Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

Rooms were spacious and felt well-worth the cost, felt very secure and comfortable; plus the gym was fabulous!

Had a great stay here recently. Parking facilities easy to use and safe. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good dining options. I felt like it was an older business crowd when we were there. Fitness facility and pool were great and not too busy. Mall across the street isn’t really a mall. Lots to explore in the area. Delicious coffee at the lobby cafe. Would recommend.

Te size of this property is really great and we loved the gym ,pool and how property itself had everything we were looking for and more while visiting. We stayed on a high level floor and loved having a separate elevator for the higher level floors because I really didn’t have to stop on the 4th floor if I’m staying in the 31st floor. Was really convenient. The staff was great and helpful even with a convention going on and the hotel being so busy the staff still was attentive. My room was great and spacioius. The free drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and etc was a welcome addition when staying on the club level.

A real lap pool and an extensive gym. Great breakfasts at the bar and restaurant.

The Sheraton Downtown Phoenix was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurants had good food, not spectacular but good. The pool was nice and the bartender at the pool was very attentive. My only complaint and it is a big one is there is very little parking. I had to park my car two blocks away in a public lot. We attend a convention at this location every year at this time. Although, it is convenient to stay at the hotel that hosts the convention, next year I will stay somewhere else due to the parking challenges in the Arizona heat.

There was a very large 4 day anime convention being held there during my 2 night stay. Hundreds and hundreds of teenaged kids with no supervision and young adults were everywhere. It took 5–10 minutes to get an elevator at times. The hotel handle the event very well and still provided great customer service. They were prepared and well staffed for the event. However, they were unable to honor my request for an early check-in, their valet was full my entire stay and they did not have any luggage carts available. To make up for this inconvenience, they upgraded my studio suite to a 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom suite on the 28th floor, provided a $25 daily food credit and one free drink coupon. The room was huge with views of the city. Of course the room was very clean as expected from a Sheraton brand hotel. They also had a small room service menu available from 6am-11pm daily that was decently priced, likely because it came packed like a to-go order and not plated. They were out of a few menu items but let me tell you the burger and fires were sooooo delicious. The fries even made it to the room hot, crispy and well seasoned on 3 separate occasions. Winning! I would absolutely chose this hotel for another staycation in the future. The location of this hotel is prime, easy access to public transportation as well as being walkable with lots of restaurants, museums and nightlife available with in a 3 mile radius. Fun for both adults and kids!

No valet or property parking, had to park off site, quite a walk away.

The hotel was clean and convenient. If I signed up for their rewards program I could get free WiFi but only for a couple devices. This meant my children couldn’t log on to the WiFi without paying $18 a day. This is a bit ridiculous and a pain. The pool is a salt water lap pool. This is obviously a conference/ business hotel, NOT good for families.

An actual lap pool! That is SO rare in hotels these days, and for people like me (artificial discs in back, I NEED to swim each day) it's a VERY welcome feature. Also, like the new TV system (allowing us to access our own Netflix, Pluto etc. accounts). Didn't have time to try food options or do much else, GREAT parking on site. Will stay there again.

The room service was great but the charred pancakes should not have been served to begin with! We threw them away. Found a sock from a previous party under the bed. They also do not have a microwave. Which has become a staple in rooms.

The front desk staff & the cleaning staff were all incredibly pleasant and fun to talk to and I had such a great experience with them. The cleaning staff were also kind enough to help me find jewelry I thought I had lost. The rooms were also incredibly clean and spacious and I appreciated the amenities and the views. The only slight concerns when looking at the pastries in the pastry counter, there were numerous flies flying around within the counter which really turned me off. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, but would probably strongly recommend avoiding the pastries 😅

Very clean room and loved the smell (and bath products, I actually went online later and bought some!). The front desk were so nice and accommodating. After my flight got cancelled, I went right back there and stayed one more night rather than stay closer to the airport. I chose to travel there on the trains, and it was very easy.

The property was very clean. Great views of downtown Phoenix. Comfortable beds. No complaints. The bar and restaurant areas are also awesome, very good service from start to finish.

I've stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix for the conference the last two years. It's always very clean, quite, and staff is helpful and friendly. Across the street from the Arizona Ctr and easy to walk to area restaurants and attractions. I look forward to returning next year too.

Our stay was very pleasurable. The hotel is convenient to downtown, concerts,sports etc. My only suggestion would be to put microwave in the room for convenience.

