The bed was a little too soft and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very professional.

Hotel was good. The was only a few things that I will point out not as a critical but it would make a big difference for their business. The rooms A/C (P-tac) units are in need of service, a good cleaning and maintenance. The drain were not working properly and holding too much water making the room musty and smell a little funky. The was the pool. Water was cloudy and very clean. And third. There were stray cats around the hotel and pool area making the clients uncomfortable.

Noted too much smoking remnants - bathroom smelled of leftover cigarettes, cig stains around the sink and toilet area, cigar smoke from patio blowing into lobby through the open door. Otherwise nice enough front desk staff and breakfast staff. A minus

My room was spacious, breakfast was good, the workers are nice. Used the fitness center. Only cons are the the room can feel a bit humid at times. I would come back.

Nice, new, sparkling hotel in convenient location. Would stay there again.

Although the hotel looks new, it is clear that extra steps weren't taken to address the odor of mold and cigarette smoke in the lobby and rooms during the remodel.

The hotel is new but it does not appear to be clean. There is an odor throughout the hotel. It also feels damp throughout. Our room was very humid and the air did not work properly. The bathroom was also not very clean. I would not stay here again. I was also charged more than what I was quoted through the app.

The staff was friendly but the accommodations were unappealing. We had no hot water. The phone in our room did not work. The staff was unresponsive when the phone issue was reported. Service requests on the app went unanswered. The hallway and bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Convenient location to baseball tournament.

Our air conditioner quit working about 2 hours after we checked in. It started making an awful loud racket. We complained at the front desk but unfortunately the hotel was booked and there wasn’t another room to move us to. They wouldn’t give us a discount or refund because the manager was out. We managed to endure all night with no air. It was hot and uncomfortable. The price we paid for a king room, I expected a little more cleanliness. I had to wipe down the headboard and there was hair in the shower.

The Hotel was convenient. Price was good however the property needs a deep cleaning. My room had a musky smell, but thank God I travel with my Lysol. However, Phyllis at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was very helpful. She made sure I had signed up for my Marriott account. In Jesus Christ Name, Joy-Jeremiah 29.11

Property and employees were ok, but room ac could not be controlled and froze all night long. Reported it to desk clerk when i left.

The stay was great. The only issues? Exhaust fan for the bathroom didn't work. The clock could not be plugged in. Otherwise, we will stay there again.

My wife and I went to bed at 9:30. our tv was off and we were asleep. At 2:30 AM our phone rang and woke us up. They said they had a noise complaint. I was not happy. come to find out the next morning the noise was from their kitchen. My room was paid for when i got the reservation. When we got home i see a charge for the room on my wifes debit card. They used her card for incidentals and swiped it for the room also. This was not a pleasant stay.

Super friendly staff. The hotel industry would be so much better if more front desk employees were as good as Tristan. Loved the ice cold lemon water. And the complimentary breakfast was lovely.

Our toilet was clogged prior to our arrival and asked the front desk to have maintenance fix it, no such person was available. Asked to be transferred to another room but there were none. I asked for a plunger and tried it to no avail. Asked to speak to the manager on call but was told she didn't answer the 2 calls made to wake her. Asked for a refund so i could go to another hotel and was told no. Next morning i asked for the manager, but she had called out that day. Ssked for the owner and was told that was not possible. Asked for maintenance and was told, at 915am, he hadn't made it in yet. Asked for access to a turned room on my floor and was told nobody had checked out of the hotel (parking lot was nearly empty). Around 930am i was told the maintenance man was finally in. He snaked it and we had a working toilet for the final 45 minutes of our stay, fantastic. I had opened a complaint with Marriott the night before and was given a reference number. I called a couple days later to ask about the status and was told to wait 5 business days for the hotel manager to respond. I called twice but never got in touch with Shanta or anyone else beyond the front desk. On day 5 I followed up with corporate only to find that my ticket had been closed with no notes or action taken by anyone after the initial opening. Complete garbage. Fortunately Orbitz took pity and arranged a full refund. Thanks Orbitz, that restored my faith in mankind!

We were not even able to stay at the hotel. They could not or would not check us in because their system was down. But still billed me $270 for the night for a room they would not let us stay in. Horrible customer service.

Staff was very hospitable. Shalonda was the member who checked me in although it was very late at night and she was so polite and the sweetest.

DO NOT STAY HERE - I reserved a king suite a month in advance. I booked the suite because my wife and I have two year old twins and needed the room for pack and plays. Additionally, my wife is 5 months pregnant and wanted the extra room of a king bed. When I checked in, they crammed us in a standard double queen. When I complained, they said the hotel was fully booked and that I could either leave and receive a refund or I should complain to Expedia / Orbitz. When I asked if I could get a refund for the difference in room cost, approximately $50, they said they couldn’t do that either and again that I should request the refund from Expedia / Orbitz. So basically, they stole $50 from me. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE. They don’t honor their commitments and they don’t care about your comfort. At the least, Expedia / Orbitz should drop this property from their service because the hotel passed all the blame to them, even though I booked the reservation a month ago. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Roomy with plenty amenities including microwave, mini-fridge, and even a hair dyer, ironing board, and iron in evry room. However, the cuisine served for the complementary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired because the extra cost over other local hotels/motels in the area id not justified by what is actually served. Even a local fast food or Service Center near the hotel's location such as Racetrack or T&A would have been better.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in a while. I like a firm bed, but this was like sleeping on a board. The breakfast was a lot of instant items that they mixed with water. The biscuit disintegrated in your mouth (not in a good way), the gravy was instant and lumpy like they didn't mix it well, and the eggs looked like they came from powder. They had half waffles and breakfast sandwiches pre-packaged. Where is the waffle maker? I expect more when I stay at a place like the Fairfield Inn by MARRIOTT! I've stayed at lower end hotels with a more comfortable bed and a better breakfast situation. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the Staff are some of the nicest people I've met! They were so sweet and kind to talk to. The rooms and common areas were very clean as well.

The staff and Hotel are great. Only complaint was that the body wash and shampoo were out in the shower. They provide bottles in the shower and both of these were completely out. Other than that everything else was great. The Breakfast is great too.
