The service could be faulted nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was fresh to order and never the same 2 days running. The rooms were clean tidy and well presented. We took the offer of them collecting us from the airport for €25 this is a bit pricey but we may have struggled at first to find the riad. Coming home we took at local taxi for €10. Overall fabulous stay.

Arranged pickup from the airport, went smoothly. Set the tone for the week, nothing to much trouble. All the people associated with the Riad were friendly, helpful and efficient including the owners. Few mins walk from the main square, given the location very surprised by how peaceful the Riad was. Booked a suite, separate living room and a private rooftop terrace, was lovely sitting there after a long hot day getting lost in the Souks. The Riad had a bar and prices reasonable, more then from a supermarket but less than in the nearby restaurants\bars. Staying in the Medina - there's no shops selling alcohol in the Medina, nearest was around a 30min walk away, for the saving made just wasn't worth it in the Marrakesh heat. Breakfast was plentiful with a slight variation each day. Didn't have an evening meal but from what I saw looked very good. Riad's are small rooms around courtyards, for the extra space would recommend a suite. If you go for a standard room Riad Itrane had multiple courtyard areas with secluded seating areas. Very clean and well maintained, ample lighting. Overall a very good experience for our first trip to Marrakesh. The pool was small but in keeping with the Riad, it looked very inviting but my suitcase with my trunks got lost onroute.

Ikke la deg skremme av utsiden. Innsiden er som en liten oase. Veldig hyggelig folk som jobber der. Fantastisk frokost Vi bestilte pick up fra flyplassen via hotellet. Det anbefales. Kommer du sendt stopper de på en bensinstasjon hvor baggasjen blir lagt i en vogn og du går til hotellet via markedet. Vi bestilte også en privat tue til Ait BenHaddou noe som var en opplevelse.

We have literally just returned home having stayed for 5 nights in the very beautiful Riad Itrane. It was absolutely stunning. The little areas within, the pool and the roof top terraces were all so wonderful. We received excellent service from all the staff, however, Moumin (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name), went above and beyond when he rescued us and walked us to a local restaurant after getting horribly lost and ended up back at the Riad. Thank you Moumin. He greeted us every day with a big smile and was so helpful. We would highly recommend Riad Itrane. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Riad Itrane was a beautiful Riad in the middle of everything but still quiet as it is located in a quiet alley. The room itself and the property were beautiful. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only knock on the property is the pool was not heated as advertised. We understand the reasoning but communication before we arrived would have been nice. The lack of a heated pool really made it tricky with a toddler that was promised lots of swimming on vacation.

A fantastic Riad in the heart of the Medina but so quiet!! They couldn’t be more helpful ….from arranging a driver from the airport to providing a wonderful meal despite our late arrival. The Riad itself is immaculate with a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast was served there daily. Breads, pancakes, fruits, yogurt and eggs - yum!! Our room was lovely …. and cleaned thoroughly daily. The little pool in the centre is refreshing after the heat of the Medina. Honestly - it’s just perfect!

A perfect example of the traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. Would recommend to friends. An oasis of peace, calm, and coolness in the sweltering 38C of Marrakech! It never felt hot inside, plus air-con in room was quiet and effective. Staff all lovely and service everything you could ask for. Continental bfast just perfect. Things I wish I’d known before going- the pool was def on the v chilly side so not for lounging in. Soap and shampoo provided but not what we are used to, left residue on hair, so bring own shampoo as a minimum. The airport transfer pick-up couldn’t be found when we arrived, so gave up and got ripped off by local taxi. Apparently if we had waited longer he would have showed up. Think Spanish manana here;)

My family stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality was excellent and we all enjoyed our stay. The other guest seemed content and satisfied and it was lovely become acquainted with them. The riad was very nicely furnished and had several different courtyards to relax after a day visiting Marrakesh in the hot sun, where they offered the typical mint tea. My husband and son used the spa and had a great massage. Friday night Coucous is a must...Delicious! Location should be noted. You need to walk for 15 minutes through the main square to get taxis, on arriving and leaving. Not the easiest with luggage and crowds of people. But the riad staff can organize a porter. I suggest you make transportation arrange with them, especially on your arrival.

