The property and staff were amazing!! however there was a hocket tournament and it looked like a party walking into the lobby. the kids were loud and running the hallways throwing ice. we could not get into the pool area due to the number of kids in there. it was dis appointing after a long day and paying for a hotel with these specific amenities we couldnt use.

The building and rooms themselves were nice. The staff were mediocre. No continental breakfast which is whatever but we were told we could not bring outside food or beverages into the hotel. We were expected to eat the food from the bristo and drink at the bar only. If you're going to demand that, at least have staff that can manage that. The bartender on both nights was MIA for the majority of the time and very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get served one night and another night we had friends who didn't get a simple beer for a half hour while standing at the bar the whole time waiting. Ridiculous. Then on a Saturday night, you do last call for beverages at 9:30 pm? And expect us to not bring in our own beverages? Saying that we can't sit around in the lobby area at the tables provided to have a drink or some food and converse? We were not a loud group by any means but to kick us out and tell us to go drink in our rooms? Definitely do not recommend this hotel to the middle-class average people.

Overall, the stay was great. The employees were friendly and hospitable, the building was clean and there were plenty of extras throughout the place. We did have an issue with a person who woke us up in the middle of the night bumping their car bass right outside our window. That didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of our stay. The remodel was very nice. Clean room. Staff was excellent A few complaints. Had room right next to the ice machine room which was very loud the entire night. Room only stocked with decaf coffee. And the streaming options for the tv did not work.

Per usual Expedia failed again! I booked a handicap room with a king bed and a sofa pull out coach. My parents were coming up and I had no idea if they may need to stay the night. My dad just had hip surgery and pins placed, hence the need for the handicap room. The sofa bed was in case it became too late or they were too tired to drive home since he is not released to drive. First, the hotel staff were confusing and rude to my mom who I added to reservation so she could check in because I wouldn’t get there until 8 or 9 pm. 2nd there is NO SOFA pull out couch. NONE! Expedia always has something wrong with their descriptions and frankly I’m over it!

Our check in was amazing. Devon was enthusiastic, kind, over top customer service and loves his job. I really enjoy meeting individual who make you feel appreciated. He also suggested a room to enjoy the views of the courtyard too. Thanks for a nice stay!

The area is isolated, the hotel rooms need updating. No restaurant in the property. The worst part is that when I checked in, I asked if would be charged if I checked out a day earlier, and I was asured that I would not be charged for the full stay. I checked out a day earlier and the hotel decided to charge me the full stay. The manager plainly said that she didn't have to honor what other employees said. I certainly will not go back to this hotel, when I'm in town. I certainly consider this hotel to be low end.
