The advertisement for this hotel says they have small refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms which was not the case, we requested both and was given a fridge we had to clean out, and was not given a microwave unless we paid $6/day for our 4 day stay. The first night we were there we had sewage coming up out of the floor in the bathroom and smelled awful, the next night we stayed the room was too hot and upon moving to the last room we were in we were asked "why are you moving rooms again and why did you come here?" I've never had such awful attitude thrown at me from a business who has the issues in their establishment before as if it was my fault. Nor have I ever been charged for something that's supposed to be in the room that I'm paying for. So my husband and I had no way of hearing up any foods except to go back and forth to the office where the microwave was for free to use. There was roaches and flies in our room the first moment we stepped in and weird wet spots at the feet of the beds which I wiped up. I spent near $400 to stay in this place and couldn't relax even one night from all the noise above us and then strangers showing up looking for random people. That place isn't worth near $100 a night. I thought it would've benefit me and my husband from the heat but I should've looked for a cheaper place I could of kept us out of the heat longer with that money.

I was not happy with my stay at all. It is 100 + degrees outside and my room had no air or electricity for about 5–6 hours. This is after the switched me rooms for the AC pouring water and not working. They moved us one room over and this room also was pouring water from ac. The rental car was stolen overnight from the parking lot. While waiting for cops they are screaming we need to leave and we couldn’t

I don’t know what I was paying so much money on? The ice machine was not working, the girl at the front desk started verbally abusing me when I became upset over the ice. I explained i had medicine that needed to be kept cool and that I couldn’t even get a piece of ice. At first she was thoughtful and offered to keep it down in the office and then she went off. So… yeah I just lost $80 worth of antibiotics! I even asked nicely if there was a way I could have a fridge in the room. She threatened me and told me I’d be checking out the following day, haha that was my plan all along honey. She’s Mexican or mixed with blk curly hair. Sits in the back of office. I absolutely love the lady with the blonde hair, I forget her name but I believe she’s the property manager. Always kind and respectful to everyone

Air condition did not work. 100 degrees outside the door. 100 plus inside the room. Request another room because of the temperature inside. Promised to get another room in 30 minutes, never happen. 3 hours later finally got another room after another face-to-face request. Phone didn't work in the room. Bed was not made Keys for the room did not work had too repeatedly request another key to open the doors. Request other items and never received them. That room was not a premium room that I reserved. More like a below standard room.

Stayed here two nights. The central air conditioning was down in the entire building, although they fixed it on the second night. Bed was broken. Saw a couple cockroaches. Room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. Half the power outlets didn't work. The premises were occupied by vagrants and people with drug issues. Woke up at 7am to a woman outside pacing and ranting about how she was going to "f*** up all the haters".

This property looks nothing like in the pictures, The they gave us look like someone was in there already, the door was open and the bed looked as if someone had been laying on it,the Tv was on too. We asked for a different room and that one wasn't any better. The restroom wasn't swept there was a cigarette butt and a dirty wash cloth in the shower. And the worst part the room had no AC. I was tired of driving 7 hours . So I stayed. But it's been the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Also the outside was full of drug addicts. I wasn't familiar with the area. And really had no where else to go. So I stayed. But never ever again. It definitely wasn't worth the 245. I was charged for two nights. Like I said the motel looks nothing like the picture you promote. I wish I would have took pictures of everything.

To say that this motel is in disrepair does disrepaired motels an injustice? There is bodily fluids on the walls. There is feces all over the bathroom. I wish I could submit pictures because the ceiling is leaking water and there are cigarette stains all over the room. So much for a non-smoking room. Not only should you not stay here, but I'm going to call the health inspector tomorrow morning.

I cannot say enough about how terrible this place was. They front office lay was really loud and kept having a conversation with the other lady instead of just checking us in and then… The first room had a smashed up TV. the second room they gave us, the key wouldn’t work two times and then it smelled like an ashtray. And finally, the third room they gave us wasn’t ready and they rushed to get out of it and didn’t properly clean everything. The sink and mirror were not clean and the floors weren’t mopped and the bathtub was gross. Then in the middle of the night the bathroom and sink area was covered in roaches and there was even one crawling up the wall next to the bed before we left. everything was very old and falling apart. Also lots of crackheads and homeless people standing around outside. Awful place to stay!

