One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Should’ve known for the price it would be terrible.

The manager was very nice at check in, I came back an hour later because the power in the bedroom of our room wasn't working correctly, the plug in for the TV wasn't working at all, so no TV. I went back to the desk to ask to be moved to a different room. The younger gentleman at the desk was very rude. He rolled his eyes when I told him the problem, said he would have to go check it out himself but never did. His whole demeanor was just apathetic and it was clear he didn't want to be there or help anyone with anything. He did end up giving me a different room, the TV in that one didn't work either but at least my phone charger was able to be plugged in and worked from one of the outlets. I would recommend that the electrical be checked out, honestly could be a fire hazard if you have shorted out outlets and power is spotty at best. There was also no water in the pool, it's July. I may have wanted to swim but without water it's kind of a moot point. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again just because of the second gentleman I was helped by, I have been in customer service for 30 years, I have been a supervisor for 25 of those years and I would have loved to have a conversation with him and explain the impact of his behavior on business, and sales. Most businesses rely on repeat customers...which I won't be. But the electrical issues are actually scary.
