Hotel was conveniently located in Frisco. Clean room and friendly staff. Only knock was the pool was closed on the 2nd day we were there. With 2 kids, that was a huge disappointment as we look for hotels with nice pools to entertain them. A refund of some kind would have been nice.

Exterior and parking was good. The interior has some needs. 1 elevator worked. Room was almost clean. Bed as hard,mini pillows were too soft, and to top it off no ESPN in my room. That took the cake for me. Breakfast was ok. Hotel needs an update.

Almost no water pressure in the bathtub / shower. Old lumpy mattress. Nice size room. Breakfast buffet = Terrible! Sloppy area for waffles. Waffle batter was extra thin. Waffle was yuck. Butter - fresh of the freezer! Not good for melting on anything. Cold eggs were followed up with fresh hot eggs poured into old / cold egg container (violation of health code?). Did not attempt to eat. One of the elevators was herky / jerky. Stopped several times between floors. Staff was pleasant.

Elevators do not work, phones in room do not work, refrigerator in room does not work. Several folks including myself got stuck in elevator. Only one elevator was partially working. Dangerous for guests. Do Not recommend this hotel!

Only down fall was elevators slow and at times not working. We waited for over ten mins when it did get to the ground floor we got on then doors closed we were it it for 5 mins with doors closed and it shut off. Finally opened back up and we all got off told the girl working she said yes it has been not working right. Yes did something in the room next to elevator.

Nice hotel. Several things that were not working, like ice makers. Drain in our room's bathroom missing cover and was kind of gross. It felt like some repairs needed to be made that just weren't. But it was comfortable and quiet. Park next door was very nice. Easy to get to on and off the freeway. Would stay again.

Studio king is very roomy and all furniture and bedding were clean and in good condition. There was an odor at the end of the 200 hall that was reported to the staff. Saturday breakfast was very limited as well as a very tight area to accommodate people. All ice machines were broken. For the price I would probably stay again.

Everything was great. The only complaints is that we were there for a basketball tournament and we needed the washer, they were down. We had to find a laundry mat to clean uniforms. Also, housekeeping was every other day so we needed towels. Other than that everything else was great.

I chose to sat here because i had stayed at a previous Hampton in the past and it was very nice and clean. This location however even though was very convenient was not as clean. For being first impression the lobby floors & elevators looked like it they had not been swept or mopped in several days. There was also a funky smell on the 6th floor getting off the elevators. Overall it was an okay stay but would not stay at this location again.

Sheets on the bed literally had spots of blood on them. I asked the front desk if they can have house keeping change them out the next day. When we got back, the sheets were never changed out. We told management the day we checked out and all were told was that they would be in contact with us. Never received a phone call.

Our Room was at the end of the hall on the 1st floor as we requested a handicap room. Everything was fine until we took a shower & water traveled under the vanity. Looks like a poor design where they put the shower head….But that wasn’t the worst of it….. Once in bed a cockroach walked across the bed and just about gave my 80 y/o mother a heart attack! We started looking for more and noticed how the carpeting didn’t seem to be vacuumed and overall, the room was pretty dirty; there was a sock under the bed skirt so it was clear they hadn’t vacuumed. The receptionist was great and got us moved to another floor and we slept well! Overall it was ok but there is a need to spray for cockroaches!

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, we were told they had given all those rooms away. We were offered a single queen w/ pullout couch. It was late, and we were tired from traveling. We agreed and were given keys to Room 220. When we entered the room, it had not been cleaned. There were dirty coffee cups on the floor, no sheets on the bed, a dirty comforter thrown over a chair in the corner, etc. We went back downstairs and requested a new room. We were given keys to Room 520. It was not much better. While waiting in the lobby for my husband to check 520 before lugging our kids and luggage up again, I literally could not let my son lie down on the couch - it was that dirty. The floors in the lobby had food, leaves, and dirt ground into them, the walls and elevators had coffee stains… We were only in town for a soccer tournament and not in a position to be spending a lot of time at the hotel, but it was so bad that we checked out and left. We were told we’ll get a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. This was easily the worst hotel we have ever set foot in. We booked Omni PGA and had a wonderful weekend.

We had a great time here at the Hampton inn. The rooms were spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a small park across the parking lot that is a nice place to stroll in the morning and then come back to enjoy the breakfast.

While everything else about this hotel was excellent, our room shared a wall with the elevator shaft and we were kept up all night long with the noise from the motor. It was quieter inside the elevator.

Some updates were done. We stayed 2 separate times and both rooms had air conditioning issues with noise. The second stay the pillows were not good. Updates made to lobby and breakfast area but other areas not done.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only tougher part for me was some of the lights were burnt out in my room, the body wash was empty, and the AC was screeching at different intervals so staying in the room had its downsides.

Great rooms with plenty of space for us. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The kids enjoyed the waffles each morning. This hotel is close to all the best restaurants and shopping we could have ever wanted!

Received amazing hospitality from Hannah, Lang, Savai and housekeeping. Very family oriented staff. Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be visiting again.Wonderful experience.Close by to so many restaurants. Easy Uber access.

I told the hotel that I would have a late check in and they said not a problem. I wouldn't land until 10pm...our flight was delayed 2hrs so the hotel cancelled my room for a no show...I was on a plane and unable to reach them to tell them we are definitely coming!! When I landed and called the hotel, I spoke to the night person and he said I would not be charged for the 2 nights but here I was at midnight with no hotel room! Totally disappointed, frustrated and extremely upset!!!

Our experience was horrible. They charged me for 2 nights then turned around and charged my finance. The next day the staff was banging on our door saying we were suppose to check out at 12 noon but we paid for 2 nights. Then later that evening another staff member came and opened our door while we were in there saying the notes stated we checked out. We will never book with Hampton again!!!!! We travel a lot and this experience has been the worst ever!!!!

The breakfast was ok. When I arrived, I had the option of hot chocolate and yogurt in the breakfast but in the consecutive days they didn’t replace them. I thought a little disrespectful with the costumer because if you have these options once, you should always have in stock and replace them.
