Stayed 15 nights

During a 14-night stay, room was cleaned some days in an apparently random pattern, the hard flooring seemed to only be mopped once during our stat and not at all in the (tiny) bathroom, laundry was likewise hit and miss. Wi-Fi was fine but it was not possible to use the phone in the room for any purpose except calling reception; despite free long-distance calls being advertised. You can make short calls locally from reception but with no privacy. Laundry room worked fine. The web site mentions the property was recently renovated however it is already showing signs of wear. Parking was ample and location convenient. However, if you stay there ask for a room toward the rear of the parking as road noise at the front is intrusive during the night due to trucks. I’d suggest a top floor room if you don’t have a ton of luggage because you Will hear your neighbour above if you are on the ground floor; also, avoid being near the metal staircases if you are on the ground floor as you will be woken most nights by other guests clattering down the stairs. Oh, if you want to use an iron & ironing board, its only available if you have been accolated the “right” room… Basically, if you are looking for an inexpensive stay for 1-2 nights and are a heavy sleeper, it’s worth considering.
