The 'contenental' breakfast is nothing but bread. Literally oatmeal, toast, waffles, with nothing fruit or veggie wise and no proteins. Wifi would go in and out regularly. The elevator would not work on occasion. Pool was apparently open later than posted signs if you just asked the front deak to let them use it in the middle of the night. My room, 309, was subject to shaking floor. Bed and cupboards all night making it impossible to sleep. Ive had better experiences at trucker hotels.

My stay was very good. I enjoy a clean and safe hotel. I love the fact that the hotel had a working hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and exercise room. I look for all those accommodations when looking for a hotel. Thanks for that Baymont. The only one thing I would have like was more variety of breakfast selections. There was a line for the waffles and people was holding up the line because they were making more than 2 waffles for there family. So I think there should be 2 lines for waffle makers customers. One line for families and one line for individuals or couple because they families need to make more waffles than couples/individual people. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This property reeked of smoke from the moment I walked in. The entry light flickered when we got into the room. The furniture was very tired. The shower curtain was broken/sagging. There were ants swarming one of the night stands, and in the bathroom. When I called about it, the staff did nothing to remedy it. We bought our own antibacterial wipes. We also wiped down the vinyl ottoman, and it was pretty dirty. The breakfast was sad and included no protein. They only provided toast, pancake, two kinds of cereals, coffee, orange juice and milk. We didn’t do the breakfast. I used the workout room, which was also tired. I tried to use the sauna, but it didn’t seem to be working correctly. The pool and jacuzzi looked a little dirty. We didn’t use them. The bed was comfortable enough. You could hear the highway and the trucks at the neighboring gas station. I slept with my own ear plugs to sleep the first night. All in all, it was a so-so hotel stay. I think it was over priced and I won’t stay here again.

We stayed in a suite. Overall, this was a a okay stay. There were a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, the night we checked in we noticed that there was no blanket for the pull-out sofa bed. We went down to the front desk to ask if we could have one and the guy said “no.” One word. No “sorry, that’s against our policy,” or “we don’t have any extras at the moment.” Just “no.” In contrast, the woman the next morning said “of course” and rushed to get us one (she was awesome). Maybe there was a language barrier or something. Anyway, the only other complaints are that the hot tub was lukewarm… but the pool was the same temperature, which was kind of awesome, although probably not on purpose. We didn’t get to use the hot tub and would have chosen to stay somewhere else if we knew it wouldn’t be hot. There are a lot of hobos in the area, but that’s a Kent thing and not really something they have control over. The grounds were tidy, as were the building and the room. Overall, it could have been better, but it was okay.

The heater was on in the summer time and the room was extremely hot. The heater/ air conditioner was confusing I had to get help to use it. The hot tub was lukewarm water the jets were nice but I have baths hotter than that. There is a sauna which was nice. The breakfast was limited and it's just all around cheap so that's what you get.

Fairly clean property. Elevator could have used some work, paint peeling. The pool is on the ground floor, so the floors were wet most of the time. Rooms were ok, beds comfortable, everything worked. The toilet/shower could have been touched up.

The pool was very cloudy (unusable really) and hot tub was broken. The beds and main part of the room were nice and updated, but the bathroom/shower was neglected (outdated and needed some repairs). The surrounding property looked a bit run down and felt unsafe. Hotel is right next to the train tracks which runs every few hours, and even had at least one train at night. I doubt I would stay there again.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The hallways, room, and lobby were dirty, with broken bottles, dirt, and garbage strewn throughout. The elevator had two broken handles in it. The room appeared clean, but the floor was sticky and two pieces of furniture were broken. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. They had instant oatmeal packets, warm milk and juice, old coffee, and stale bread. The one highlight, the waffle maker, did not have syrup. It was so bad we only had a waffle the first morning, and bought breakfast elsewhere the second morning. Finally, although we stayed for two nights, room service did not come at all, so we had unmade beds and mountain of dirty towels in the bathroom.

The website showed a beautiful hotel, very clean & new management with 5 star reviews. Complete opposite. I've never came across such a filthy elevator in my 50 years, walls so nasty & the smell awful. The rooms bathroom was filled with large black ants crawling everywhere ( i stopped counting after 50). Daughter used the swimming pool with her toddler son and when they got out of pool, she noticed hers and his swim suit & trunks covered in small black bugs (thinking parasites). The only part of this place that was clean was the lobby floor. No cleaning crew needed for such a small piece of floor (no other cleaning going on at this dump & dive). Room on 3rd floor and front parking lot full, with only back parking available who you share with fentenyl addicted homeless. I asked if i could access room given through back parking lot and was told they did not know. Surprise, i could not. Everything had to be hauled & carried from back 2 front parking lot, around through lobby, down long hallway then up 3 floors, then all the way down another hallway. And i rented the deluxe grand suite with an extra room. Health department needs to step in and shut this place down till the owners willing to spend the money on pest control, hire maids who actually clean and dont pretend

Cons: Hot tub left a nasty brown crusty residue on my skin, pool doesn’t look clean and apparently neither is the hot tub. Found hairs and stains on the towels. Lots of loose hardware in the bathroom area. Breakfast includes toast, waffles, and oatmeal. Pros: Beds were clean and neat. Shower worked well. Staff was pleasant. Noise wasn’t too bad and AC/fans worked well. Overall not terrible for a short stay, just had some things that grossed me out. Place needs more attention to detail.

