baskets. Our hair dryer didn't work, but it was replaced promptly by the excellent cleaning staff. Other than the infrequent maintenance of our room, we enjoyed staying there and staff members were courteous and helpful.

Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with a good amount of pillows. We visited at the end of July. The outside temp was hot. I’m not sure if they have central cooling or not, the hallways were warm! Our bedroom was also warm upon entering, the room had a cooling unit by our bed and cooled enough to allow us to fall asleep comfortably. Would’ve love for it to have been able to get cooler! Staff was very friendly and nice. Facility was nice and clean.

We stayed just one night (thankfully) at this hotel. We arrived and noticed how absolutely disgusting and unsanitary our room was. The shower was full of hair for some strange reason, it looked like someone had just shaved in it. The carpet was stained all over the room. Our sheets were not fresh, possibly still from the previous customer since there was a BLOOD STAIN on the end of the sheets. The shower floor edges were moldy. Pretty gross stuff. It was late so we informed the front desk and asked for a room change. Normally I would just cancel and go else where but we have a 6 yr old so this was not an option. We were updated to a suite which was not that much better. Sink was backed up, lights were flickering in the bathroom. Luckily, those sheets were actually cleaned so we decided to stay the night. We were told by the night employee at the front desk we would receive a discounted rate for our troubles. I mentioned this to the morning front desk agent. She told us she would speak to a manager and have her call me back. This was Sunday, August 13th at noon. No one has reached out. It’s Friday, 8/18 and still nothing even after calling them and leaving a detailed voicemail on 8/17. I emailed the CEO Geoff Ballotti, let’s see if he even responds. Avoid this place if you can!

Overall, this is a good place to stay, and we will return. The price was very good for a suite, but I can see how they are keeping pricing down...No free breakfast for one. There is a little bar that they call a restaurant, which does serve breakfast only for dining, but it is quite pricey. We can deal with getting breakfast out. I guess the only real complaint that I have, is that the AC / Furnace unit is built into the wall right beside the bed, and it is VERY noisy! And it never stops running.

Solidly nice. Wish the blinds actually shut without having to use hair clips and the bathroom could use either a shower door or a vent/fan so the room isn’t muggy the entire time. Otherwise it was a pleasant and quiet stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The Italian restaurant across the parking lot is excellent.

Clean and convenient. Service was excellent. The WiFi could have been better. I was on a business trip and had some difficulty with connections on some meetings.

Really nice, clean and well run. Particularly impressed with bedding. The 2 TVs are quite small but at least there are two. The couch was a bit worn out - that really should be replaced.

Clean, spacious, nice layout, comfortable bed

The hotel is very noisy. I could hear the person in the room above me walking around it was very disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. The floors made terrible creaking noises. Other than that the hotel was clean and on a convenient location.

I liked the local. The property is a bit dated. Strange little tvs the size of computer monitors. A very brown decor with shower grout that was dingy.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I slept the best that I have slept in 20 years. I pillows were comfortable. The room temperature stayed consistent and cool through the night. The shower was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

After a three-night and four-day stay, our room was never cleaned, and we never received clean linens, towels, or even soap and conditioner. The drink prices at the bar were also exorbitant, despite the bartender’s kindness. The service was lacking, and we definitely won’t be staying here again.

The toilet did not flush and the lady at the front desk was rude and did not wanna work

The desk staff was terrible, waited 25 minutes to even be acknowledged never mind served. Lady was on the phone and just ignored us standing there. It’s a shame as it is a nice property.

We stayed for 2 nights. We got in late and went straight to bed. Took showers and drank coffee in the room the next morning. We were gone all day. When we got back to the room we found it exactly like we left it. No clean towels, no coffee or cups and no water. For the cost of the room i would expect the room to be at least replenished if not completely cleaned each day. I pre registered, my card was charged. Upon checking in i said that I pre registered. The lady at the front desk said she needed to run my card for incidentals. Nope she charged the entire amount to my card again. Because there were two exact. charges my bank put a fraud alert on my card, so I couldn't use my card the entire trip. They would not refund the money until I checked out and then it would take 3-4 to process and then however long it takes my bank. When I brought it to their attention they acted like it was no big deal! Umm excuse me I am 9 1/2 hours away from home with no card and headed to a cashless venue! No apologies or compensation given.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating great service nice hotel, Sunny and Josh were wonderful. at the front desk and I loved the bartender Robin. She’s great, awesome location with things to do, shopping, dining, They have good amenities.

Everything was great during my stay! I ended up leaving some items behind. I have called three days in a row and was told multiple times I would receive a call back regarding the items and still haven’t gotten answers.

Loved the people who checked us in and out. Our room was quiet and clean and loved the shower! It was easy to use had great water pressure and was large. Could have used more lighting in bathroom.

When Expedia OVERBOOKED this hotel, the staff were SO KIND. They went over and above for us, even though the problem was at NO FAULT of their own. They offered drinks, snacks, and even pillows and blankets when we had to sleep in our car because we were stranded. They gave me the address and directions for the local ambulance station/hospital and let us use the washroom facilities and stay in their parking lot because it was safer and the local police monitor the lot multiple times a night. Thank you Adam and Jade! We did get to spend a couple nights afterwards at the hotel. The room was huge!

Easy access to mall ,stores ,food and the Browns football stadium. I was in town to see my nephew play #37 Bell on Browns. We will be back to stay at this hotel again Thanks.

Great easy on/off stop if you are passing through the Cleveland area. The hotel had quick service and spacious, quiet rooms.

A nice hotel in a great area with plenty of dining options nearby. Some even walkable. A nice pool area with not to many people around on the week days at least which is nice. The couch in the room could have been cleaned a little better but not a major problem. Would definitely stay again

The overall stay was good but when we went to take our showers the body wash ran out before we all had a shower and shampoo ran out fortunately we had brought some with us in case so when i checked out this morning i let the front desk know and also i was disappointed that with the price of the room that breakfast was not included

Does not offer free breakfast. Room Coffee machine & phone did not work.

Everything was clean and comfortable. However I we did not like having to pay for breakfast ($15.00 each!) even though we did not eat that much. Have never had to pay for breakfast anywhere else we've stayed. Either don't serve breakfast or make it free for hotel guests!! We come up several times a year, but won't be staying here again.

The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel the first morning we were there. It was $14.99 per person with limited options. It is nice that coffee and hot water is always available.

Beautiful property. Clean. Very few amenities. No drinking glasses in rooms, no juice, potatoes, meat or sweet rolls for breakfast. For this nice hotel that was disappointing.

Really like staying at Wyndham's as the rooms are nice, beds are comfy, and it is quiet and relaxing. But please update your website for the Avon Hotel as there is some misleading information. Where it states Hot Breakfast available, it would be fair to mention to future visitors that it is not complimentary (just coffee and drinks). Also, was looking forward to that hot tub shown in the photo's...it's closed up and furniture is placed there.

Breakfast was not included. Ordered breakfast at the hotel and waited 45 min. for our food to be served. Had to call the front desk at 4am because of loud music and people fighting in a nearby room . I almost called the local police . The front desk did quiet them down . Stayed at this hotel several times, but will think twice before staying there again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk. Comfortable updated rooms. No longer has a hot tub. The indoor pool has a pleasant temperature. Be aware that only beverages are complimentary at breakfast, and they will give you a to-go cup for coffee, which is a nice touch.
