Me and my wife had a great staycation here. Pros - very clean, staff is very nice, pool was great, very safe, great places to eat within walking distance, clean room, great housekeeping and very safe. Cons - nothing!

It had a couple of restaurants around it that were walking distance and a cool coffee shop walking distance. I wish they would include there in house breakfast as part of the stay but its extra. Elevator is slow and sometimes one of the elevators wasnt working. 4.3 stars. I would stay there again.

Got stuck inside of the elevator and had to call Frisco FD for the rescue. It was so hot in the elevator and my son cannot breathe. Unapologetic staffs.

It was a very nice hotel but upon checkout both elevators were broken. Which typically would not have been an huge deal with our room on the second floor. But one of our party uses a walker and is on constant oxygen. She had to navigate down two flights of stairs. The front desk did send an employee to walk in front of her in case of need. It was not an enjoyable departure worrying about her.

Both elevators were broken but the signs to let you know were on the main floor. Waited 10 minutes from my 3rd floor room for the elevator only to take the stairs down with my luggage to find out of order signs on the elevator doors.

I am a victim of domestic violence and checked into the hotel because I had to vacate/flee my home. I did not know that my abuser had a tracking device on my car. The employee not only gave my abuser my room number, but also gave him a key to my room. My room also had roaches. See the attached picture.

It was a nice and for the most part clean resort. The pool was great, the hotel was nice, but the shower curtain had Orange stains all over it. We have a new baby and had housekeeping banging on all of the walls next to us, screaming down the hall in Spanish, it was ridiculous. We couldn’t even sleep in if we wanted to. Overall, 3.8/5, but my sleep is important to me so that’s where most of the points were docked off.

10/10. I absolutely loved this hotel. I am very picky when it comes down to hotels. I will definitely return to this specific hotel. I hope that they are not sold out next time I come to Dallas. Very clean rooms. Probably one of the first hotels that I’ve stayed in that is extra clean. No stains in bedsheet or pillows. Even the showers were super clean no hairs on the shower walls. I usually always see stains or left over hairs from people shaving on shower walls at hotels but not at this hotel. I hope the housekeeping ladies are getting great pay for how great they leave the rooms. I really appreciate them. I hope next time I come the rooms are just as clean and organized. The only thing I’d say is that I wish they did put bags in the bathroom trash cans but other than that no complaints. Loved, loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. If I could give it more stars I would. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There was pubic hair in the bathroom floor hair all in the bathtub had to go tell the front desk it was to late for a house keeper so a maintenance worker had to come try to clean it best he could

Hotel was in the middle of an upgrade but still very clean. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Really missed having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. Beds were comfortable and room/bathroom was very clean. Construction workers were always gone by 5pm and off on Sundays. Great location and within walking distance of multiple restaurants.

I loved the hotel and the room, the pool was disappointing. A group of individuals smoking and drinking beer at the edge of and inside the pool ruined the experience. Didn’t enjoy the cussing and cigarette smoke. Also, the elevators both smell really bad, it was always a dreadful experience getting in. There was no mini fridge or microwave in our room which was surprising. Could’ve really used it over the course of four days. Overall though the hotel was nice.

Motion sensors on AC shut it off at night after 30 minutes and we woke up sweating. Staff could do nothing to help, stay away from this hotel, especially in the summer

I stayed at the Sheraton Stonebriar for one weekend night to visit North Dallas. the hotel was very well appointed, well kept, and the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. the room was very nice and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. it will become one of my go-to hotel options in the Dallas area

We loved it! It is off the highway and we expected noise. There was none. They also had a ton of cheer families, no noise in the hallway. Sunday as we checked out, there was maintenance with touch-up paint and air filters. They care and maintain the property. We walked to Summer Moon for coffee, Cantina Laredo for dinner and paid $10 eachway to uber to TruckYard, a fun after party.

I was received very well by the desk representative, very courteous and friendly and the check-in was so fast, like they were really waiting for me :) My room not only looked elegant but it was large and bed/pillows super comfortable as well as the A/C temperature. I have bottles of water, coffee and tea and a safe box. The hotel is far from downtown and the airport in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but is surrounded by good restaurants at a walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes.

Our two day stay was spectacular in terms of property maintenance and ambiance. They have a cute coffee and tea corner in the North building near the lounge which was great. Downside was the club at Sheraton was hardly maintained there were no snacks and their coffee machine was not working and had no milk to make cappuccinos. Informing the front desk Marissa didn’t really help as there was no action taken even though we extended and stayed on New Years Eve. The hotel does a good job at what you book but has no extras even if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The overall stay was subpar for a Sheraton. It presents as an above average hotel but I wouldn’t agree. The hotel was clean but initial services from Marissa at the front desk was not. I think she could be more welcoming as well as helpful. The pool was mediocre and it cost an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast and there was not very many options from the buffet style breakfast. There’s much better options in the area.

For being an upscale hotel it was a let down. The lobby and hallways were very clean and smelled wonderful. The room we were put in smelled foul and stuffy. There was no shower door or curtain so all the water splashes all over the floor of the bathroom when showering. The bathroom only has a sink and zero counter space. Not even a rack for towels to be stored. Housekeeping stored the clean folded towels in the shower on top of the shower bench. The beds were not comfortable and sheets were not secured down at the corners. As soon as you go to pull the sheets back to get in, the whole mattress gets exposed because all the sheets come with the pull down. Our room was right next to the ice machine…constant noice at all hours. Walls a thin, so you can hear everything going on in the halls. Parking is terrible because there is only a row of parking in front of the hotel, so you have to either park on the sides or another parking lot all together. You cannot access the inside of the hotel from the sides or the back, so if you’re trying to unload lots of luggage it’s a nightmare. Want a nice little complimentary breakfast? Not here! Breakfast is $20 per person. Not even a small complimentary breakfast option is offered. We were there for a softball tourney, and my daughter would have enjoyed even a muffin and piece of fruit before she left to play in the morning. Sheraton has lots to work on.

The day was good. I paid extra for club level. But when my daughter and I went into the club room, it was dirty and there was literally nothing in there. No bottled drinks no snacks just nothing. So the next morning we went back in there and it had not been touched. Still dirty and still nothing available in there so the club level extra payment was a complete and total waste of money.

This hotel is in a nice location, and has a full restaurant. Don't get the breakfast, you can get the same breakfast for free at Holiday in and the other cheap hotels. Powerded egss Please!!
