We had. Great experience as a family. Beautiful spa with a warm pool (long enough to swim laps), jacuzzi, sauna, etc. Kids area with slide and other games which kept them distracted for a few hours and to top it off, an amazing breakfast! Fresh strawberry smoothies, pancakes and a great continental selection.

Underwhelming experience due to the lack of hospitality mindset and initiative among the staff. Some staff members have shown very poor attitude and zero pro-activeness. The hotel is trying to do too many things at the same time and the quality is missed all over. One prime example is breakfast with four types of honey but no basic food items 40 min before closing time. They do not deliver a 5 star experience, 3 star at best, 4 stars with the physical facilities. We stayed for 6 days and not one staff member asked how our stay has been. The location is wonderful with the surrounding parks. Good connections to the rest of the city, and good parking.

Maten var riktigt god, välbalanserad och perfekt komponerat. Vi tog en drink i baren och la pris på att de använde färska råvaror och inte smaksatta siraper. Rummen rymliga, lyxigt inredda, och sköna sängar. Tyvärr kunde vi inte prova spa-et. Frukosten är ett kapitel för sig, godare, fräschare och bättre frukostbuffé har jag aldrig sett. Servitörer konstant på tårna för att vara behjälplig.

A lobby és az egész hotel impozáns, minőséget tükröz. A superior szobánk fürdőszobája lassan felújításra szorulna. A reggeli kiváló és minőségi. Egyetlen negatívum volt számunkra, hogy a szobába bekészített kapszulás kávéfőzővel csak nagyon drágán lehet kávéhoz jutni, a többi hasonló szolgálatatást nyújtó hotellel szemben, ahol ez ingyenes. Nem hiszem, hogy ez a bevétel hiányozna a hotelnek, a vendégek számára viszont biztosan "nagyvonalúságot" és kedves vendéglátást tükrözne.

Great BUT, I'd love to take away half a star because when I checked in my key card did network and I had to go back down to have them reset it, and my room faced the back which was technically almost right above the trash (in NO way there should be trash under any hotel room window of this caliber, so that was very dissapointing

We had. Great experience as a family.
