Leider ist der Pool zwar voll Wasser im Januar aber nutzen kann man ihn leider nicht! Das ist schade!

Best location in cascais, beautiful views of the water, parking available, and good walks and beaches nearby

Parking was convenient. Breakfasts were amazing. The location was great for travelling east into the city, or west into the countryside. Catarina was the most helpful server during our morning breakfasts, and had many great recommendations for us. Cascais in Portugal is a great way to get a sense of the culture there.

The Hotel would be a ten with a better gym.

The gym was bad, no equipment. Two wrecked bikes and two medicin ball, thats all!

Property was nice for the price. Gym should have better offerings.

Swimming pool was not available but still advertised. Pool was not filled and remedial building work was taking place. Yet the water temperature was still on show!?

The room was clean. Parking lot was spacious. The room was as described. The hotel is very close to a beach-side walkway and about 30-40 min of walk to the town center. The staff were polite.

My partner and I stayed at this "4.5" star hotel 2 years ago. I had written in some comments last time regardings some broken items in our room (bathroom door, hairdryer) and our balcony partition being cracked. I also mentioned that the housekeeping was pretty terrible. The manager, at the time, apologised and said he will ensure these items would be acknowledged and improved if, on the off chance, we ever want to stay there again. As we go to Cascais often we saw this Hotel pop up again in our search and i thought I'd write back to the manager and ask if the issues have been improved over the last 2 years. I also asked for a room on one of the higher floors.A new manager got back to me said they have taken on a new cleaning team and that she looked forward to seeing us at the hotel again. We arrived and was given a room on the third floor (not very high). To my surprise they gave us yet another room with a cracked partition and the housekeeping team kept taking away items in the bathroom. We are 2 people and they left us with one towel sometimes, no bath mat and the soap dispenser pump was broken. In the lobby toilets, the door handles are nearly falling off and when I went to use it there was toilet paper all over the floor. Really disappointed that we gave them a second chance and they obviously just dont care. We'll be going elsewhere from now on. Definitely not a 4.5 star hotel

Atendimento ótimo. Instalações muito razoáveis. Única crítica é o ar condicionado do quarto. Não funcionava estavelmente. Calor excessivo.

Overall is was a nice stay, the balconies have an amazing view. However we were unfortunate and heard a lot of noises, the fire alarm was activated a couple of times, we heard a lot of noises at 3am and 7 am from room above ours. The cleaning workers made a lot of noises while cleaning the room next door, they push the bedroom against our wall and that how we woke up both nights.

Lovely modern hotel, lots of services and friendly staff. Lighting in the room was perfect not too harsh. Easy to get into town via Uber, short walk, or getting the bikes / scooters outside and using the coastal bike path. No tea (kettle) or coffee in the room. If you’re a light sleeper or like to sleep in I’d stay anywhere but the front as there is construction right outside and it woke us up. I wish they’d told us about this.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Eurostars Cascais, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I had booked a room with a sea view, but the view was underwhelming and didn’t match the photos or descriptions I had seen online. Another major downside was the lack of privacy on the patio—there was no real separation between rooms, so it felt exposed and not at all relaxing. Overall, for the price and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This hotel is great! Staff is amazing and so welcoming Rooms are updated, spacious and clean. Within walking distance of Cascais central town (20 mins) or a short over/bolt ride away (5€)

Small rooms. Mini bar fridge did not keep drinks cold enough. Air conditioner didn’t work

Ich war bereits vor 3 Monaten in diesem wirklich schön gelegenen und komfortablen Hotel. Leider hat sich einiges verändert. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar immer noch weitestgehend sehr freundlich, aber auch sehr gestresst. Das fällt vor allem beim Frühstück auf. Von den drei Kaffeemaschinen war nur mehr eine Betrieb, leider genau die, die Milch nur aus Milchpulver zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter sind zu wenige und überlastet. Für die Reparatur einer defekten Türklinke brauchte es mehrmalige Bitten bei der Rezeption. Schade- denn das Hotel ist nach wie vor sehr schön! Aber hier wird wohl am falschen Ende gespart: an den Mitarbeitern!