Our stay here was excellent. The owners were always there, extremely helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay, and our entire experience in the city, were great. The room was spacious, clean and well serviced. The property was architecturally unique, and charming. Breakfast was a great mix of local cuisine, very fresh, with top notch service. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in the region.

The Riad Itrane is a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Medina in Marrakesh. All the staff, without exception, were just lovely, efficient, warm and friendly. They were all wonderful ambassadors of the Moroccan tradition of hospitality. Nothing, however trivial, was ever too much. On our second night we had a leek in the hot water tank and with great efficiently they simply moved us to an upgraded room. We had dinner twice at the Itrane and it was to die for. I wouldn't call it haute cuisine, but it was traditional Moroccan fair, beautifully presented with high quality ingredients. Breakfast was a delight, with endless coffee and Moroccan mint tea, a large spread brought to the table, with fruit, nuts, jams, delicious breads, yoghurt and cereal which set us up for the day. The communication was also faultless. This was a surprise birthday trip for my partner and we had several email exchanges to make final preparations. Settling up was a breeze, with flexibility, allowing us to settle in local currency and card. The entire Riad was clean and well kept. My only small observation is that it the two en suite bathroom we experienced could do with a plumbing upgrade. In both the taps came off in my hand and the toilet in one wasn't anchored to the floor. I would recommend the Riad Itrane for anyone wanting to experience traditional Moroccan hospitality and comfort in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

For a first visit to Marrakech, this riad was an excellent choice. Its location is perfect; just a short walk from the lively Medina, museums, cultural sights, and great food and shopping. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. The traditional Moroccan architecture creates an authentic atmosphere, and the green rooftop terrace quickly became my favorite place to start the day before exploring the city. We had dinner at the riad on our first night, and it was a lovely experience: beautifully served and truly delicious. Breakfast was also served at the table and varied slightly each day, offering healthy options, freshly cut fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and the linens crisp and clean. In winter, the rooms can feel a bit cold, and it would be nice to have slippers available, as the floors get chilly and I prefer not to wear shoes indoors. Overall, this riad offers a charming and memorable stay. With a few small improvements, it could easily reach true five-star quality.

This Riyad is an Oasis in the noise and bustle of the Souk. It is sympathetically decorated with quiet and shady courtyards to sit in as well as sun terraces on the roof. Nice hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. In a good location. Close to the main square but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was included and was really nice. Hotel room and bathroom clean and tidy.

A fantastic Riad in the heart of the Medina but so quiet!! They couldn’t be more helpful ….from arranging a driver from the airport to providing a wonderful meal despite our late arrival. The Riad itself is immaculate with a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast was served there daily. Breads, pancakes, fruits, yogurt and eggs - yum!! Our room was lovely …. and cleaned thoroughly daily. The little pool in the centre is refreshing after the heat of the Medina. Honestly - it’s just perfect!

Our stay here was excellent. The owners were always there, extremely helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay, and our entire experience in the city, were great. The room was spacious, clean and well serviced. The property was architecturally unique, and charming. Breakfast was a great mix of local cuisine, very fresh, with top notch service. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in the region.

this place is fabulous. the location is perfect, the rooms areSTUNNING, the staff is EXCELLENT, this is in the main market area, loads of places to eat, shopping and is picture perfect. its safe for solo travelers (women), the rooms are from architectural digest, beautiful appointed, i had a rooftop deck, the pool is wonderful aftwr a sweaty day of constant hassle in the markets. i loved all the places to eat on the main square. yiu have a real sence of morocco and marrakesh. the food quality was 10! and the service wonderful. loads of hot water amd water pressure! there are groond level rooms for anyone thats not good with stairs. killer location too boot. trust me, book this place!

