Location of the Super 8 was very convenient as we were traveling South on I 81. The property is somewhat run down. Our particular room needed numerous small repairs to correct wear and tear. Everything was generally clean and the beds were comfortable, so it served our purpose. Breakfast was minimal at best, cereal, juice, and coffee.

The place is filthy and smells like an ashtray. The carpet in the hallways is grimy and sticky. The carpet in the room was dirty, and there was a pill, peanuts, and other forms of dirt on it from previous guests. There was hair in the bathtub, and the side table and top of the dresser (where the coffee pot is) were sticky. The microwave had thick food residue in it, and there were fruit flies buzzing around. I went to the store, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned all the hard surfaces before putting my stuff on them. The 'breakfast" consisted of sliced bread, two types of cereal, and milk. Considering that I had flies in my room and heard another guest say that she was leaving because she had cockroaches in hers, I didn't risk touching the food. The bedding (sheet+pillow case) had burn marks on them.

Hotel worker mistook me(a brown haired 43yo) man for a 60 year old blonde man, and as a result, had the police banging on my room at 1am, waking up my family and child. Hotel manager refused to comp the day or even reimburse me. Orange juice is brown, exterior lights dont work, so its hard to see the place at night. Will not recommend or be staying at another super 8. Whyndam should do something about this or take thier name off the hotel. Worst super 8 ive ever been in.

First room had many flies and the roaches scattered when we turned on the lights. Blood on the sheets, hair in the sink. Water knob would only put out hot water. Fridge had brown goo inside. More but that should be enough. Moved to a different room. Slightly less gross, but stuff was left in the fridge. Slept in my clothes and will be bolting out in the morning. Roaches in lobby, doubt if hallway was vacuumed in the last month.

we didn't stay the lobby and hallway smelled of smoke and then we turnded down the bed to find dirty hairs in the sheets. i went to see if we could get another room and when i got back I saw a couple of roaches skurry up the wall. we grabbed our stuff and hightaled it out of there. luckily they refund my money right away

Only request was ground floor. Was put on second floor. Saw bugs by the fridge. On the bed I did not use, there was a bug that looked like a tick. Lights were not plugged into outlet controlled by light switch. Tile in bathroom was loose in spots and seemed unfinished. Toilet seat was broken. Overall, I’d never stay here again.

My first room wasn't working out. Cigarette smell in the stairway and hallway. The tv didn't work, the refrigerator was warm, til I plugged it in. The front desk person moved me to a different room. In that room, lamps weren't working til I fpund the plugs and plugged them in. Breakfast was a mess. On the first morning. There was about 6 slices of bread out. No fruit. This morning, a little more bread but still barely anything else. Not going back.

The lady that checked us in was very kind. We just needed a place to sleep as we were traveling. The room was awful. There was only one outlet and it was an extension cord attached to the tv and fridge. The sink did not work and the shower head looked like it had never been vleaned. Free breakfast was toast and cereal but due to the conditions of the property we chose not to eat.

Room was great and bed was surpising one of the best we have slept in, as far as comfort goes. Breakfast was ONLY thing below par here. Only juice of breads was normal white and only condiment was Grape jelly. No Bagels, muffins, etc. Milk, Apple and Orange Juice were only liquids.

Property is absolutely filthy, I booked on this a whim after a long day of traveling, Hvac did not work at all. Shower and bathroom not clean with mold on the head and the floor very filthy with loose tiles as well and I found a live roach when I woke up to use the bathroom. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear every move a person makes with people walking all around at night. By far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Avoid this place like the plague at all costs.

I guess you get what you pay for. AC didn't work properly, hot all night, didnt sleep well. Non smoking room but had cigarette burns in blankets on both beds. Out of date TV in the room, so very small compared to other hotels. Cigarette and pot smoke from other rooms seeped in from hallway door.

This is by far the most rundown hotel pretty much I ever experienced. The room full of dust and toilet it’s way dirty to look at. Seems they don't understand what’s the very basic level of a clean room supposed to be. Front desk will on phone forever even they see you right in front his face. Donot care. House keeping cleaning like acting not real. Please stay away as you found right next to this one it’s comfort inn and redroof. Try that as this one not worth to try.

Personall ok would not recommend staying at super 8 i work nights and sleep days between the cleaning staff yelling back and forth between rooms all day and dogs barking in cls by rooms i get no sleep i actually have had to sleep in my car 3 days now.

The lobby smelled like smoke. I checked in and went to check the room and it looked like the bathroom had never been cleaned. I let the front desk know and he didn’t say sorry or anything just handed me a new room key. I went to check the new room and there was a live roach in the bath tub. I let the front desk know and again he didn't say anything. I asked for a refund and he did approve the refund. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM STAYING HERE! We ended up booking a room at the quality inn down the road which was very nice.

Breakfast was decent.Two type of cornflakes. Orange and apple juice,also toast.Regular and decaf coffee and tea.Could not use debit or credit card due to machine breakdown.Also prior guests left crumbs etc behind table between beds and I had to pull out bed to put plug in for lighting.Motel does have a atm.