We found a used condom on the floor 5 minutes after checking in, and the manager had the gall to accuse us of putting it there. The floor was soaked from the pool water, the door handles were sticky, the carpet was coming off the floor. And the bed was covered in all these dark marks. 0/5 DONT RECOMMEND

The beds had a weird tin like box under it,evertime you got on or off the bed it had a loud bang. The caibnet doors rattled all night from the fridge behind it maybe ? The property inside was dirty. Our bathroom was dirty and full of long black hair, I'm bleach blong and my husband is grey so not ours. The TV didnt work and was told the manager will fix never happened. Our room door didnt close properly unless you really pushed it to latch.

Gentleman checking us in was not friendly, and said maybe 5 words to us. No instructions were given to find our room, the beds were on a metal platflorm or surrounded with metal do each time you sat on the bed or got up you heard it. There was a concert in town so we were kept up late with drunks in the hall and them playing loud music (not the hotels fault, but they could use a little better sound proofing). The continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast; it consisted of ceral or waffles. The only plus side was the hotel was super easy to locate, being right off the highway and the room was fairly large. For a Red Lion, this hotel was a huge disappointment.

The tv did not work in the room and after contacting the desk on several occasions no help. We were told that someone would be right down but no one showed up. Finally on the 3rd day a gentleman finally got it working.

Most of things were OK. The WiFi kept disconnecting and was very slow. Sometime the signal was missing. The breakfast was OK as well. Needs to be more varied. The train noise at night was bad too. The staff were fine and friendly.

Pillows were so uncomfortable. Each pillow was different quality and none were comfortable. They were all either Too hard, too flat, too small. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and 3 days and we needed drawers for easier access to our clothes. The toilet clogged on the first night. We were given a plunger and thankfully had no further issues. Otherwise, beds were okay and the rooms were very clean.

Property is runned down, needs some upkeep. Some of the faucets needed to be tightened. Elevator had a large spot of peeling paint. Right next to the freeway, about 5 minutes from center of town. Walls appeared paper thin. Bed and pillow were comfotable

There's a train route 50 yards from the property and the trains woke me several times throughout the night. Being right next to a major thoroughfare and a freeway exit didn't help. I did like the tons of eateries and shopping available within a 5 minute drive.

Pls dont ever stay here. The door lock to my room was broke like someone kicked the door in. The jacuzzi in the jacuzzi suite didnt even work. It was also covered in dirt. The whole room was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes at a non smoking property? Weird. Was told we could check in late and then were told we shouldn’t even be let into the room we booked because of the late arrival. Tv didnt work. Phone in room didnt work. I was hung up on when calling the front desk from my phone about the issues. Drugs happening on property. At check out i was talked over and made to feel like the issues were my problem for deciding to book there. So learn from my mistakes. I felt unsafe and disrespected.

Always clean. Towels they have are the softest towels I have ever used. I didn't care for the small round bars of soap they had. Good quality of soap just very small. It is an older hotel however it is maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We got in after a late flight only to find our room was given away after I called ahead to make sure we could still check in around 2am. Some issue with our card being declined when they ran it at 3 pm. No courtesy call was given to us to ask for a new card or anything. They actually couldn’t find our reservation at first then found it and gave us a key, we went up to the room unlocked it and it was occupied. Then the receptionist found out why after we waited around for a hour. They then said they had no other rooms available. They refunded me which was the only plus side of this. So we had to call around for another hour to try to find a different hotel: which we did around 4:15 am. It was a hilton. I don’t recommend this property just for the simple fact of it was unorganized and how the situation was handled. Also the lobby smelled weird and it was kind of dirty. Strange people lurking outside too. Lesson learned to go with Hilton in the first place.

First of all, the desk clerk could barely speak English. Carpet in hallways and stairs was filthy dirty. Property is right next to a railroad and a train went by every two hours and blew its horn at the crossing. Desk clerk lied to me and told me that $100 security deposit would be refunded upon checkout then, the next morning the same clerk told me it takes two days to be refunded.

There was a man squatted outside the room door on his phone. The elevator smelled heavily of marijuana and was soaking wet. The bedding was stained. Only had access through front door but had to park in the back and walk around. People sleeping in cars in the back. Needle cap was in the parking lot the next day along with a used tampon. We moved the ottoman to block the door since it was so to late at night to find another hotel but left the next day.

The floors in our room were sticky, the toilet had cigarette burn marks on it, the shower was terrible, the furniture was completely chipped and not taken care of. The bathroom was also very noisy. The area was also not great, we were right next to a gas station and homeless people were walking around by the hotel cars. There were also gang bangers in the hotel wandering around. The breakfast area in the morning was not stocked up and it was very dirty. I would not bring my family back here.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very kind. Hotel under renovation. Looks like they are trying to get it there. Overall, pretty clunky and in an incomplete limbo. Breakfast is only waffles, so don't get excited. But we slept okay, and got enough rest for our following day in Seattle.

The cold water was plumbed into the hot so no cold water for drinking or brushing teeth. Heated water in the toilet was nice😁. Very minimal continental breakfast…the only protein was a jar of peanut butter. Only powdered creamer.