My wife and I loved our stay at the Riad Itrane. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The Riad is located right in the heart of the Medina, and only a hundred meters away from one of the busiest streets. How ever inside the Riad it’s completely quiet. When you’re in your room you don’t hear anything— even though there are thousands of people near you! If you’re traveling with large luggage I recommend the Riad’s shuttle service, because it includes luggage transport to the Riad. Well worth the money!

For a first visit to Marrakech, this riad was an excellent choice. Its location is perfect; just a short walk from the lively Medina, museums, cultural sights, and great food and shopping. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. We had dinner at the riad on our first night, and it was a lovely experience: beautifully served and truly delicious. Breakfast was also served at the table and varied slightly each day, offering healthy options, freshly cut fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and the linens crisp and clean. In winter, the rooms can feel a bit cold, and it would be nice to have slippers available, as the floors get chilly and I prefer not to wear shoes indoors. Overall, this riad offers a charming and memorable stay. With a few small improvements, it could easily reach true five-star quality.

Detta en enastående riad. Servicen är mycket bra, frukosten är god, riklig och varierar från dag dag vilket vi uppskattade. Sviten vi hade var rymlig, bekväm och med en utomhusyta som nästan kändes som vår egen. Det enda vi kan ha ett litet klagomål på är att belysningen i badrummet var för svag. I övrigt rekommenderar vi riaden varmt! En särskild hälsning till Abdil som levererade perfekt service.

I loved this Riyad and the service is impeccable! The and spa services were top notch. They were very accommodating to our needs as well. Please note though that our room had a queen bed rather than king as listed. Also, a bidet would have been greatly appreciated. Still highly recommend though as it is stellar!

Arranged pickup from the airport, went smoothly. Set the tone for the week, nothing to much trouble. All the people associated with the Riad were friendly, helpful and efficient including the owners. Few mins walk from the main square, given the location very surprised by how peaceful the Riad was. Booked a suite, separate living room and a private rooftop terrace, was lovely sitting there after a long hot day getting lost in the Souks. The Riad had a bar and prices reasonable, more then from a supermarket but less than in the nearby restaurants\bars. Staying in the Medina - there's no shops selling alcohol in the Medina, nearest was around a 30min walk away, for the saving made just wasn't worth it in the Marrakesh heat. Breakfast was plentiful with a slight variation each day. Didn't have an evening meal but from what I saw looked very good. Riad's are small rooms around courtyards, for the extra space would recommend a suite. If you go for a standard room Riad Itrane had multiple courtyard areas with secluded seating areas. Very clean and well maintained, ample lighting. Overall a very good experience for our first trip to Marrakesh. The pool was small but in keeping with the Riad, it looked very inviting but my suitcase with my trunks got lost onroute.

The Riad Itrane is a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Medina in Marrakesh. All the staff, without exception, were just lovely, efficient, warm and friendly. They were all wonderful ambassadors of the Moroccan tradition of hospitality. Nothing, however trivial, was ever too much. On our second night we had a leek in the hot water tank and with great efficiently they simply moved us to an upgraded room. We had dinner twice at the Itrane and it was to die for. I wouldn't call it haute cuisine, but it was traditional Moroccan fair, beautifully presented with high quality ingredients. Breakfast was a delight, with endless coffee and Moroccan mint tea, a large spread brought to the table, with fruit, nuts, jams, delicious breads, yoghurt and cereal which set us up for the day. The communication was also faultless. This was a surprise birthday trip for my partner and we had several email exchanges to make final preparations. Settling up was a breeze, with flexibility, allowing us to settle in local currency and card. The entire Riad was clean and well kept. My only small observation is that it the two en suite bathroom we experienced could do with a plumbing upgrade. In both the taps came off in my hand and the toilet in one wasn't anchored to the floor. I would recommend the Riad Itrane for anyone wanting to experience traditional Moroccan hospitality and comfort in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Ikke la deg skremme av utsiden. Innsiden er som en liten oase. Veldig hyggelig folk som jobber der. Fantastisk frokost Vi bestilte pick up fra flyplassen via hotellet. Det anbefales. Kommer du sendt stopper de på en bensinstasjon hvor baggasjen blir lagt i en vogn og du går til hotellet via markedet. Vi bestilte også en privat tue til Ait BenHaddou noe som var en opplevelse.

