Our room was clean, breakfast was good and the hotel was in overall decent shape. However, my family and I were disappointed because upon checking in there was a sign that said their pool and hot tub was out of service. We asked the front desk attendant if anything could be done to accommodate us and we were told no. This would have to be taken up with the manager who was off for a couple days. We were told other area hotels had their amenities up and running. It didn't leave a good experience for my family and I and we travel consistently. I would have appreciated the attendant relaying our contact information onto the manager. This was never offered and I would rate the customer service as low.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was great. However, we managed to get a weekend when there was a huge party in the lobby. They all went into the pool at the same time, making tge already small pool incredibly uncomfortable. We had to leave the area due to overcrowding and noise. The elevator was also sketchy. It made terrible noises. Eventually, that evening, it was out of service so we had to take the stairs to our 4th floor room.

It is located on a main street near several restaurants but shares a parking lot with other places, so parking is easy. The room was clean and modern, and the temperature was easy to control. The breakfast area was pretty packed at times, but I don't know that this can be helped. I would stay there again.

Many little businesses near by to dine or ice cream. Entrance and common areas clean and neat as are rooms. I selected an indoor pool and 2 room suite with kitchen. Neat clean and comfy beds Couch not comfy and is dated Shower head leaked where connected and very low flow so nieces long hair took so much longer to get washed. Toilet lever was loose and chain to long so it ran until adjusted. I let front desk know and the housekeeping gal. Pool pump worked but not keeping pool water clear so it was shut down and this was main reason I picked this place so they were very disappointed as this was for my Niece who is going through CHEMO AND HER daughter. Myself as a Disabled Veteran it old have been nice for the water as hallways were hot. Breakfast was nice selection and very good hot and cold.

This was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! We were a bit slow getting checked in due to staffing issues, but that was totally made up for! The hotel also offered a mingling hour with drinks and appetizers. And the room really made it feel more like home than a hotel. Over all 10/10 will recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be choosing Staybridge for our next stay!

The commons area when you walk in smelled pretty bad. Our room smelled absolutely horrible.!!! It was the worst smile I have ever experienced in over 30 years stand at hotels. I will never stay at another Staybridge again. When I told the front desk all she could say is she would let housekeeping know. Our neighbors I talked to the elevator their room smelled so bad that they were vacated for an hour while the hotel balmed their room. There is a problem somewhere. And I’m sure our clothes will now also have that set for the next few days.

The room as soon as we walked in smelled so bad, we had to go to walmart to get an air purifier. There was mold in the shower and in the dishwasher! The silverware was dirty, couldn't bring ourselves to use the dishes after seeing the moldy dishwasher. The bathroom vanity was scratched up all over the wood. You cant turn the air down past 68 degrees.

The overall experience at the hotel was fine. The breakfast was the best part. Lobby and room were clean enough. However, when I went to pull out the sofa bed to sleep on, there were blood stains on the mattress pad. They were not small stains either. I reported this to the front desk and the only “solution” I was offered was sheets to put over top. I refused the sheets because I didn’t event want to touch the mattress to fold it back up, much less sleep on top of it. I would have asked to move rooms but my dad was already asleep in the main bed. I ended up sleeping on top of the sofa but it was not restful at all. Went back the next morning to show them pictures and make sure they knew that we were not the ones to leave the mess and was offered a few points back on my rewards account as compensation. We always check beds before we sleep in them, should have checked the sofa bed.

Great room overall, but boxspring +wall had crazy blood stains and some mouse poop? Bed itself was clean though so we slept there anyway, but the stains had me quadruple checking the actual mattress and couch themselves lol

Lady at front desk would not speak loud enough even though I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. The bathtub was bad. The inner shower liner was moldy and mold in tub and around handle. Otherwise the room was very nice.

The only issue we encountered were the pacaderms in the room above us. Every night to all hours of the night was relentless stomping on the floor then it repeated again starting at 4:30 am. Consideration of others was not in the pacaderms thought process. After the first night we asked for a different room but was informed there were no rooms of comparable accomidations.

Loved having a kitchen and a separate room to sit at my computer while my husband still slept. The breakfast was really tasty and the hostess even sweeter. The area surrounding the hotel was exceptional for safety, shopping, food and the Tesla super charger!

Nice hotel…a little worn, and a little noisy. Bed was horrible…time to invest in new mattresses. Maybe also remove the competition’s logged shower curtain in the bathroom? Kitchenette was great and breakfast was good.

One of our fave hotels to stay at when we’re in the area!! We usually stay here when we have a tournament in Bettendorf. It’s an easy drive to & from the facility. The hotel has a great free breakfast. Also was set up earlier than their scheduled weekend time as well which was a plus. I love the essentials that come in the bathroom because it saves us stuff to pack. The standard suite is big enough for a party of 4 & there’s room for a pack n play or whatever you need too.

Arrived 10 min before check in. Staff said room was not ready. Made me sit in the lobby. After 10 min, new staff switched out an open room for us. Earlier staff was too lazy...maybe end of shift. Also zero coffee during breakfast. Went down the street.

Keys wouldn work , was stick outside with a baby . The doors to hire where locked , night /day auditors very unprofessional, general /assistant manager very rude to us. Won’t book this hotel again

I wish this hotel and staff could be at all of our stops as we drive across country! Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff all around. The “free” breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had. My kids loved it too. Myrna was working the morning we ate breakfast in the lobby and she was so kind and helpful. I don’t see us traveling to Iowa again, but if we do- I would only stay here!

Perfect location. We could walk to several different bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast was average. We did like the sides and cold options, and we appreciated the soda fountain. The elevator was painfully slow!

Carpet in room was ripped or fraying in several areas. Caulking around bathtub was dirty and looked very unprofessionally done. Even with new batteries one tv remote did not work. Went to breakfast at 830 and they were out of regular coffee and not making any more. We had made a future reservation and decided did not want to stay there so cancelled future reservation and made new reservation at hotel next door.

The breakfast that was included was ok, but on Sunday they ran out of many items. Monday again was very average. On a holiday weekend, I realize staffing could be an issue, but high traffic areas like the entrance to the elevator needed vacuuming.

We stayed one night and had an OK experience. The desk person was friendly and upgraded our room to a suite without being asked. The room was spacious and comfortable, despite smelling a bit stale. We also noted some significant wear to the sofa in the living room. Our only other complaint would be about the included breakfast buffet. We checked out on a Saturday when the breakfast goes until 10 am. We came down at 9:20 to find a seriously depleted supply of several food items and the caffeinated coffee urns were empty. The waffle makers were on and hot, but the batter dispenser was also empty. When prompted, the lady working the breakfast buffet did eventually restock things. We would have been more understanding about this if we would have come to breakfast at 9:50, but with 40 minutes left and people still arriving to eat, it seemed they were unprepared to accommodate their guests. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with pretty good value.

The hotel was nice and suited our purpose for stayed with our dog. The breakfast was good and love the fresh berries. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The breakfast area is clean and very cozy and decorated nicely for Halloween and then for thanksgiving. We enjoyed our stay
