I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have WiFi, so I must have WiFi”. I came back the next day and was told that IT was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told, they would let IT know I needed assistance. That assistance never came. Air conditioning in my room was not controllable. The temperature never changed. Our toilet would not flush properly. Overall, it was the worst experience on any trip i have ever been on. There were a few nice people, like Jones, but most others could care less.

Fantastic beach, excellent pool. Restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch. Pool bar happy hour a must. Water taxi/ferry to Port Lucaya is very handy and very on time!

I enjoy staying here when I vacation in the Bahamas. I come for the water(beach and pool) and the people. The staff have become like old friends and work hard to make you feel welcome and have a wonderful time. Alfie and bar staff have the best Bahama Mama cocktails on the island. Steven keeps everyone entertained at the pool side! Waitresses are wonderful and always smiling! The room is dated but I don't come here to stay in the room. As long as it is clean.

Always a pleasure to stay there. Property is a bit older but one of the best family friendly hotels is Freeport and staff is great.

Offered some good tours. I just wouldn't do the island tour. The cave tour was awesome! The dolphin encounter was wonderful. The bonfire was fun. We did things on our own sunset Cruise was super fun. Just be prepared to spend money on cabs as everything is on canals and is not very walkable. Other than that we had an incredible time
