Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff! Right next to the ferry and whale watching. Hot tub was great and perfect thing after a day of walking. Vent fan in rm 216 needs tlc. Painfully loud. Bad bearing.

Great place to stay in Edmonds!! Nice quick check-in and check-out. Easy access to the room, exercise room and pool. Great breakfast, hot food and fresh waffles and pancakes, good bacon and eggs and the briskets and tasty gravy. Nice and quiet, peaceful place.

This is our go to place when we stay in the Seattle area. There is a bar and grill across from the back parking lot. If you can walk a bit farther, the water front is nearby with several restaurants and shops as well as a beach. There is also the Edmonds Marsh nature area right by the motel. The ferry dock is close by. Breakfast was available with waffles, several hot items, cereal yogurt, etc. The staff is very nice and one of them helped me with my bag. We'll be back.

WE booked it because it said it had pool and hot tub. got there it was closed..we were given a pass to locall health club we went there and no swimming avail. need to book in advance...no one said anything re that... it was a wasted nite

The staff is very friendly at this location. When we arrived, the gentleman got us checked in right away. We got to the room and it had a high powered fan and a dolly in the room. We went back to the front desk and the clerk took care of it for us. The place was quiet for sleeping. Everything worked well and was clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is the exercise facility didn\'t open until 8:00 a.m. and breakfast wasn\'t served until 6:30 a.m. We needed to get on the road so this was a bit of a drawback for us. They did offer a free day at the gym across the way (which opens at 5:00 a.m.). I ended up taking a walk on the "boardwalk" around the marsh, which was really cool.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Elevator is in excellent working order and fast. I really loved my room! It exceeded the hotel description and extremely clean. Streaming movies and shows from my apps to the TV was fun. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with sanitizing. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and a pleasant environment to spend time. There were 3 complimentary newspaper options The lobby coffee bar, including Nespresso, hot tea, and lemon cold water, was wonderful. I appreciated the water stations to refill my own bottle. The breakfasts options were delicious all days and especially Christmas morning. There were gluten-free choices and refrigerated, high-protein options: milk, hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese and yogurts in addition to hot food and fresh fruit. There was plenty of parking next to all entrances. The location is excellent!

It’s an old property. There is certain smell in the room or from the air conditioner which I do not care for. I am very sensitive to smell. It’s just an old hotel. Will not stay there again. The reason I stay booked the hotel because it the only hotel in town n3 mins from my parents home. Sorry Best Western. It’s too old.

Just one night but one I’ll remember for a long time. My upstairs neighbors decided to run around for an hour and a half from 5am to 630. The concierge told me that the room there was empty but he came to mine and heard the stomping himself. He called the room upstairs but got no response. Had no explanation and stomping went on for another hour. Simultaneously a dog kept barking somewhere near by . I was told that the guests are allowed to bring pets in. Train was passing by in the neighborhood almost hourly. I think the place should be called The Worst Western!

Location is severely misrepresented. Instead of where stated it is on a very busy highway which also includes cars and trucks lining up for the ferry. From where our bedroom window was it would be a 20 second walk to the highway. Windows are not modern ( I have pictures) and let in all the noise, tried to use the AC for white noise but that was worse with a metallic grinding sound (I have video). There were bright lights (which shine directly onto the bedroom ceiling, even when trying the black shades which don’t work properly. The lights are used to illuminate flags which are not taken down at night so are allowed to flap violently and noisily in the wind. The suite did not have an additional side window as indicated in the photo’s. The carpet is very ugly and looks old.

The supposed Queen Beds were more like full-size beds with super hard mattresses and too high off the ground. The touch up paint was cheap & patchy non-semi gloss. Looked horrible. Overall, just a very poor room for the price.

The reason for my 2 star review is because the night we stayed happened to be during a period of outside freezing temperatures. The hotel staff neglected to turn the heater on in our room. The room was literally FREEZING when we entered. The front desk said that housekeeping usually turns the heating unit on when the room is booked and the only thing they offered at the time was that they didn’t know how long it would take to warm up. It took 6 hours for the room to heat to a comfortable temperature. We literally had layers of clothing on under the covers. My mistake was not asking for another room Immediately. The hotel gave me a $20 refund which I do not consider appropriate for this situation.

Welcoming Hotel in a great location a few minutes from the water. Breakfast was excellent - great choice and good quality. Rooms are large and very clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants near by on Edmonds Main Street.

Welcoming Hotel in a great location a few minutes from the water. Breakfast was excellent - great choice and good quality. Rooms are large and very clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants near by on Edmonds Main Street.

Room was perfectly laid out. Bathroom had needed conveniences. Bedside stand had what we needed. Never once did I think I want ed something that wasn't available. Perfect breakfast. Good hours and nutritious choices.

The Alaskan native desk clerk greeted us, answered every question we had and gave us excellent directions to places of interest and how to get to and reserve the ferry we needed the next day. There is a coffee pot with multiple selections available all day and chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was outstanding. This is a wonderful and well run property with friendly and helpful staff in a convenient location in an artsy and delightful town- so glad we found it!

We had a one night stay at this location. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was really good & the staff was friendly! However I will probably not stay here again. The hotel itself was very dated, the walls had "stuff" splashed on them everywhere and the tile floor grout was very dirty & needs to be cleaned. Overall, not worth the $300+ I paid for a night's stay
