Our room was good. The pool area was a mess and there was no staff there cleaning up. It was around dinner time so I thought a bartender should have at least been there,

Beautiful hotel in Phoenix. Spacious lobby, restaurant and coffee bar. Rooms nice size, comfortable bedding. No complimentary breakfast or internet.

The description stated that I would have a "CITY VIEW SUITE", I had the view of a roof outside my window. When I questioned this, I was told that it was the suite. I was very disappointed and it dampered my travel.
