My family and I arrived at the hotel late and there were fluffs all over the sheets, so I didn’t feel comfortable using their blankets. I used my own. I didn’t sleep well since the bed was so hard. Also, it was muggy in there and my allergies acted up for a good hour or two and it smelled weird. There were scuff marks on the walls, bugs, and spiders near the bed. (Not bed bugs) The bathroom wasn’t clean, so I wiped it down the sink with Lysol wipes and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t clean it until 10:30am the next morning. There’s only one waffle iron in the breakfast area, and no cereal. I had to wait awhile to get a waffle, but they were good! Online it said that there was a hot tub and pool outside, but when we got there, there was no water in them. My kids got excited for nothing. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew. Online I booked two queen beds, but they seemed more like full size. I kept falling off the bed, so had to sleep in the other bed. Don’t waste your money here! It’s an old hotel, and badly needs a remodel and pool repair! One of the guys at the front desk was nice, but the other guy was rude! Every time I asked a question, the answer was “no.” It is handicap accessible and has a ramp to the handicap spot, but the bathroom is small and has no shower seat.

Pool was big factor in selection but wasnt even filled until half way through our time there and was still unusable. Very limited selections at continental breakfast. Waffles only, toast ,yogurt. No eggs,cereal. Very limited breakfast options. Mattresses not comfortable at all. Need upgraded.

I was well aware at booking that I was booking a cheap and quick Hotel. However, cheap does not mean gross. The staff at the front desk other than one person made me feel like I was just a bother. Did nothing but lean against the counter every time I walked through the doors. If there's time to lean, there's time to clean! Somebody might want to vacuum those hallways and stairs. Doors to the hotel in the sketchy back part of the building were left open all night long before the druggies and homeless to wander the hallways. The pool is empty. Claiming you have breakfast is a very thin line. A waffle iron was available as well as extremely expired oatmeal. There was never coffee, I had to ask for it to be made numerous times. Parking is a safety concern because there are only a few spots up front where you can step over all the needles, caps and foil in order to get to the front door. Other than that you have to park in the back with the druggies and the sketchy people working on their cars. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and nothing bad happened. Overall the property is in pretty rough shape. The shower curtain bar was falling out of the wall and cleanliness was questionable. There were people hanging around the back of the property all night coming and going from the parking lot and hanging around the rear entrance that did not appear to be staying at the hotel. Not sure what was going on there but didn’t feel safe.

Check in went smooth with pre checkin online. No water in pool or hot tub, garbage outside of rooms. Room #s not very well marked on outside of building. Hotel has seen better days,is a bit run down.

Stayed there instead of other places because they had a pool. Got there, and the pool was "not yet open" for the summer (in the first week of August). New owners just bought the place in May and are overwhelmed with too many repairs to make to operate like a real hotel. They should close and make the repairs, rather than con people with all the nice photos that are obviously inaccurate and obsolete. To their credit, the did try to satisfy me by offering me a room with its own spa tub. Fair enough. However, the tub was unusable because there was no stopper, so I couldn't fill it. The room's phone was not connected and my room was so far away from the office (having made numerous trips to it already for various other issues) that I just gave up. This place needs to CLOSE while they are repairing things and reopen only when they having working rooms. Not a good business plan here.

No elevator working, no. Cleanliness, no locks on windows, pool is closed for cleaning.

They have pictures of a clean hotel with pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub are empty with trash in them. Room was dirty, electric outlets didn't work. Holes in the walls, stains on the chairs and in dresser drawers. Mice running around the corridor. No clean towels. Absolutely terrible hotel. There were more issues.

Shower floor felt like it was rotten and was going to break. Didn’t look like the pictures. Breakfast wasn’t good, all appliances were broke. Dead bugs on floor in the room.

The jacuzzi was nice but everyone around us was so loud! The room smelled like stale cigarettes and feet. Ants in the room around the shower. The front desk person was cordial and didn’t mind that we checked out early (around midnight) there was no way we could sleep from noisy neighbors to a tv that didn’t work it was just all very meh. Fine for a night but not if you are a light sleeper.

The hall ways were filthy. Had not been vacuumed in a long time. The rooms were musty and the pictures had been removed from the walls. The shower was dirty and the whole place extremely outdated for the price

Don’t stay at this property. Pictures shown are different and real is prostitution place. Getto area and rooms are dirty as hell. Sheets are yellow and with blood stains

There were bed bugs.

The bathroom had small bugs/knats crawling everywhere and there was a hole in the wall by the tub that looked like mold growth. The caulking around the tub/shower was moldy and there appeared to be mold on the wall over the window. Some of the lights worked and sometimes they didnt. You turn off a light, get across the room and it turns back on. Staff was friendly but not a clean location.

