Relax Inn

It was run down, dirty, unkept and broken down... lights didnt work... nothing looked clean... two deflated little pillows for kind bed that was hard as a rock! The TV was extremely difficult to use... the presentation was discusting! I didnt want to sit on the couch or or even take off my shoes. No one works in the actual office so the door is always locked and you have to actually call a number and wait for them to answer... and then you have to wait for them to come out of the room they are hanging out in no matter what time of day or night... it also seemed very unprofessional as it was difficult for me to even get a reciept! I wish i had taken pictures... the building was also falling apart with nails sticking out. The coffee table was also completely destroyed. I was worried about being unfairly charged for some of the damage... so far so good on that. And the AC seemed to actually work ok :)

Good location have some issues with water temp in shower

Dirty, you could see light from outside around door frame. Hot water took a long time to get to shower. Bed spread dirty and bed wasn’t even made when I arrived.

This hotel is not suitable for listing on platforms like Expedia due to its severe lack of basic amenities and cleanliness standards. Given these issues, it would not meet the standards expected by travelers using Expedia or other booking sites, which typically require a certain level of quality and service

We went there and Rome by was under a state of emergency from the tornado we told them we weren’t staying g it was very dangerous concrete all by stairways and everything and they still charged our account never again
