If you have been on cruises expect small compact room like a ship- but with that said and no complaints property in the best location, safe, walkable to everything and their advertising shows rooms perfectly as they are. Nice Large shower- room clean and you can stream your Netflix or favorite from their tv. Prost!

Es muss schon darauf hingewiesen werden dass der Aufzug ausgetauscht wird. Nicht nur das er nicht funktioniert sondern auch das Baulärm ab 06.30 Uhr entsteht!!! Das ist eine Preisreduzierung wert!!!

Great hotel as a base even if there are no dining facilities. Easy reach of all the old town

The hotel was clean and maintained. Check in was easy but I booked 2 rooms and they gave us a room on the first floor and a room on the fourth floor. The elevator only fits one or two people at a time. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the shower flooded the bathroom. It in a great location and the staff is friendly but the rooms are super small.

Very easy online check in process, the fact that you can use your phone to open your room door and main entrance is a plus.

OK, great hotel as far as location. Very close to Hofbrahaus, lots of shopping and all the sites you want to see. It is a small hotel and the rooms are pretty small; but, that is Europe right. No coffee machine in the room which was kind of a drag but they have a machine (pay) in the lobby. The rooms were pretty modern and clean.

Great location. We wanted to walk everywhere in the city center, which was easily doable. We had the apartment on the 5th floor with 3 bedrooms. It also had a small outdoor patio, which was nice but it was 90 degrees. The AC is in the living room so the bedrooms can get warm but we managed (we were there in August). The recommended parking by the hotel had ample spots and was a quick 10 minute walk away. Please note that there are no keys and everything is done through your phone. You can ask for a key card but we were able to use our phone to access the building and room. Also note that the elevator does not reach the 5th floor. For the apartment, you will need to get off on the 3rd floor and take stairs to the 5th floor. We were able to manage our luggage but it may be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. There was staff there during the day but not at night. Overall, we really liked it and would stay again.

This was a great little room. The room was tiny and cozy, and very quiet and secure. It was clean and had a teapot for making tea or coffee. The self-check-in was a little confusing to me, but a staff was on site to help me out. The hotel is very convenient to the Marienplatz train station.

The property was fine, but looked a little nicer in the photos than it was in person. The A/C is limited to the living room and does not reach the bedrooms, and no fans provided, so it was a bit warm. The parking is a hike and the bedrooms are quite small. You need to climb narrow, curving stairs to get from third floor to fifth which was tricky with a suitcase. Staff was very helpful and a small kettle and fridge were provided. Overall, we thought it was nice but for the price expected a bit better accomodation.

I am writing because the room conditions were unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. • Room was very small with no practical space for luggage. • The shower area appeared to be under construction and noisy. During my stay the bathroom flooded the floor. • Staff asked me to clean the water while I was out of the room. • The bathroom sink appeared recently remodeled and there was a strong pungent smell of glue or adhesives. • The property was fully booked so staff said they could not move me to another room. • The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused me severe back pain.

Clean and comfortable place to stay.

Very central spot. Impeccably clean. Room is small/cozy but exceeded my expectations. Nice little touches with free coffee, tea and small snack items. Check in/out was no problem. I enjoyed my stay!

The location of the hotel is great! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the towels were mildew smelling. We had our room made up the day after we got there , hoping for fresher smelling towels…. Nope they were mildewy as well. Good hotel, gross towels.

We woke up with no power in the morning. Correction we had power for 5 mins and then it switched off. Our neighbor as well did not have power and had to keep his door open to get dressed so he could see. We had to shower and get ready completely in the dark. I went downstairs and could not find anyone to help so I messaged the hotel through the hotel app. I should mention that this hotel does not have a front desk so it is largely unmanned. There is someone in the back during some hours of the day but even when you check in you have check in on their computer. Air conditioning kept going out all night as well so we had to keep getting up to turn it on as the room was so hot. To top it off the room had not been cleaned. We didn't leave the sign asking for it not to be cleaned and I confirmed with the hotel that they clean each day. They had been in our room because they gave us new towels which they threw on the bed. They also opened the window for some reason. The wet dirty towels were left on the floor and they did not make the bed or give us more toilet paper. I had to get it myself out of the storage closet as no one was at the front desk again. I was given the Manager's contact info to relay my concerns but she didn't respond, not the best customer service. I have some basic needs like power, a working air conditioning and a clean room would be nice. Due to their mostly unmanned desk and extreme lack of customer service I would not recommend.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very friendly. The room is tiny but to be expected in downtown Germany. The location cannot be beat!

We had plans fall through and needed a place for one night in Munich. The rooms are tiny as you would expect with the title boutique hotel. I wouldn't spend a week here but if you need a place to crash for a night or two this place will do.

Small, moderised hotel around the corner from the Hofbräuhaus. I spent a single night in a small, modern room. Excellent deal for single traveller also for several days of stay. Location is excellent.

Small room but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. There seemed to be construction going on right outside of the hotel so it was noisy in the morning

English translation of “Boutique “ is SMALL. While it was clean and the bed was soft, 2 people could not move around at the same time. One had to get on the bed or stand in the bathroom. Otherwise it was nice and clean. Location was outstanding as we walked everywhere and arrived within minutes to the HofbrauHaus and Marienplatz. Great place to store your luggage, shower, and sleep.

Very small room and poor lighting

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Nähe der Oper und vielen Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war klein, hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Zimmer ruhig und das Bett bequem. Was negativ auffiel war das kalte Licht im Badezimmer. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Instantkaffee standen zur Verfügung. Personal sprach leider kein Deutsch, was an sich kein Problem darstellt wenn man englisch kann aber das hat uns doch etwas überrascht.

I haven’t slept that well in years! Great place to stay all around, location was so fun and the staff went out of their way to be kind to us in every interaction.

Great location and staff. Had an issue with the door access app which was resolved remotely in 10 mins. Good value for the centre of the city.

The property does not have staff 24x7, we were locked out of our room late one night and they did not answer the phone and their emergency number did not work, when called it just hung up. Overall not a bad place, but due to the lack of 24x7 front desk coverage I would not encourage you to stay here. Further, in the apartment we stayed in the HVAC was only in one room (not a bedroom) the other three rooms were very hot. Rent at your own risk.

Hotel remarquablement situé. Chambre très petite mais bien conçue. Literie molle. Accueil minimal sans la moindre amabilité. On a presque l'impression de déranger le réceptionniste sorti de son placard.

Our room was small but the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable. Easily the best bed we stayed in during our 14 day/ 6 hotel trip. The location is great, Hofbrauhaus is literally around the block and Marienplatz is just a couple minutes away. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Hofbrauhaus Parkhaus and easy to navigate. There are tons of dining options around the area. Don't overlook this little boutique hotel!
