Motel 6-Roseville, MN - Minneapolis North

Hooker city. Not a fan. Won’t stay again! Noisy as hell. Dogs outside barking half the night. First room wasn’t clean, no blankets or pillow cases. Microwave didn’t work

When I checked into my room there was no TV. I went to go take a shower and there was no hot water. I told the front dest and they gave me another room. When I got to my next room there was no shower curtain and still no hot water. I only stayed one night and had to leave at 4 am so I took a cold shower with no curtain smh lol.

The room wasn’t clean, no towels in room and asked for towels at 7am and were told there wasn’t any til later in day, when came back to room that evening had to go ask for towels again. Was given 1 towel and several bath mats. When asked for another towel was told had to return the ones given before, informed the staff at front desk I was given one towel and several bath mats instead of 2 towels then they got 2 towels. Room was supposed to be non smoking and there were ashes on the night stand and many burn marks on the floor throughout the room. Found 2 live cockroaches in the room on the desk. The tv couldn’t hardly be watched was very dark and had 2 bright spots in it. When we tried to take a shower there was no hot water. When checking out couldn’t get a receipt for the bill that will go on my credit card. Will never stay at this place again. Will think twice about staying at another motel 6. Still waiting for $75 deposit to be returned.