We have literally just returned home having stayed for 5 nights in the very beautiful Riad Itrane. It was absolutely stunning. The little areas within, the pool and the roof top terraces were all so wonderful. We received excellent service from all the staff, however, Moumin (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name), went above and beyond when he rescued us and walked us to a local restaurant after getting horribly lost and ended up back at the Riad. Thank you Moumin. He greeted us every day with a big smile and was so helpful. We would highly recommend Riad Itrane. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Decent place, but when we first got there the manager didn't seem to have time for us. We were told nothing about the neighborhood and he said he would tell us about it the next day but did not. Everything else for the most part was great as long as you had the write staff in place. Some of the staff was better than others but the place was lovely.

Ist enttäuschend!nie die fotos sind bearbeitet!sehr kleine dunkle zimmer!keine ablageflächen! Sercice nicht sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon in einem andren riad..wie tag und nacht! Wir wurden in dieser woche nie gefragt wie wir zurecht kommen, oder ob sie uns bei ausflügen behilflich sein konnten!nie was gereded. Das war beim letzten riad völlig anderst!war schade..würde das riad nicht weiter empfehlen!

Our 5 nights here were top class. Our aim was to relax and this Riad was perfect - so quiet and yet so close to the Souks and Main square. It was welcoming, comfortable, peaceful and with amazing roof terraces. Charlotte and Patrice were the perfect hosts and have fantastic staff ensuring everything you needed or requested was given without fail. Loved the tranquil pool and typical Moroccan decor all around. Thank you for making our first visit to your lovely country so lovely. Do not hesitate in booking this Riad - it does not disappoint.
Our 5 nights here were top class. Our aim was to relax and this Riad was perfect - so quiet and yet so close to the Souks and Main square. It was welcoming, comfortable, peaceful and with amazing roof terraces. Charlotte and Patrice were the perfect hosts and have fantastic staff ensuring everything you needed or requested was given without fail. Loved the tranquil pool and typical Moroccan decor all around. Thank you for making our first visit to your lovely country so lovely. Do not hesitate in booking this Riad - it does not disappoint.

First… there is no onsite parking as advertised. We got thoroughly lost in our rental car trying to find the riad. The property host did send a porter to find us and collect our luggage. The staff at the riad were kind & hospitable. Breakfast was very good and our room was spacious.

A fantastic Riad in the heart of the Medina but so quiet!! They couldn’t be more helpful ….from arranging a driver from the airport to providing a wonderful meal despite our late arrival. The Riad itself is immaculate with a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast was served there daily. Breads, pancakes, fruits, yogurt and eggs - yum!! Our room was lovely …. and cleaned thoroughly daily. The little pool in the centre is refreshing after the heat of the Medina. Honestly - it’s just perfect!

The Riad is less than a 10 minute walk from the Medina yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the market, the rooms of the Riad are nice Moroccan architecture and decorations, the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and customized to your liking and traditional Moroccan dinner we ordered on our arrival was excellent and prices fair. The Riad also arranged for a taxi to and from the airport and a porter to transport our luggage from the taxi to the hotel and vice versa. It was an excellent experience.

My family stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality was excellent and we all enjoyed our stay. The other guest seemed content and satisfied and it was lovely become acquainted with them. The riad was very nicely furnished and had several different courtyards to relax after a day visiting Marrakesh in the hot sun, where they offered the typical mint tea. My husband and son used the spa and had a great massage. Friday night Coucous is a must...Delicious! Location should be noted. You need to walk for 15 minutes through the main square to get taxis, on arriving and leaving. Not the easiest with luggage and crowds of people. But the riad staff can organize a porter. I suggest you make transportation arrange with them, especially on your arrival.