Unfortunately we couldn’t stay, the sheets were soiled and the bed bugs had gotten to the beds first.

The ad on Hotels.com said there was a kitchenette. A mini keurig, perched on a microwave, perched on a mini-fridge like some sort of post-modern hospitality pyramid does NOT a kitchenette make. Second, the hotel wifi was so bad I had to use my own phone as a hotspot to achieve any sort of connection. When the wifi did occasionally work carrier pigeons would have had more bandwidth. Third, the overall state of the rooms. One of our rooms, the doors were hung so badly that outside door refused to lock at all, and the bathroom one almost could not be closed. (the outside one was later fixed) Fourth. Our stay was four nights long. In that time housekeeping never came to my room. No towels were replaced, no cleaning was done. The other people with me had to beg for cleaning to be done one day while we were out. Fifth. Though the building does have extensive camera coverage it's rather unnerving to see rear access doors wedged open 24/7, making for an obvious security concern. Sixth. In neither of our rooms were the TVs connected to anything at all. Not cable, not satellite, nothing. Maybe the aforementioned carrier pigeons took them. On top of that, one room's A/C unit was barely functional. Seven. The breakfast "buffet" consisted of a waffle maker, a toaster, two coffee jugs, juice, a jug of milk and cereal cups. A friend of mine told me this was the hotel people go to end their lives... I see why.

This time it was a bit better we booked the same hotel as before because we went to another city for few days and came back to the same hotel. This time the staff was a bit better but the hotel is still dirty and things in the room are old and damaged. The room was more quieter bit on second night it got noisy on the parking area late into the night. I was handed a toilet plunger when I told the front person my toilet got backed up.

It has average accommodation facility. Fixtures in the room were loose and old. Very few charging plugs in the room and it was hiding behind the side table. It was hard to access. Our toilet needed service in the night. We called the reception to get equipment to our room to fix it ourselves, but they said no service till tomorrow morning. I asked to send the equipment first thing in the morning he confirmed for 07:00AM, but no one showed up. We had to call reception 3 times in the morning to get the equipment to fix it ourselves. It took us more than 1 hour to get. No elevator in the building. So, choose if you can climb the stairs and carry your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast area is not fully stocked. No Butter provided with breads. Only option is Orange marmalade. No other choices. On a rare day they had very few samples of Jam if you are lucky to find. I know I have pointed out only the deficiencies so far as I wanted to put an honest review of what I experienced. Of course, it’s not all bad. Here are some good things: - Breakfast is complimentary. They had Waffle maker with batter and syrup. Juice, Coffee, cereals, yougurt, and apples. - Wifi and air conditioning in rooms. - Have microwave, mini fridge and TV in room. - Lots of free parking available on premises. Overall, It was an average experience.

The men at the front desk were nice. Way overdue for an upgrade - property is basically a motel. Room doors are close and catty cornered. Not the fault of the property but I heard the coupe next door arguing. Spend a bit more for a proper hotel if you can.

Front desk guy was very pleasant and respectful. We checked in around midnight and we left by 8. It was great place to sleep. Simple older room. Not many plugs for chargers and amenities. Room was clean but outdated. Bed was very comfy. Light over sink didn’t work well. It was quiet outside. No complaints for price we paid.

The staff were quick and friendly. The telephone didn't work in the room. Appreciated the mini fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. My only issue was the constant smell of drugs (not Marijuana) and the shower curtain constantly moving away from the wall causing water to always be on the floor.

You can hear conversations from the next room plus footsteps from the room above. Irritating.

Would not stay again Took a chance on this property after reading some mixed reviews. Thankfully we only needed to spend one night. The property seems to have some inside access rooms and some exterior access rooms. For this stay we were in an exterior room at the back of the property. This is our experience: * Key cards were finicky, with only one of two working at all. * Upon entry, the room smelled of smoke. We specifically booked a non-smoking room. * The window did not have a lock. As the room was on the ground level, it was concerning that someone could easily get in. * The bed mostly appeared clean, but the rest of the room was gross. One pillow had a stain, the floor left a residue on our feet, the bathtub was heavily discoloured, urine on the base of the toilet, a tissue in the light fixture, etc. * The bathroom door handle was falling off. * The bar lock on the door was misaligned and therefore did not work. * Random light switches that did not do anything. The above sink light was burnt out. * Graffiti around the bathroom trim. Overall, we were thankful that we were only spending one night. I will say the towels seemed nice quality and the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness tainted our stay. Also wanted to note that the pool was drained, it didn’t affect our stay but it is something to note since it is advertised.

Booked room here for the jacuzzi tub. Didn't get notice it was broken and received another room for little discount. Expedia wasn't notified of room broken nor me. Disappointed as I would've chose another hotel if knew it wasn't available. Expedia didn't try and find another room as i booked. Customer service lacking in both areas.

