Very nice room. Only complaint was that the hotel pool was being serviced and we could not use it the three days we were there. It was very hot! Thank goodness for nearby Southern Pines Water Park.

We stay here when we are in town. Needs some updating But other than that a very good place to stay. We felt very safe. Parking area had very good lighting.

I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this Super 8 was on a whole different level—in the worst possible way. I was so uncomfortable, I ended up packing my things and staying with a family member instead. That’s how bad it was. From the moment I walked in, the smell of musty carpet, mold and cigarette spoke. The room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The sheets were stained, the towels were stiff and questionable, and the bathroom looked like it belonged in a horror movie. The shower barely trickled, the toilet made a grinding sound like it was struggling to exist, and the floor had grime you could see. I didn’t feel safe leaving anything in the room, let alone sleeping there. Honestly, I was embarrassed to tell anyone I was staying here—so much so that I lied about it until I left early and went to my cousin’s place just to feel human again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—not even as a last resort. Spend the extra $20 and save yourself the discomfort, anxiety, and shame. Super 8 should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place

My room was covered in Black Mold. it was room 110. I checked in and then left. I came back to the room late and went straight to bed. upon waking up the next morning I went to use the bathroom and get a shower only to find that the bathroom is covered in black mold. I slept in a room covered in black mold. and the manager is refusing to give a refund for that night. I paid for safe clean room and it was anything but that. If I could attach pictures here I would. This place will never get my business again

2nd stay, as good as the first. Nice new LG 48”+ TV, BUT…near-zero operability with the cable carrier’s ultra basic remote control. Mgmt obviously hasn’t paired LGs own remote with the carrier, so that station guide could be accessed or scrolled thru. Reported to mgr, who after saying “Wow, didn’t know that as nobody else has mentioned this”, did also state that they would check it out and if that’s the case, call their cable provider to see if they would help.

It was fine. Night staff didn't give a single F, morning staff was really friendly. We asked for a nonsmoking room and was told in no uncertain terms that we'd be charged for smoking, then we get to the room and it smelled so strongly of smoke! Room was dated but clean.

I ordered a non smoking room, yet it still had some smoke like odor. Their wifi was limited on phone and the TV had streaming channels listed. No local cable. Problem is only the volume control worked and I couldn't select anything. Hard to believe these 2 star motels are now $100. I guess you get what you pay for. Slept comfortably and shower worked fine, so can't totally complain.

The staff is very nice and will accommodate any needs that you may have. They make sure that I always get a downstairs room due to having knee issues. IF staying more than one day the housekeeping refreshes your room for you. Overall, it is the only hotel I stay when in this town and I have been going there for years.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and never had a problem. This time the unit next door 215 was smoking pot all night and it lingered into my room and he kept the TV blaring until 4 am. I called the front desk and she said all she could do was try to call them. Needless to say I got no sleep prior to making an 8 hour trip. Very disappointed that they prefer to have these kind of customers verses good customers like me. And they still charged me full price. I will in search of a new Hotel when visiting that are every other month

I booked a Non smoking room when I finally arrived at the property the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. She stated that I didn’t book a non smoking room she said I booked a smoking room all while trying to show her what I book she then said well that’s all we have left. I took the smoking from bc I was tired of traveling.

Just a quick trip down South my home town, To visit a last minute trip to go to a friends Christmas Dinner Party! I was really not happy that this was the only hotel with a room available. I said what the heck, it’s only one night. It was quite, clean, staff was very helpful and friendly and in a great area. I would stay here again!

Clean and upgraded rooms, personnel friendly. Little disappointed with breakfast. Have a toaster but nothing to put in it. Do not supply any butter and no tea bags for people that are not coffee drinkers. Would recommend, good stay for the price.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast not much to choose from. No type of bread, muffins etc. we stayed here several times but breakfast is always the same. They do provide a toaster if you want to bring your own bread to toast. Only hot food is waffles. No meats of any kind.

I enjoyed my stay. After reading some negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive about staying there but was pleasantly surprised! Staff was friendly, my room and facility were clean and comfortable with none of the problems others have mentioned. My only slightly negative comment would be that breakfast was a bit limited. Besides that, a nice stay and a good value!!

It was comfy, clean, and quiet. Good visit for the price. There were some signs of wear, but nothing a coat of paint cant fix. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, muffins, etc.