It’s a fantastic Riad, the staff is the absolute best, Soufiane, Youssef and Abdul made our stay flawless, the owner Manon is great and do not hesitate to book dinner, Friday couscous is probably the best couscous I’ve had in Marrakech. Breakfasts are varied an delicious, mint tea is great. The area is the souk so it’s lively but there isn’t any noise in the riad aside the prayer call in the am but that’s part of staying in the Medina. Go without worry. Book the transportation to and from the Riad when you fly in and out with them you’ll be glad you did. 5 star across the board :)

The Riad Itrane is a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Medina in Marrakesh. All the staff, without exception, were just lovely, efficient, warm and friendly. They were all wonderful ambassadors of the Moroccan tradition of hospitality. Nothing, however trivial, was ever too much. On our second night we had a leek in the hot water tank and with great efficiently they simply moved us to an upgraded room. We had dinner twice at the Itrane and it was to die for. I wouldn't call it haute cuisine, but it was traditional Moroccan fair, beautifully presented with high quality ingredients. Breakfast was a delight, with endless coffee and Moroccan mint tea, a large spread brought to the table, with fruit, nuts, jams, delicious breads, yoghurt and cereal which set us up for the day. The communication was also faultless. This was a surprise birthday trip for my partner and we had several email exchanges to make final preparations. Settling up was a breeze, with flexibility, allowing us to settle in local currency and card. The entire Riad was clean and well kept. My only small observation is that it the two en suite bathroom we experienced could do with a plumbing upgrade. In both the taps came off in my hand and the toilet in one wasn't anchored to the floor. I would recommend the Riad Itrane for anyone wanting to experience traditional Moroccan hospitality and comfort in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

For a first visit to Marrakech, this riad was an excellent choice. Its location is perfect; just a short walk from the lively Medina, museums, cultural sights, and great food and shopping. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. The traditional Moroccan architecture creates an authentic atmosphere, and the green rooftop terrace quickly became my favorite place to start the day before exploring the city. We had dinner at the riad on our first night, and it was a lovely experience: beautifully served and truly delicious. Breakfast was also served at the table and varied slightly each day, offering healthy options, freshly cut fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and the linens crisp and clean. In winter, the rooms can feel a bit cold, and it would be nice to have slippers available, as the floors get chilly and I prefer not to wear shoes indoors. Overall, this riad offers a charming and memorable stay. With a few small improvements, it could easily reach true five-star quality.

This Riad is in an excellent location in Marrakech. It's extremely close to the Medina, easily. Walkable with excellent staff. Excellent breakfast and excellent dinner. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful riad, with an excellent, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The rooms are speciaous and comfortable. I had a very nice outdoor sitting area to sit in the evenings and enjoy the lovely evenings and the music from the neighborhood. I had a delicious dinner the night of my arrival, and breakfast each morning was delicious. It is very close to Jemaa el-Fna, and very walkable to many sights in the Medina. Highly recommended.

Extremely attentive and wonderful staff. They aim to take care of you and they do it well! Nice breakfasts and the dinner we had was absolutely delicious. Also, do take advantage of the airport transfer service they offer, it is well worth it. The room (Urantia Suite) was lovely. The riad itself is a very quiet and nice oasis away from the chaos which is about a two minute walk away. Would definitely go back if in Marrakech.

This riad is truly a gem. It’s beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff were top notch and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Once inside, you’re in a calm and magical oasis away from the heat and bustle of the city. With the excellent customer service, beautiful space and great location, this is quite possibly my best lodging experience ever - I never wanted to leave! Bonus points for going out of their way to provide me with gluten-free breakfasts (gf bread and even crepes!) without me asking.
