Hotel Royal Marshal

The breakfast was great but an hour later I had diarrhoea and felt poorly all day. The TV screen didn't work, only the sound. The pool was not working. There was only one bath towel in the room. When I asked for another, they gave me two hand towels. The receptionist took my room key at checkout and stopped communicating, didn't ask how my stay was neither looked at me. His colleague told me after a couple of minutes that "I can go now". What sort of customer service is this?

Kostnad 1-9 stationer EG£8 (SEK 1,60) och 10-16 stationer EG£10 (SEK 2,00). Lätt att ta en Uber från hotellet. Frukostbuffén är fräsch och god mat av toppkvalité och serveras i en ren restaurang av trevlig personal, omelett lagas på beställning. Restaurangen vid receptionen har mat för EG£150 och uppåt. Snabb utcheckning och det finns förvaring av väskor efter utcheckningen. 5 minuters promenad till en närbutik som tar kontanter och kort med en bankomat utanför. 7 minuter promenad till KFC, 15 minuters promenad till McDonalds, PandaHouse, sushi house, Papa Jones med flera.

The elevator was freshly painted and the phone in the room did not work.

The room was spotless, all the staffs are courteous. The hotel nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and places to visit.

공항에서 가까운점 큰마트가 가까운점 빼고는 객실 상태도 청결도가 별루에요 처음에 지었을때는 나름 괜찮았을꺼같은데 이제 오래되었으면 관리를 해야하는데 투자가 안되는 호텔이라 아쉽네요

Aged and worn out property. I was not given the double bed I booked for but a room with 2 beds. My wife and I slept on 2 different beds which is fine but not what I requested and paid for. Difficulty finding my reservation. Staff not that helpful in some cases. I would not stay there again.

Located right by a busy highway made it a bit complicated to walk anywhere. Also,the windows are not really soundproof so you will hear the traffic in the room. About 10-15 min walk to the nearest metro station. But Uber is easily available as well. Not much in the area around the hotel,no shops/restaurants etc.. Check in staff was ok. Breakfast was simple but ok as well. Quite affordable rooms which were clean and comfortable. This place is OK for a night or two. Convenient for the airport.

Mobilyalar eski ancak hizmet güzel. Odalar temiz, sigara içenler için ayrı oda seçeneği mevcut. Sabah kahvaltısı mısır şartlarında yeterli. Lobisi var ve akşamları oturmak için oldukça güzel. Kahve seçenekleri fazla değil

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are a bit small. My TV was messed up and unwatchable. Overall good place.

The Royal Marshall has been a massive surprise and for the price eating in just like going out, which I did. The staff were always polite and helpful during our stay, plus if you need anything late at night, like we did as no luggage, rang around and got us up and running. Is situated in a good central point for our trips and after our week here can only highly recommend Also has great WiFi, can a bit congested in the rooms in the evenings but I found normal at most hotels I’ve stayed Thank you all and we will be back ❤️

Hôtel très bien situé pour repartir sur l aéroport 25 min . Nous avions une chambre au 9 ieme étage donc pas le bruit des Klaxons et de la route . Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l hôtel . Cadre simple mais c était bon et prix correct , le vu personnel comme partout est adorable. Lits grands et confortables . Rapport qualité prix parfait .

We stayed here on an overnight in Cairo before a flight out the next morning so our stay here was short and sweet. The staff were accommodating and helpful, even at the late hour of our arrival! The bed was comfortable and the room was great.

Staff are smoking in the reception area

Location is good. The supply of basics like soap and towels is inadequate. Some of the staff have no concept of how to serve customers.

周りに軍事施設があるせいか治安もカイロよりも良いように感じた。空港からも遠くなく、ショッピングセンターでの買い物にも便利な立地だった。レストランの食べ物はどれも安かったが、特にスープとフレンチフライ、パスタは美味しかった。

Seems like there was very limited staff. The room was okay, but the washroom definitely needs an upgrade. Although breakfast was included, when we went to the dining area there was virtually scraps!!! Understand it was their fasting/Ramadan, but the guests expect a level of service and quality that was clearly lacking. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
