Comfy Studio near Racecourse, Dining & CBD Trains

Great shower.Lack of decent towels one each for three days small,only four teabags.Very comfortable bed shame about purple stain on doona.

The property was convenient to the shops and amenities and our family. The design of the property is excellent. This time I was disappointed with a few things. The shower floor was very slippery. The room was very cold but there were no extra blankets so we ended up using mattress protectors as an extra doona but this was not satisfactory. Overall I felt that the room was lacking a little upkeep since we last stayed. Given the cleaning cost that we pay each time, we were disappointed.

I really liked the location of this place and how i could walk to many places eg: shops and the train

Clean, comfortable and modern studio with full cooking facilities. Very quiet, and in our case, close to the Monash Medical Centre Hospital as the purpose of our stay was to support a sick relative. It has secure off street parking. The two piece king bed (2 bases clipped together and 2 mattresses) was a bonus as I am a restless sleeper. This meant I didn't disturb my wife :)

Booked through Stayz for 3 but only set up for two. Turned out my teenage son couldn't join us. I don't know where he would have slept if he had come. On the positive side it was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and there were some thoughtful touches. If there were only two of us we will stay again.
