Overall, I was made to feel very welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The only drawback was that there was nowhere close to eat a decent breakfast and I had to travel to Lucaya for a proper meal. The room was clean and comfortable, towels were replaced every day, and I was quite satisfied. TV reception was limited and the picture was not very good though. The pool was lovely, and there was plenty of room to do 'laps'. Shame the Jacuzzi wasn't working.

The property and rooms were clean and maintained despite the age and dated appearance. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the Bahamas. Staff was friendly. Only drawback is no fridge or coffee maker in the room I had. I suppose I could have inquired at the desk but I ended up buying a styrofoam cooler and 20lb bag of ice.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel, I was treated extremely well. Everybody was friendly, gracious, and responded to all my inquiries & requests. The hotel is older but kept vey clean. My room was vrry clean as well. The food in the restaurant was prepared and presented well. They had a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. All-in-all, a great experience! A great deal for the price!

The lady that checked us in wasn’t very pleasant, it appeared that she was with in the middle of doing something and we interrupted her or maybe she had been sleeping and we woke her up. The room B111 itself was clean but the bathroom was a mess, there was something brown that was smeared on the light switch and wall, the walls needed to be painted and there wasn’t a toilet paper holder, the rolls of toilet paper were sitting in the toilet tank. The Internet said that they had “Free WiFi” but it was only in the lobby none in the room itself. The reception lady told us we wouldn’t be able to get WiFi in the room. If we had been staying for more than one night, we would have changed hotels the next day. This is the last time that I will stay at this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before and although it's definitely not 4star, it used to at least be clean. My first disappointment was requesting a king bed, but being told there weren't any available. After seeing several empty king rooms during my stay (the drapes are open), I was told thay they’re not using that part of the hotel... I wonder why? When I got to my first room, it smelled very dirty. Thinking it may have been the carpet, we requested a room without it. When we got to the second room, it had the same smell. We determined that it must've been the drapes. Everything from the drapes to the linens and towels needs to be replaced. The worst part about my stay was the roaches (yes, plural) in my room. That was the first time we'd ever seen them there, but we definitely weren't surprised. Seeing 1 roach is one thing... seeing multiple is unacceptable!!! They were the big ones, so very noticeable. The last one we saw was crawling on the ceiling!!!

My stay was a the worst i ever had at a hotel will not be bringing any one to this place or reccomend to my employees the place if falling down cracks in wall abandon cars on premise the other rooms looks like a fiea market used furniture's will never come back to this place also i will make a complaint to all the booking companies

I liked that the property was in Town. I could walk to food places n store. What i didn't was the air conditioner was on a Timer. Everytime it stop it interrupted my sleep.

The facility and room was all in order with the hotel's 3 star rating, the on-site restaurant was good food and reasonably priced. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the in room air conditioner was just borderline. Not sure if actual sizing or simply needed maintenance, but it would take hours for each single degree it cooled the room. The room was set at 84 when I arrived so was day 2 before it reached my desired temp.

Firstly my reservation implied the hotel had taken a deposit but on arrival this was found not to be so., Hotels.Com need to modify their wording. The room was fine but the air conditioning was very loud and could not run permanently so kicked on and off all night keeping me awake. Also the noise from AC meant the television sound had to be turned up possibly annoying neighboring rooms. In the bathroom one of two lights was out and the toilet was hard to flush leaving 'evidence' after the flushing stopped. Finally two bottles in the shower containing shampoo and or body washing liquidis were not marked with what they were.

Food was vile reheated old food from days before. I bought food and wasted my money just to bin it. It was very old and reheated food as the restaurant was always quiet. The bed was ok, but bedding very old and yellow and mismatched. No duvet, just a scratchy old throw. Air con was so noisy and yet the room was hot and stuffy. It was the same story when checking out another room. It was just as hot. Reception man refused to help me carry my shopping up one day despite seeing me struggle. There is no one. No bell boy, no elevator. Staff on reception, especially the man is very lazy. I have moved to another hotel. It us much better, and oddly enough its cheaper

The overall experience at this facility was one of a kind. The check in was pretty good and I was surrounded by local business and banking which made my trip a breeze. I will definitely visit again.

Food was vile reheated old food from days before. I bought food and wasted my money just to bin it. It was very old and reheated food as the restaurant was always quiet. The bed was ok, but bedding very old and yellow and mismatched. No duvet, just a scratchy old throw. Air con was so noisy and yet the room was hot and stuffy. It was the same story when checking out another room. It was just as hot. Reception man refused to help me carry my shopping up one day despite seeing me struggle. There is no one. No bell boy, no elevator. Staff on reception, especially the man is very lazy. I have moved to another hotel. It us much better, and oddly enough its cheaper

I liked that the property was in Town. I could walk to food places n store. What i didn't was the air conditioner was on a Timer. Everytime it stop it interrupted my sleep.

The overall experience at this facility was one of a kind. The check in was pretty good and I was surrounded by local business and banking which made my trip a breeze. I will definitely visit again.

Overall, I was made to feel very welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The only drawback was that there was nowhere close to eat a decent breakfast and I had to travel to Lucaya for a proper meal. Only drawback is no fridge or coffee maker in the room I had. I suppose I could have inquired at the desk but I ended up buying a styrofoam cooler and 20lb bag of ice.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel, I was treated extremely well. Everybody was friendly, gracious, and responded to all my inquiries & requests. The hotel is older but kept vey clean. My room was vrry clean as well. The food in the restaurant was prepared and presented well. They had a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. All-in-all, a great experience! A great deal for the price!

The facility and room was all in order with the hotel's 3 star rating, the on-site restaurant was good food and reasonably priced. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the in room air conditioner was just borderline. Not sure if actual sizing or simply needed maintenance, but it would take hours for each single degree it cooled the room. The room was set at 84 when I arrived so was day 2 before it reached my desired temp.

I'm a diabetic and requested a room with a refrigerator. The agent that checked me in was not helpful as all the dining room was closed but a kind lady gave me some ice. Went out and came back around 11pm or so restaurant was closed so I could not get any ice. Went to the front desk and explained my situation. Room was immediately change to one with a refrigerator