It was so noisy in our room that we could fully hear the sounds of the people next door playing games on their phones. Nothing felt clean except thankfully the bed. The pillows were so tiny, you can't roll in your sleep or you're off the edge and they dont even reach across the whole bed. The bathroom was quite gross, especially behind the door, which you can only see when closed inside and are forced to look at while on the toilet. Some of the outlets did not work, and one of them was not even attached to the wall. Our window faced the parking lot and had bright led lights right outside, making our room so bright I could not sleep.

We booked this property from Canada through expedia. Upon check in, our reservation was confirmed by the reception but he was unable to let us in as expedia was rejecting the charges for our stay. We were informed that we need to contact expedia. The hotel attendant was rude and unprofessional. He is not even willing to help and allow us use their phone to contact expedia so we had to activate the roaming services on our phone. Expedia explained that they were rejecting the charges from the hotel as they are way higher than the agreed rate at the time of booking. The hotel attendant kept on charging them with the higher amount so expedia had to relocate us. However, after 4 hours of back and forth between expedia and the hotel, we were finally allowed to check in at around 7pm ( we arrived and tried to check in at around 3pm) We have been using expedia as our travel agent for a long time and this is the first time to have this really awful experience. We will definitely not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Sad trip, strange town, and a hotel that was a haven in the storm (literally). From the moment I stepped inside the desk manager was simply outstanding, warm, personable, welcoming, with excellent advice about local dining. The room was very nice but its age was telling in small ways - toilet seat in need of repair, faucet that needed tweaking in order to turn off, but in the big ones - cleanliness, bed, and layout, a very comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to return.

The staff were nice and polite. But when I biked the room there was no information that stated I will have to pay a deposit of $100 on my credit card or $200.00 in cash. The description also states that there is a free breakfast in the morning , which is a to go bag of a granola bar, fruit cup, and beverage. The gym on-site is not open. The carpet really needs to be vacuumed. During the night there was a lot of door slamming and someone tried to open our door. You know it is not that hard to have hot coffee and hot water available in your breakfast area and put out a bowl of fruit - just make a grab and go. But I guess if you cannot vacuum then making coffee would be hard. Just fyi when I checked in the girl behind the counter was on her phone. She could have been wiping down the counter, changing her garbage ( it was overflowing), and greeting people when they came in at 7:00 pm

No one behind the counter, waited 4 hours. Cleaning lady had to figure out how to access rooms for us. GM showed up and was very unprofessionall. Charged deposit and never refunded.

We were down for Memorial day weekend, and great granddaughters birthday. We paid for 3 nights and asked before we left in the morning to have our room made back up and new towels. We came back and nothing was done. angerly I called up to front desk for some new towels, and he told me I would have to buy new towels for $30. I stated that I had asked before we left. The room was dirty. He gave us new towels after I yelled at him saying that this is very unfair. I asked the manager as we were leaving if that was standard for any stay and he said no and he was very sorry for their actions. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast to but only had bread, waffles, yogurt coffee and juice. I mean really bad service and not caring. I stated that we needed to be comped for our stay.

I left early bc I saw a drug deal in parking lot, lots of questionable activity, I felt like my car windows were going to get busted.

I could smell people smoking weed in the next room. The room was clean but the environment outside was unappealing. The back gate was also damaged and there was a risk factor of parking my car near my room.

Loved tht it was close to the airport and tht there was a restaurant on site

There was trash every place I walked just left out in front of rooms and it was there for days. Huge dumpster on the side that had been emptied by homeless and trash was all over. a couple living in their car in the back parking lot, sketchy people walking around.

It was a cheap accommodation for a road trip. But at night there are shady people outside and it felt unsafe.

There were people out in their cars late at night, and some were standing in groups outside the building.

Location was good about a 20 min drive to the SeaTac airport. Great value for the price. Room was big as we got the king bed option.

Stop at this hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is the highway would make which made it very easy to get to Seattle or Tacoma. I will be staying here again in the future

Breakfast was not what expected.

The pool was not working and has not been for many months according to staff. And there is no continental breakfast like the listing says.

Hotel is okay but bed is terrible. Mattress not very good. Bowed up in the middle and uncomfortable. Breakfast not good at all . 4 containers on table for coffee and nothing in any of them. Only waffle and apple and little bit of toast to eat. If your looking for waffles its okay other than that not good at all

Great stay and value. Clean, friendly, safe for me and my car. Make your own waffles too!! Low price as well.

Online it looked like a full hour breakfast - which it is not. Only waffles, oatmeal and yogurt.

Not what the pictures showed. Hotel is very outdated and run down. Free breakfast was only waffles and toast. Price matched quality.
