Ontbijt kon beter, jammer dat je een euro extra moet betalen voor een expresso want de koffie uit de kan was niet lekker. Een dubbel bed in plaats van 2 enkele bedden zou aangenamer geweest zijn. Ligging zeer goed en parking auto afgesloten zijn een plus. Personeel zeer vriendelijk

Mein Einzelzimmer war sauber und hatte ausreichend Platz & Schranken etc. Das Bad war ebenfalls ordentlich und in der Dusche gab es sogar einen Griff. Das Fenster ging zum Hinterhof hinaus, war aber ok. Ein leises Zimmer hatte ich in so zentraler Lage nicht erwartet, was mich aber auch nicht stört. Allerdings ist auch die Tür zum Gang recht hellhörig. Toll ist die kostenlose Tee und Kaffee Bar im Erdgeschoss, bzw. man kann das Heißwasser auch für eigene Sachen nutzen. Pappbecher, Löffel & Zucker ist vorhanden und manchmal steht statt Kaffeepulver auch eine fertige Kaffeekanne da. Es gibt hier auch einen Kühlschrank mit allerlei Getränken die man wohl an der Rezeption bezahlen kann, dafür gibt es hier auch Gläser. Die Lage ist gut, denn man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Bahnhof, als auch in der Innenstadt oder bei einem Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel war nett jedoch der Aufzug schon ziemlich alt und direkt vor dem Hotel hat Morgens die Müllabfuhr ziemlich viel krach gemacht außerdem waren besoffene mitten in der woche unterwegs. Von der Lage gut aber leider sehr viel lärm von draußen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Das zimmer war ok und die Betten auch aber die Dusche war nicht die Beste ^^ ein wenig niedrig und schlecht zu schließen. Aber alles in allem nett

A clean nice room, lovely staffs and classic elevator are in the hotel. We stayed for a couple of days there as a family. If you go to a city centre or Immermannstraße it’d take around 10mins by walking, which is pretty close I felt little bit dodgy when I walked on the street near the hotel. Therefore, I tried to go back to the hotel before sunset.

Bra läge och trevlig personal. Finns parkering på innergården, dock väldigt trångt. Rummet saknade luftkonditionering men det fanns en bordsfläkt vilket uppskattades när det var 39 grader under dagen.

Kamer familyroom was prima. Lekker groot. Ontbijt vond ik niet goed. Elke dag hetzelfde brood. Weinig extra's zoetigheid gebak koek. Koffie was niet te drinken supersterk dn niet vers.

L'hotel è pulito e non lontano dalla stazione. All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato la culla per nostra figlia e abbiamo dovuto chiederla. Il signore presente al momento del check-in e della richiesta della culla, ci dice che la culla non è gratuita e che bisognava prenotarla con loro in anticipo. Purtroppo questa informazione non era scritta da nessina parte al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo prenotato con la colazione inclusa e sempre lo stesso dignore ci dice che non era inclusa. Il mattino seguente, il reception ci dice che si era trattato di un errore e che potevamo fare colazione. Purtroppo era tardi e dovevamo andar via, quindi abbiamo pagato la colazione per un giorno senza usufruirne. Alla fine del soggiorno, il receptionist ci ha offerto la culla. L'hotel molto basico, ma pulito. Per un weekend più che sufficiente.

The hotel is not far from the station but located on a quiet and safe street. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. I also appreciated that tea and coffee were available throughout the day. The linen and towels were fresh and clean.

Das Hotel war nett jedoch der Aufzug schon ziemlich alt und direkt vor dem Hotel hat Morgens die Müllabfuhr ziemlich viel krach gemacht außerdem waren besoffene mitten in der woche unterwegs. Von der Lage gut aber leider sehr viel lärm von draußen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Das zimmer war ok und die Betten auch aber die Dusche war nicht die Beste ^^ ein wenig niedrig und schlecht zu schließen. Aber alles in allem nett

A clean nice room, lovely staffs and classic elevator are in the hotel. We stayed for a couple of days there as a family. If you go to a city centre or Immermannstraße it’d take around 10mins by walking, which is pretty close I felt little bit dodgy when I walked on the street near the hotel. Therefore, I tried to go back to the hotel before sunset.

The hotel is in a great location and I have to tell you that the staff was excellent! The family room size was really spacious but in the picture shows wooden floor and mine had carpet that was not to big off an issue but they had a really old couch that smells bad and it is in a really bad shape. I think that if they take the couch out and get something else in place the room will be way better.

Really friendly and super helpful staff and rooms kept well clean. I sent through some packages which the hotel was happy to hold for a short time as well as them holding my luggage for a few days whilst I traveled to other countries in Europe. Hotel is a bit dated however the service was incredible. Close to Dusseldorf HBF station so we were able to take the train very easily. Overall I had a great experience with Bellevue and will come back in the future.
