My fiancé and I enjoyed the entire day. The hotel was very accommodating, featuring great staff and an amazing bartender at the lobby bar lounge. We will definitely go back.

Top hotel for the area. Rooms are clean and modern. Car elevator was cool.

The check In staff was friendly and very helpful beyond typical but hotel was not very lively. Common areas were dark and unused by guests.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Parking is difficult as the Garage door is very narrow. My SUV wouldn’t fit in ! Staff were very helpful.

Cute hotel, parking was interesting underground on an elevator tight spot recommend small car. The coffee place & the restaurant across the street was amazing. Will come back for sure without a car as Uber is cheap in the area.

there is a manual lift for wheel chair that one has to operate to get into the hotel lobby. It is very inconvenient. Comparing 5 star hotels in other places, this one barely makes to 4.

Não há como parar o carro em frente ao hotel, para descarregar malas, o estacionamento anunciado, é de fato uma garagem com acesso por elevador de automóveis, pequeno. Não ousei colocar o meu carro ali. Falta pessoal, os elevadores estavam com avarias, sem quaisquer avisos aos usuários. Cheguei a ficar preso no 1º andar. O quarto é espaçoso, mas o duche não funcionava. Saí pela manhã, sem ter conseguido tomar banho. O meu carro passou a noite na rua. O pequeno almoço era variado, embora servido numa cave e com café de máquina automática horrível. Definitivamente não é um 5 estrelas.

Fabulous breakfast! Clean rooms and public spaces. Average fitness suite but no stationary bike and the water cooler was always empty. Hallways, elevator and all other public spaces were poorly ventilated, not air-conditioned, and uncomfortable.

The hotel smelled amazing. There was a good coffee shop right across the street. Location was safe and quiet. Housekeeping came every day even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Despite this, the shower was out of shampoo for 2 days. The hotel itself was okay.

The Hotel stuff is extremely friendly and respectful. The breakfast is very plentiful and varied. Here, too, the staff is very attentive, friendly, and always ready for a good, human conversation. The only criticism, although not of major importance, is that care is not taken when replacing the empty soap dispensers.

I like that the hotel wasn't too far away from the middle of the city. A lot of the places were in walking distance and there were coffee shops and restaurants within 30 seconds of the property. All of the staff were great and very friendly. I didn't dine in or have breakfast but I don't think anyone did because I never saw the restaurant with any patrons. The only issue I had was the smell in the hallways. It was some sort of sewage smell and you can actually smell it sometimes in the bathroom in the shower area. Other than that to stay was great!

Hotel is clean. Staffs are nice. A short walk to the shopping street. Bed is comfortable.

Habitaciones amplias, regadera muy buena. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien. Amables en la recepción El desayuno muy bien, muy completo.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city!

Room was quiet and comfortable with good amenities. Washcloths are provided, which is unusual for Europe. Hot water in the shower was good enough at the maximum setting, but could have been a little hotter. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items. Mobility-impaired people should be aware that the walk from the nearby Metro station is short but fairly steep.

Staff is very service oriented and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice lobby, staff were nice & friendly. Breakfast and service was good. Rooms bit dated for a five star, air conditioning not great and bit noisy. Bathroom was a bit stuffy, lack of ventilation, shower cubicle was small, door didn’t close properly. I’d say a 4 star hotel at best.

Cons- Convenient central location, walkable and closed to many sights. Pros - However, it is not 5* hotel, room is extremely small (we have deluxe double room); for 2 people there was only one chair and a very small desk; No space to keep your clothes. We stayed 6 nights and it was very uncomfortable to walk around our luggage suites as there is no space to place the luggage as well. I would rate this hotel as 3-3.5* the most.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Great location. Our stay was the the last of a three leg trip. In comparison to our first hotel in Lisbon a week earlier the hotel failed miserably. No concierge service. It was very impersonal, whereas our first hotel (the Corinthia) was there to assist from the time I made the reservation until the time we checked out, they took care of our luggage from the time the unloaded it from our transport until it was taken to our room. Eurostars Das Letras offered no assistance at all. Starting with the request for transportation from the airport to the hotel. I emailed the property requesting information regarding transportation and they responded with the information I requested and what information they needed from me. I provided my information but heard nothing from the hotel confirming requested transportation. As we got closer to our trip I send another email asking if we were confirmed and I did not get a response. When we did get to the hotel there was one young woman at the front desk who checked us in. Beyond her there was no one. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night and it was without a doubt the worse meal of our entire 10 day vacation in Lisbon and Sao Miguel. I rate the staff one star because beyond one person at the front desk there was no staff that we saw.

Wonderful customer service

Staff were absolutely super. They were so helpful and always asking if we needed anything. They helped with dinner reservations and the few times we requested something, they were extremely quick to respond and provide it. I have never experienced better client service at any hotel I have stayed at. And I have travelled extensively. Kudos to the team. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I celebrated my birthday in Lisbon. I was surprised to get back to the room with a champagne and sparkling water and cake from the hotel. It was a very pleasant gestures! Ruben Dias at the front was very accommodating and helpful throughout the check-in process. Would totally recommend and come back to this hotel.

Central location that was still quiet…Flexibility on check out…gave us late check out till 2pm which was much appreciated since we got to the hotel quite late. All the staff was very friendly and helpful…especially Rueben at the front desk

Nice staff, but not 5 star. Ugly caulking/fix around shower was a disappointment, and major leak from shower stall could cause a slip. Room service not available for breakfast, and isn't 24 hour. On 2nd night, couldn't get front desk (the only # on card; for some reason you can't find a room.service #) for 45 minutes. Even tried calling the hotel using an outside line but no one would answer the phone. Eventually they called back and said they'd still deliver room service, but result was 1.5 hours to get a salad. Nice enough, comfortable room, but not 5 star

From receptions desk they forgot to wake me up very early in the morning I was leaving to the airport. Breakfast was ok, but missing gluten free and also sugar free bread and cakes.

Hotel is located in a very good position, very close to Marques Pombal square and few minutes walk from Rossio square. The road is very beautiful with trees, quite and with many restaurants and attractions nearby by walk distance. Hotel is clean but quite basic. The forniture is simple, quite old and even the chandelier at the entrance looks dusty and old style. Rooms are clean, spacious, but again they look quite old style and not with a modern forniture (e.g. no usb key but only old style plugs).

VERY WLL LOCATED. I PARKED OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. NEAR THE COMERCIAL STREET OF LISBON.

Excellent property, great location close to Bairro Alto/ 0rincipe Real. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff are the best, so helpful and multilingual. We loved our stay. Only minor detail is that our room had a bathtub which can be challenging to get in and out if you happen to be an older person or with limited mobility (not an issue for us, but worth noting)

The hotel was very centrally located. We were a 20 minute or less walk from many points of interest.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area. We came to Lisbon to explore and found this hotel to be well located but not suitable if you don’t like walking up and down hills.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. We went for new year and the hotel was right near the park where the Lisbon winter wonderland was so it was an easy walk to that. It was also an easy walk to the city centre. The area is quite hilly but we were fine with our grippy shoes. We often spent time in the evening at the bar with some wine and port too. Although we didn’t eat, the food looked lovely from what we saw others eating. Our room was lovely. Nice and spacious. Relatively clean.

Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Great location near tons of restaurants and shopping, and it was quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing!!
