The room was clean just a slight smell. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. My only issue is the toilet seats were too low for us older stayers and the couch in the three rooms we stayed all were worn down we could not get up with our bad knees. Need to be Senior friendly.

The suite was very clean and nice but the entrance door wouldn't close completely on it's own and the bathroom door was very hard to close ( my wife couldn't close it on her own ) and no ice machine on the 3rd floor and I would have to take the extremely slow elevator to the 1st floor every time that I wanted ice. The pool was a nice feature although there was like 20 people in the pool at that time we used and when we went to use it the next it was shut down due to chemical replacement cause of the large crowd the day before. The staff did a valiant effort in keeping the hallway in front of the pool and elevator dry from the many swimmers. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The experience was horrible! We came there bc of the concert and was told our room was overbooked and not available. I booked this room back in May! So we had nowhere to stay and had to drive the 2.5hrs back home after the concert and then turn around and drive back 1st thing in the am for D2! We had been in Baltimore all day and just wanted to sleep! Horrible experience!