Checking was very easy. Very friendly staff. Bed very comfortable. Room ambience very nice.

Great location, was able to walk to wedding venue. Unfortunately room was close to outdoor “event center” that was part of hotel and 2 nights couldn’t sleep due to noise. Wastebaskets were too small - trash was overflowing by the time we checked out after 3 nights. Room was nice, bed comfy, shower great.

A big problem is the internet was down so there's no TV at all. What a shame!

Took family here to attend suns game. Close enough to enjoy it. Issue is check in was at 4. I didn’t get my room until 5. Left me no time to get my family situated. Was given excuse that the person who had my room before me didn’t check out until 3 and that it was one of their nicest rooms (but if I pay for it what does that matter) I was told by 3 different people 3 different things. shout out to the manager, Anthony, who took care of me as soon as he approached me. He did what he could and I appreciated that he sought me to give me the keys. Bottom line is I did not get to take my family to dinner and we barely made it to the game on time.

I would have given a better review, but I didn't enjoy my stay due to staff's failure to resolve a reported issue at the beginning of my stay. The shower head was not working, and I ask if it could be looked at. The clerk (Aliyah) assured me that she would send someone to my room to inspect it, which she never did. The next day, same thing, no one was ever sent to fix the shower. I mention this again to the clerk Aliyah and no response. I ended up having to use the hand attachment the entire stay. At check out 2 days later, I mentioned this issue to her again, and she failed to apologize nor ofter me any credit towards my stay. Lastly, as a Sheraton member, I asked her if I received my daily credit for my food/drinks for the day, and she stated Yes. As I was leaving, I checked the charges on my bill and noticed that she did not enter the daily credit, and I had to return back to the hotel and spoke with another clerk who confirmed that I did not receive the credit, and she refunded the amount and reissued me a final check-out receipt. As a Sheraton Hotel, I expected the concern with the shower to be addressed immediately, and it wasn't. My organization paid a lot of money to have Sheraton host a two-day event including reservations for several hundreds guests. I was not happy with the lack of response to a simple concern. Nobody ever stopped by the room to inspect the shower, the staff did not call or ask how to make my stay better or even offer me a different room.

From the moment I walked into the Sheraton Hotel, it felt like arriving at a friend’s welcoming home—bright, comfortable, and utterly inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and even went out of their way to move me into a room just steps from the fitness center so I could keep up with my workout. Every moment of my stay was delightful, and I left feeling refreshed and truly cared for.

I have not had time to call the hotel very disappointed was advised wrong timing for our complimentary breakfast Mentioned it to a manager, he was nonchalant about refunding us or crediting us. Very disappointed. I was not the only guest who was given the wrong information.

Due to the inevitable airline operations problems, my flight was changed from 1:10 pm, to 4 pm, to 6:56 pm and now currently at 9:30 pm. By the time I reach Sheraton Phoenix, it will be past 1 am. My seminar starts at 8 am, but registration is before that. I am so tired, no guarantee that flight will not be moved again. Michelle J. was very kind in assisting me to cancel my hotel reservation. The food at the restaurant was bad. Tasteless and expensive. The staff needs to be a little more friendly. The staff at &More cafe was rude, front desk wasn't nice. The only staff that was friendly were the valet employees. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean and quiet.

The location wasn’t the best specially out side went for a walk and saw homeless people I know and understand some can’t help it but made us feel a little unsafe. Inside the hotel was very nice .

Stayed at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown March 2024 for a medical conference. Truly walking distance to convention center and pretty much all the nice places to eat downtown. I also run in mornings, so being in a populated safe area was a plus. The restaurant on site is superb. Had lunch there twice. I would have liked some complementary water and coffee in lobby. As those two things are a friendly welcoming touch. Room was very clean and roomy, bed comfortable, AC temp was accurate. Overall 5 stars, suites purpose with some added luxury.

I love this hotel! It’s a short walk to the convention center. The restaurant and bar are fabulous. The service is great. I’ll be back.

The property was located in a Great location and plenty of healthy eating options between the onsite restaurants. We also enjoyed a top floor location that had an amazing view of the surrounding city and the mountains in the distance. 😍 Shared from my wife: Maritza Beckham

Attended conference at Phx Convention center so location was ideal.

We were disappointed that after the concert and we returned to the Hotel, there was no place to get anything to eat. The price of drinks (beer and Bloody Mary) were really ridiculous. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. Every associate we spoke to was friendly, professional and kind.
