Room was not clean and was missing essential amenities upon arrival. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive when we requested to swim rooms. Restaurants were closed and did not match the opening hours listed on Atlantis app.

The room was clean. But when you’re in the room, you can hear everything outside. The walls are very thin. There were people screaming after midnight coming down our hallway. Also, when it comes to some of the staff there when you ask them questions, they’re very rude and direct and not friendly and they want to ignore you. Or they act like you don’t exist or they act like that they’re so annoyed at their job. We come to the resort and we pay a lot of money for this and the people over the staff act like they don’t wanna be bothered with you

We absolutely loved our stay at the Coral! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurants in the vicinity were wonderful. We plan to return someday.
