Parking was an issue. This was very walkable to the beach. There were not any places to shop at the beach or in the vicinity of the beach. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinner was limited in the menu and very expensive. The towels were insufficient. The staff was pleasant and helpful and very friendly.

A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay.

Dear Hotels.com, as you see on the pic., I spent 2 nights at Hotel Londres in Cascais e Estoril site. The staff were very pleasant but the hotel conditions are somewhat of poor standards ! Room 318A, where I was allocated was extremely disappointing ! The room size is unacceptable ! The hairdryer as you in the pic., was in an awkward position next to the bed ! There was no toilet holder, no towel holder and no complementary hotel welcome pack ! Hotel Londres must have a cleaning supervisor to check the condition of pillows and mattresses cleanness, before new guests arrival ! There was a gathering put up by the hotel, with quite some visitors, around the pool area, indulging in CIGAR smoking, not stop and Whisky/ Port drinks! The horrendous smell of the strong unpleasant to guest, including myself lingered on the the rest of the day! Surely you ought to do this gatherings, with customers wellbeing in mind! I shall NEVER use Hotel Londres ever again, while visiting Cascais/ Estoril area ! I killed 4 mosquitos in my room, during the night. 3 while I tried to sleep with their noise near my ears and 1 when I got up monday am. I wonder when was 318A used prior to my stay !! Disappointed stay.

Adorei o hotel. Muito limpo, bonito, organizado, excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários. Tem uma bela piscina, restaurantes próximos. A praia está a 10 minutos caminhando, e a estação de trem que vai para Cascais ou Lisboa, está a 10 minutos caminhando também. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar novamente nesse hotel.

Estuvimos alojados 4 noches y la limpieza la gusta. Se degaron una ventana abierta y nos comieron los mosquitos. Fuimos a recepción para reclamar y la solución que pusieron fue dejar unas ensaladeras de plásticos con un liquido para atrapar a los mosquitos. Tuvimos que estar matando nosotros a los mosquitos porque nos picaron y yo personalmente tenía todo el cuerpo lleno de picaduras. En ningún momentos nos preguntaron ya nada al respecto. Para el precio del hotel, para mí muy gusto.

Rooms on the lower level are an inconvenience to a taller person which should have been taken into account when seeing the guest is over six feet tall and those rooms are a step-up when entering the room and bathrooms. They changed the room but let's start guests off with a good feeling about their vacation stay. The beds are a little hard if you don't mind that and bathroom shower holder was broken and water was spraying everywhere unless you held it. Hotel would be very good with some upgrades.

Hotel muito fraco. Quartos económicos nas catacumbas do hotel, com uma janela minúscula, muito escuro, ar condicionado sem possível de ser controlado portanto estava imenso calor no quarto. Pedimos cama de casal mas disseram que nao havia (desde o momento em que fiz a reserva que pedi o quarto com cama de casal). Fotos nao fazem jus ao que o hotel é na realidade. Nao voltarei a ficar lá. Tem estacionamento à porta do hotel mas com parquimetro (e é preciso ter sorte para arranjar lugar). De manhã entrou uma empredada da limpeza dentro do quarto muito antes do horario do check out (não vai confirmar quais são os quartos que têm hospedes e quais ja fizeram check out antes de limpar??). Para alem disso desde bem cedo que se ouvia as camas dos quartos superiores a serem arrastadas o que fazia imenso barulho (provavlemente as empregadas a limpar os quartos de cima). Pessimo! Não marquem neste hotel que o preço não compensa muito sinceramente

The pool area at the property was nice but small. The pictures of the rooms on Expedia site were totally misleading. They showed modern, refurbished rooms whereas the room I got was old, dated, badly maintained & dirty.

The check in by Ana G was perfect. I loved the view and Estoril Cury. Close to night life, and the beach. Excellent location. Definitely recommend this hotel over all the others in Estoril.

The hotel itself is lovely and you get what you need. A comfy bed, shower, friendly service and a pool. The buffet dinner is ok but not great. Be aware that it’s very hilly around the hotel but if you have a car or use Uber you can explore many great places around. The staff has been wonderful!!

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel cleaning staff was unprofessional. Check out is at 12:00 pm, so we decided to have breakfast and come back to the hotel around 11:00 am and then check out. The cleaning staff had removed our stuff and cleaned the room when we came back. The front desk had no idea what to do.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was there wasn’t really anything much near the hotel .. though it was less than 10 minutes walk to the beach at Estoril and 25 mins on an easy any beautiful beach front walk to Cascais.

Great price and property for those on a budget. Clean, with all the basics that you need. Not in the best area if you’re looking for cafes, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff who let us check in early at no extra cost. Would recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel it was rather out of the way of things to do. It was very noisy with doors banging into the night. The shower did not stay on the holder very well and it flooded when used. Didn’t see a cleaner do our room in the time we stayed. Staff on front desk very helpful.We used the restaurant one night the food was not great for the price they charged.There was not much of a selection of food.

Vi boede på hotellet 2 nætter og det var en kedelig oplevelse. Meget små og gamle, nedslidte værelser. Kedelig mad i morgenbuffeten. Receptionisten ved indtjekning gav ingen informationer om hotel eller faciliteterne og hørte ikke efter da vi spurgte da hun havde mere travlt med "naboens" samtale. Desværre virkede vores aircondition på værelset ikke og hotellet kunne ikke hjælpe med udbedring før dagen efter, så det blev en varm nat. De kompenserede dette med en middag i deres restaurant. Maden i aftenbuffeten var endnu kedeligere end morgenbuffeten.