This property was very run down and dirty. The mattress was very stained. No protector. The furniture in the room was falling apart. No trash can. And the pictures online looked NOTHING like in person. We didn’t stay. We checked in. Went to the room (saw the condition) and came back to the lobby and asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

The bedding was dirty. Wifi didn't work and no hot water in the bathroom. Light bulbs missing in main room. Checking in had to be cash or card, I use Apple Pay. I was lucky to have cash on me. I will never stay there again!

the bed was old and lumpy and improperly made. The floor was dirty and the wall was recently patched with the joint compound still tacky and unpainted. The trash can around the property were overflowing with garbage. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like an ashtray. This room was way overpriced.and I would never stay here again

The room was very clean, but the ac was blowing heat. Which office staff fixed.a d very nice about. The mattress was very bad condition, it was worn out I feel I could have went to an alley and picked up a discarded mattress that would have been in better condition. You was very lumpy no spring or life to it. I would not stay in this hotel again

Our flight was delayed landing due to a medical emergency. The motel gave our room away (at 6pm) so we had no where to stay. They were not very friendly either. We ended up having to drive around at midnight trying to find somewhere new to stay because everything was booked up.

Well as soon as we get to the hotel they tell us that the system is down and that it'll be down for the foreseeable future and that we need to just wait in our cars until they see them come out to let us know that the systems are then we end up waiting 3 and 1/2 hours before we end up falling asleep in the car and then I wake up and send my wife inside to see if the reservation is ready or if they can actually let us in and turns out the systems have been up for a little while but they just didn't care to go check in the parking lot for anybody sitting in their cars waiting still. I feel like I'm very unsatisfied with this visit because all of that caused both my sons to be late for school and me to be late for work because we got such bad and little sleep that we overslept right through our alarms. Please let me know how we can be compensated for this terrible visit

Room was ok but service was less than mediocre. After being there for about 5 days i extended a day and because front desk associate didn't do her job properly i was given 20 minutes to get my belongings and leave before security was called. Wouldn't let me explain it all any questions. So i called the business that booked my reservation. They were able to get everything fixed and i went down to office to verify. Everything was ok. Then at MIDNIGHT my phone rings and it's the front desk very risky telling me i need to come down to the office and bring my ID when i come. Apparently the front desk girl also f*cked up again and didn't get my signature... However, she told her boss that i didn't have my ID And that i said i would bring it down and never did. She never asked me for ID. GOTTA LOVE A LIAR!

The property was in a decent location about 30 mins from where we were going each day so not to bad there. But the room was not clean at all and the AC barely worked me and my daughter had to go buy fans to put on the table next to our beds. I do have pictures of the property but the post won’t let me put them on here.

I knew I was NOT in the best part of town - but when I was propositioned as I was walking into my room - I was a little concerned for my safety - you guys may want to check this property out for yourselves - calling the front desk will not help - you need to send a hotels.com representative to the location and consider taking this property OFF the hotels.com list - hotels.com does not want to be held liable for sending it's customers to an unsafe area

I had a front row seat to a shooting that happened right outside my room, and my door being taped off with crime scene tape with a cop outside making sure I didn't walk into the crime scene and the blood on the ground. I was then entertained by watching the forensics team take pictures of everything outside my window. Later in the day, I also had a front row seat as I watched the coroner take the victim down the stairs in a body bag. This isn't the kind of entertainment I was planning on sharing with my family while in Phoenix, which includes two small children under the age of four. Did any motel staff come by and check on us? Nope. Was I offered a discount or better yet a refund seeing how I almost lost my life here? Nope. I got nothing... I guess it's just another day at Motel 6. They did at least have someone come and power wash everything once the cops were done with the scene. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more and find a safer place. The lure of "Pets stay for free" simply isn't worth it.

I made the mistake of reserving a room here without reading the reviews. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding. The hotel is in a bad area surrounded by transients . I did not feel safe so I left and paid double for another room at another hotel chain.
