The area is a Ghetto of various suspicious people. It did not feel safe. WiFi is broken forever. Bed sheets were NOT clean. Prefer to book via agency so that you have a mediator if you really wish to stay here. Also attached photos about these negative comments

near the airport and the railroad tracks. great entertainment is abound right out the door of the room with amazing views of the airplanes landing/taking off and the train blows the LOUD horn as it crosses the property area just feet away. Free FUN for the whole family. And the pool is small, but wet.

The good news, very helpful, friendly front desk staff. No airport shuttle. The bad news, arrived to find the whole hotel lined off with crime tape and a heavy police presence. Not reassuring. Room is in terrible shape, heavily worn, stained. Loud trains RIGHT next door all night. At 30 bucks pre night, you would be overpaying.

Got this because I had a 6am flight and it's closer to the airport. the room smelled good and it was clean. Did have a pesky fly in the room. The vending machine near the rooms was broken, which was a bummer, because I really didn't want to walk to the gas station later at night which was probably a 5 min walk away. Not much else around the property. Staff was nice and check-in was easy. Did hear a train roll through at around 3AM. For a night it was fine and it was inexpensive, so it's a decent value.

The lady on reception was fantastic, friendly and helpful. She advised us not to walk in the area in the evening - even McDonald’s which was visible from the motel was considered a risk. So we used uber eats for dinner delivery. The railway tracks are right next door to the motel, and the freight train rattles through at all hours (11pm, 2.30am and 4am for us). Everything is old and tired, especially the mattresses. The internet wasn’t working, no coffee in the lobby in the morning. I just feel so sorry for the staff, as they were great.

Room neglected. Vending machine and ice machine broken. Woke up to lots of mosquito bites from all the mosquitos we found around the room. When requesting an extra pillow (because I was only given one thin pillow), I was told they don’t have any. Floor was super dirty and dusty, enough so to make my white socks black underneath. Staff was not friendly. No shampoo or conditioner available and the vending machines with some personal hygiene items was broken.

My room had been smoked in recently. I went back and asked for a nonsmoking room and the young man at the front desk told me the room I was in was nonsmoking. It was obvious it had been smoked in within the last several days. There were burn holes in the bedding. I got an instant migraine from the smell. The shower was filthy. I wanted to shower but didn’t trust the cleanliness of the towels. There was a diesel truck idling outside my door for what felt like an eternity around 2-3 am. I checked in around midnight and had to be out before 5am to Catch my flight. I didn’t sleep a wink. Would have been better off trying to sleep at the airport. Stay away from this dump especially if you have kids.

I knew staying at a motel 6 it wasn’t going to be high end but this was the most disgusting motel room I’ve ever seen. It smelled like smoke and human, the toilet was coming off the floor, the floors were dirty, sheets ripped, bedding stained, shower lukewarm.

There were seven burned marks of cigarette on the comforter, there cockroaches in the room. When I was going to bed I found a long curly hair under the pillow, I have short, straight hair. Rooms are not noise treated, I heard the upstairs guests walking and moving furniture all night long every night, I found the room filthy and it was never cleaned. Every day my key would not work on the door. It always smelled dirty and of cigarette smoke (I do not smoke). This is by far my worst experience ever.

Although I was not expecting a lovely experience here, I chose this location because it was inexpensive and so close to the airport for our last night before flying out of Phoenix in the morning, hoping it would make things easier on us to get to the airport on time, but the loss of sleep due to such noise all night long (caused by people coming and going outside and the train with a loud and long horn that blew by every hour) negated the benefit of convenience.

There’s a train that goes by and honk their horn very often. Our TV was purple so we couldn’t watch anything on the screen and one side of my bed was like broken or something. It literally had to try and get in the middle of the bed so you wouldn’t throw off not a good stay.

I felt very unsafe at this location. There were homeless people all in the parking lot. My door didn’t lock correctly. My AC unit wasn’t able to produce heat and I had no hot water until the next day when I mentioned it to the manager, she immediately got upset and tried to trespass me, it was a horrible experience

i did not like how my room key was giving to someone else that was not supposed to be in my room and also my room number and name was giving even after asking front desk to hold all call and do not let anyone in my room beside me and my partner. i am a victim of DV and my ex and son was let in my room and they stole item from me.

First time and probably last time at a Motel 6. Room smells like smokes, even the towels. The old duvet covers had ton of cigarette burns and stains of every kind. Hotel is a block from railway tracks and the first patrons we met was a prostitute with two dogs and her pimp. So not a lot going for this place other than it’s affordable.

If you are ok staying in motel 6 than this will be much of the same. Look it’s not the ritz Carlton. But room was clean and it’s cheap. Cons: no food or shopping nearby, lots of homeless activity, kind of a desolate area. Pros: near metro station. Was able to easily take train from airport to motel and from motel to downtown.
