Our stay was lovely. There was some construction happening which didn't allow us to utilize the external patios which was disappointing. There was also a lot of red carpet laid down to protect the carpets underneath and only one small elevator available. Our stay was still pretty nice which I guess speaks to the quality of of hotel and staff.

I don’t know where to start. First the hotel and it amenities were more then I expected. It was my honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The house keeping team works around the clock to keep that place tip top. The spa is amazing it has multiple saunas all types of shower with different styles and settings it was incredible. They even have an ice maker making snow like ice to cool you down. The jacuzzi pool and tub is top notch. All the staff works so hard to make you stay the best. The art work though out the hotel is like a museum with elegant style. My favorite the best place I’ve stayed in. 5 stars

It is a beautiful building and generally the staff were very accommodating and friendly, however, when I was able to check in it took them about 40 minutes to get my cases to my room. Also, the sunbeds and parasols at the private beach were only available at a charge of approx 50-70 euros per day.

Recomendo a ida à noite ao "N Les Bar", onde podes apreciar música ao ao vivo enquanto aprecia os inúmeros drinks que a casa oferece (inclusive o drink Negresco, originalmente criado no local). Location 10/10 Parking fee based on the street. They take care of it for you. 10/10 Breakfast 7/10 - we wanted omelette, they said it was an extra sixteen Did not like that. Fantastisk opphold, personale og hotell🥰 Beach club , også med fantastisk personale, kan fremheve Baba som gjorde oppholdet vårt der de to dagene med sin service og lune humor, over all forventning !! Når det er sagt er beach Club her klar for renovering, det er lukt i kjeller der man skifter og går på toalettet. Man forventer en annen standar, og her har man kanskje noe å lære fra beach clubs i Cannes og St tropez. Rommene på hotellet kan nok også oppgraderes , men fantastisk utsikt over promenaden og havet☀️. Spa helt amazing, samme med restaurant der vi hadde en opplevelsesrik og fantastisk 5 retters meny, frokost nydelig og en fantastisk resepsjon. Alt i alt, vi kan virkelig anbefale hotellet.

The most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff are so warm and welcoming - they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. We had a deluxe family suite, which was just heavenly. Mycket fint hotell med en tydlig historisk atmosfär. Mycket trevligt mottagande, hjälp med väskor på rummet, tillgång till dricksvatten, städning, uppbäddning och allt smått som erbjöds kändes som att bo i paradiset. Otroligt trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost, lyxigt spa och andra faciliteter gjorde vår vistelse till fantastiskt. We had a terrible night sleep, if we even had any. The room was pricey given it was a suite, which was fine, but the windows let all of the noise in from the main roads outside. We rang reception at 2.44am and asked to move rooms. They did not have a same level room or higher, that didn't face the ocean/road view but we had no sleep so said literally anything not road facing that will be quiet will be great. We moved to a room which smelt foisty and all we could hear was a loud humming coming from the middle of the hotel as we opened the window sounds like units on the roof. Really too loud. So we moved back to the first room, just dealing with the fact we felt like we was asleep next to the road, 5 levels up. The scooters are so loud, loud cars, and to top it off the hotel has traffic lights outside it, so when going to green they accelerate fast and the noise just keeps you awake. I can't seem to see how anyone with a sea view could not hear it all night, it literally is so loud, all night. I booked this hotel as i thought it was the best in Nice after our fight got cancelled but unless they get secondary glazing to mute the noises i don't understand how anyone could sleep here without earplugs. Food in the brasserie and the American bar was nice however and staff friendly.

Property is beautiful, staff is friendly and very courteous. First night we were there the room temperature was 26c and the toilet would not stop running. We asked for maintenance, they sent someone up to confirm the issues. They changed our room to a smaller room. The next day we asked for a room similar n size and they accommodated us . They did not tell us that the AC was turned off for winter, so we had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room. Also be aware they will temp charge 1200.00 euros for incidentals. It’s the highest I have encountered for a 3 day stay.

Amazing hotel, clean, historic, a ton of beautiful amenities and great service. My only complaint is that their pillows are paper thin and uncomfortable. They need to upgrade their pillows. A lot of people in our group had neck pain and/or trouble sleeping due to the flat pillows. I eventually requested firm pillows but even with that, had to layer the pillows.

Hotel Le Negresco is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel in Nice. We stayed for 4 nights and the location, service and style is 5 stars. I have one complaint regarding the hotel bathroom. Our room had a very large bathroom with a beautiful claw foot tub - but no shower. The tub had a hand held nozzle with no place to rest it while showering (if you put it on the cradle water will spray onto the floor) and the shower curtain only closed 75%. For the cost of this hotel I expect much much more. Creative license aside, the bathroom must function by today's standards.

概ね接客対応が、とても親切で丁寧で気持ち良かった。しかし、ホテルのチェックアウトも終え、その後、2回、ホテルを出たり入ったりして、3回目にホテル内に入り、フロントを通り、さらに奥へと進もうとしたとき、何と職員に進むのを静止され、何か言われたが言葉が理解できなかったので、一旦、戻ってフロントに行こうとしたところ、はっきりと舌打ちをされた。その後、その舌打ち職員に部屋のカードキーを見せたら、ようやく1階フロントの奥へと入れた。その職員から何の謝罪もなく、非常に気分を害した。少なくとも海外で80以上のホテルに宿泊したが、今回のようなことは初めてであった。これが世に言う人種差別かと思った。

I’ve stayed at some incredible five-star hotels in the past, but nothing compares to Hotel El Negresco. The experience was, by far, the most amazing I've ever had. I can't stop raving about the staff! Juliette and Philippe, the concierges, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was impeccable; they are the stars of the show. They arranged a car rental for us and recommended the most incredible places to see. This trip was very important for my family, and Jerome was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. He had our keys ready, an umbrella on hand, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff, including Tom and Eric at the front door, were also extremely attentive and welcoming. I can't forget to mention the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at breakfast. The service was top-tier! I’m sure I’m missing a few names, but every single staff member was amazing. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend Hotel El Negresco!

This hotel is beautiful and iconic Service is slow and not what I would expect with a hotel of this caliber. Elevator was so slow we always took stairs, bar was so slow you usually wait 3-5 minutes before being acknowledged to be seated. Lots of guests in line left. Not acceptable service. This is it, this is the standard for hotel service. I have been to hotels around Europe and the world. This was by far the highest level of service I have ever seen in a hotel. This hotel will set the standard. Rooms were perfect, front desk and valet great, maid staff came in twice a day. To understand the level of service they wrap your charger cables in the evening turn around. While we were there in off season it did not feel like it given the level of service we experienced every single moment in the hotel. There is no way I would stay anywhere else in Nice. And the location is fantastic.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful front desk staff, incredible views, beautiful rooms. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend. Downside is the breakfast experience - breakfast buffet should be included given the hotel rates and not worth the 32-35 euros; breakfast staff were inefficient.

Excellent service at registration and at all the restaurants eg waiter Omar at le rotonde,and all the servers at the excellent Michelin starred restaurant- also chapeau to the chef - she did an amazing job with a varied, exciting and delicious menu. Exception was the young lady concierge who was snarky but all others were amazing (including the guy concierge we dealt with later). Reception personnel made sure we got into the room early and the person we had called to alert regarding the early check-in communicated this to the next shift efficiently so they were prepared when we arrived. The doormen and cleaning ladies as well as the beachfront personnel where all gracious, eager to help and friendly. The room was lovely with classic decor and beautiful art as was seen throughout this historic hotel. I will definitely visit again!