Séjour tout juste convenable. A mon arrivée à l'hôtel vers 16h, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour bénéficier d'une chambre avec un lit king size. Le réceptionniste m'a donné alors une autre chambre avec un lit king size et m'a remis une autre clé en me prévenant que cette chambre ne serait disponible que plus tard. Ce que j'ai accepté. A mon retour, la nouvelle clé remise ne fonctionnait pas et je me suis retrouvée dans la chambre initiale avec deux lits jumeaux. J'ai trouvé l'attitude du personnel de l'hôtel bien peu courageuse et pas très honnête .

My husband and I found the staff, especially at the front desk, were not professional. When we first arrived, the lady at the front desk took our bags to store until our room was ready and she broke a bottle of port wine that we had bought. Even though it was an accident, she and the hotel should have replaced the bottle. She also knew we were on our honeymoon. Other hotels we stayed in for our honeymoon even provided us with a free congratulatory bottle of wine. This hotel broke a bottle of our port wine and didn’t even offer to replace it or refund us for our bottle. In addition, our bathroom door could barely close, the pool was kept at a constant frigid temperature, and no staff ever offered to help us with our luggage. Overall, these issues left us disappointed.

Terrible stay. We checked in to a Junior suite that we upgraded to and during check in, we were told breakfast was included. The room itself was nice but the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy and hurt your neck. We woke in the morning to golf and when we walked into the breakfast, we were told it was not included. They made us stand at the front while they called different people to check and we were told we’d have to pay as it wasn’t included. We upgraded to a suite so to be told it wasn’t included was absolutely ridiculous. After golf, we went back to the hotel at 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. We saw housekeeping in the hall and she said she’d get to it next so we went to the pool. There were dirty glasses all over the chairs, tables, food plates, and garbage all over the grounds. We ordered 2 iced coffees from the bar inside, bartender told us he would bring them to our pool chairs. About 45 minutes later, we still hadn’t received them despite seeing everyone else around the pool getting their drinks. I went inside and asked where they were and he apologized so I told him to cancel them and asked for 2 cups with ice so I could go up to my room to make iced coffee drinks myself. When we went back to the room, housekeeping left us only decaf coffee. I called the front desk and asked if we could have non-decaf pods and they told us they ran out of stock and that we’d have to call room service to PAY for coffee. Horrible “4 star” hotel.

Delightful stay, with a fantastic ocean view. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants. I'll visit again.

Absolutely the most demeaning check-in by Matilda in all my years of travel. I thought I had made a reservation online but was told it was not there. I then said I would like to reserve a room. She told me that “we are completely sold out”. So we went outside and I looked on the website and it showed plenty of rooms. I did another booking and walked back in and showed it to her. She was then very rude and condescending and said there were no rooms ready until 3, which was fine by us. I talked to housekeeping later and they said there were plenty of rooms empty because the season was over. Everything about the hotel was outstanding but with people like Matilda as your first impression, it definitely makes it hard to enjoy your stay.

Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor

Excellent modern hotel in great area is in quiet area but is just a15 minute walk to many options.

The room was clean. Parking lot was spacious. The room was as described. The hotel is very close to a beach-side walkway and about 30-40 min of walk to the town center. The staff were polite.

The rooms were small European style and fantastic, excellent beds, brand new decor, very stylish the sea side view is stunning. The only issue is that there isn’t much around the property. You can walk to town, but it’s a bit of a walk. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly.

Good sized rooms. Nice balcony. Friendly staff. Secured parking for a fee. Short Uber ride to Cascais.

Breakfast is very high quality, location around is beatifu;l, it is really nice area to rest.

Tried to eat in the restaurant, waiter was great , but obviously embarrassed I ended up walking out , waited 45 mins for a simple cod and pasta dish ? I was the only person in the restaurant ?? At 300 Euros a night , bad !!! Accommodation was good , very disappointed

The hotel was great, amazing view! They let us have an early check in, which was awesome. The only negative would be the room service food that was not worth it.

Very good hotel, breakfast was pretty good with a good selection of food. The buffet area was small so could benefit from expansion or a rejigging. But overall I was more than happy each morning. Good restaurants next door and is also close to other local facilities a short walk away and 5 min Uber in central Cascais. All in all it's a good very good hotel, nice pool and overlooks the sea.
